Technical Field

Background

The absorbent cotton is cotton which is chemically treated to remove accompanying impurities, is easier to absorb liquid than common cotton, is a sanitary product, and is mainly used in medical units. The existing manufacturing method of the absorbent cotton is carried out by adopting an intermittent production mode and mainly comprises a cotton carding machine → a cotton grabbing machine → a cake making machine → a steamer cooking equipment → bleaching → a three-leg centrifuge is hung for dehydration, washing and centrifugal separation → a wet opener → a chain plate type drying equipment → a packaging machine.

The prior intermittent method for producing the absorbent cotton has the following problems in actual production:

1. the intermittent production method has long production time and low production efficiency;

2. the sewage yield is high, the sewage treatment cost is high, and the energy conservation and emission reduction are not facilitated;

3. in the production process of the prior art, ash, protein, organic matters and impurities contained in the absorbent cotton raw material cannot be effectively removed.

In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.

and (4) washing, namely performing aeration washing on the degreased and dewaxed raw material cotton through a pneumatic conveying bin, and then entering a pulp washer for washing.

Further, the method also comprises cotton opening treatment, wherein the cotton raw material is subjected to cotton opening treatment in a cotton opener;

cotton material arrangement, the material after the cotton opening treatment is conveyed to a mixed cotton spreading machine to be arranged into a quilt shape, the thickness of the quilt-shaped material is 15-30mm, and the width of the quilt-shaped material is 2.6-2.8 m;
