1. An antistatic polyester yarn, comprising:

the spandex filament (1) is of a straight core structure;

Background

The polyester yarn is a yarn spun by taking polyester as a raw material, the polyester is a fiber prepared by spinning a polymer, and the polyester yarn is a fiber produced by taking polyethylene terephthalate as a raw material, which is called PET fiber for short and is commonly called polyester. By "yarn", it is meant the collective designation of "yarn" and "thread", as it is commonly referred to, as defined in the clothing materials science, as follows: "yarn" is an elongated object formed by arranging a plurality of short fibers or filaments in an approximately parallel state and twisting them by rotation in the axial direction to have a certain strength and linear density; and "thread" is a strand formed by twisting two or more single yarns. The yarn is a fine yarn (usually used as a raw material for weaving) obtained by elongating and twisting a fiber such as cotton, wool, hemp, chemical fiber, etc., and a plurality of fine yarns (called a yarn) obtained by twisting a fine yarn material such as cotton, hemp, silk, wool, etc.

The polyester fiber in the prior polyester yarn is bonded by covalent bonds, so that the polyester yarn can not be ionized and can not transfer electrons, charges are easy to generate and accumulate, and in addition, the polyester fiber has few polar groups, high hydrophobicity and difficult charge dissipation, and the prepared fabric is easy to generate static electricity which has certain harm to human bodies.

s3, sequentially and alternately arranging the polyester yarns and the bamboo fiber yarns on the outer side of the antistatic layer, twisting to obtain an antibacterial layer outside the antistatic layer, and controlling the speed of the front roller, the drafting multiple of the rear area and the total drafting multiple to obtain the antistatic polyester yarns;

s4, shaping the antistatic polyester yarn by adopting a vacuum steam yarn pot;

and S5, dropping the shaped antistatic polyester yarn into cone yarn by using a doffer to obtain the antistatic polyester yarn cone yarn.
