Background

s2, sequentially and alternately arranging polyamide yarns and glass fiber yarns on the outer side of the spandex filament, forming a reinforcing layer outside the spandex filament after twisting, and controlling the speed of a front roller, the drafting multiple of a rear zone and the total drafting multiple to obtain coarse yarns;

s3, sequentially and alternately arranging the polyester yarns and the flame-retardant viscose yarns on the outer side of the reinforcing layer, twisting to obtain a flame-retardant layer outside the reinforcing layer, and controlling the speed of the front roller, the drafting multiple of the rear zone and the total drafting multiple to obtain the flame-retardant polyester yarns;

s4, shaping the flame-retardant polyester yarn by adopting a vacuum steam yarn pot;
