Background

In the existing knitting needle industry, in order to increase the diversity of fabrics, the design of the surface layer of the fabrics is usually changed. By changing the knitting structure of the inner layer of the fabric, the method for changing the diversity of the fabric is rarely used. Therefore, the method has important significance for increasing the diversity of the knitted fabric by changing the knitting structure of the inner layer of the fabric.

Moreover, some users cannot express whether the own wearing object is suitable or not by themselves, whether the wearing object is suitable or not needs to be judged by others through observation, and people cannot observe and confirm whether the wearing object is suitable or not intuitively because the static state and the stressed state of the existing knitted fabric cannot show obvious difference, so that inconvenience exists.

In view of the above, the present inventors have conducted extensive studies to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fabric which has visual memory veins and can judge the stress condition of the fabric through the state of the memory veins.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

After the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the fabric with the visual memory veins can see the internal memory veins through the transparent bottom layer and/or the transparent surface layer. The fabric body transfers force to the memory venation built in the bottom layer and the surface layer under the action of external force, the memory venation is subjected to plastic deformation under the action of the external force, and the memory venation is restored to the original state when the external force disappears, so that the memory venation can be obviously and dynamically changed when the stress of the fabric body is changed. The stress condition of the fabric can be confirmed by observing the change of the memory veins, and the stress condition of the fabric is further judged.

The invention also provides a vamp made of the fabric with the visual memory veins, which has the advantages of good air permeability and good decoration. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the fabric with the visual memory veins, the bottom layer, the surface layer and the braided fabric are integrally formed through a knitting machine, and the fabric has the advantages of high processing efficiency and convenience in processing.

In order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is explained in detail by combining the drawings and the specific embodiment.

The fabric with the visual memory veins comprises a fabric body 1, wherein the fabric body 1 comprises a bottom layer 11 and a surface layer 12 which are woven together, the fabric body 1 comprises a combining area 101 and a hollow area 102, the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12 are connected together in the combining area 101, the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12 are arranged in the hollow area 102 in a separated mode, and the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12 are woven to form a woven body capable of deforming and stretching.

The combined area 101 and the hollow area 102 are arranged in a staggered manner, at least one of the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12 is a perspective layer, in the embodiment, the surface layer 12 is a perspective layer, the bottom layer 11 is a non-perspective layer, a memory vein 13 is arranged between the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12, the memory vein 13 comprises a fixed section 131 fixedly connected to the combined area 101 and a floating section 132 which can float in the hollow area 102, the floating section 132 can freely move between the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12, and the length of the floating section 132 is greater than the transverse length of the hollow area 102 where the floating section 132 is located. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embedded memory veins 13 can be seen through the bottom layer 11 and/or the top layer 12, which can be seen through. The fabric body 1 transmits force to the memory veins 13 arranged between the bottom layer 11 and the surface layer 12 under the action of external force, the memory veins 13 are plastically deformed under the action of the external force, and the memory veins 13 are restored to the original state when the external force disappears, so that the memory veins 13 are obviously dynamically changed when the stress of the fabric body 1 is changed. The stress condition of the fabric can be confirmed by observing the change of the memory veins 13.

As an alternative to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the fixed section 131 has a straight structure and the floating section 132 has a curved structure. When the memory vein 13 is tightened by an external force, the floating section 132 is changed from the original bending state to the linear state; the floating section 132 is restored from the straight state to the bent state when the memory venation 13 disappears.

Preferably, the fixed segment 131 is smaller than the floating segment 132. Therefore, the changeable degree of the memory venation 13 is large, and the stress condition of the fabric body 1 can be more intuitively reflected.

As an alternative of the present invention, the memory vein 13 is a colored rope or a belt, but the shape of the memory vein 13 is not limited to these two shapes, and may be configured in other shapes. Further preferred memory veins 13 are colored ropes or bands.

As an alternative to the present invention, memory veins 13 are of a different color than both bottom layer 11 and face layer 12.

As an alternative of the present invention, the memory venation 13 is a rope body, the rope body is a plurality of rope bodies, and the whole rope body extends along the transverse direction, that is, the whole rope body is arranged along the transverse direction; the plurality of rope bodies are arranged longitudinally.
