1. A prodigiosin dyeing method of pure cotton fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. pretreating a pure cotton fabric: boiling in boiling water for 30-40min, adding hydrogen peroxide and stabilizer, and treating at 60-70 deg.C for 15-20 min;

B. taking out the pure cotton fabric, washing with water, and drying at 30-40 ℃;

C. dissolving prodigiosin with ethyl acetate, adding a natural dyeing assistant, then adding the natural dyeing assistant into water, and uniformly stirring at a high speed to prepare a dye solution;

D. and (3) putting the dried pure cotton fabric into a dye solution for dyeing, wherein the bath ratio is 1: (8-15), adjusting the pH value of the dye solution to 3.2-3.5, dyeing temperature to 40-50 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 45-60 min;

E. adding a low-temperature soaping agent into the dye liquor, soaping the dyed pure cotton fabric, treating at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ for 3-5min, taking out, washing, and drying at low temperature to obtain the dyed pure cotton fabric.

2. The method for dyeing prodigiosin of pure cotton fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the step a, the addition amount of the hydrogen peroxide is 3-5% and the addition amount of the stabilizer is 0.1-0.3%.

3. The method for dyeing prodigiosin of pure cotton fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the concentration of prodigiosin is 2-10%.

4. The method for dyeing prodigiosin of pure cotton fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the dyeing auxiliary comprises the following components: chitosan, guar gum, a dispersant and citric acid.

5. The method for dyeing prodigiosin of pure cotton fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the dyeing assistant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of chitosan, 8-15% of guar gum, 3-8% of dispersant and the balance of citric acid.

6. The method for dyeing prodigiosin of pure cotton fabric according to claim 4 or 5, wherein in the step C, the addition amount of the dyeing auxiliary is 15-25% of the mass of prodigiosin.

The biological fermentation product has high stability, strong specificity, no pollution and no harm to human in the production process, so the biological fermentation method is a good method for synthesizing the dye.

The bacterial dye prodigiosin is a natural pigment with a methoxyl pyrrole skeleton structure consisting of three pyrrole rings, is a secondary metabolite of actinomycetes, serratia and other bacteria, and has multiple biological activities of immunosuppression, bacteria resistance, fungi resistance, malaria resistance and the like. Therefore, the bacterial dye prodigiosin has an antibacterial function after being used as a dye for dyeing the fabric, and has an anticancer effect.

Four patents of the university of east China in 2010 and 2011 disclose dyeing methods of prodigiosin on wool and acrylic fibers, but the dyeing method of silk fibers is not researched. The Chinese invention patent CN 106192459A discloses a method for dyeing silk fabrics by using prodigiosin, but no study is made on the prodigiosin dyeing method of pure cotton fabrics at present, and the invention provides the prodigiosin dyeing method of the pure cotton fabrics in order to expand the application range of the prodigiosin as a microbial dye.

Preferably, in the step A, the adding amount of the hydrogen peroxide is 3-5%, and the adding amount of the stabilizer is 0.1-0.3%.

Preferably, in the step C, the concentration of the prodigiosin is 2-10%.

Preferably, in the step C, the dyeing assistant comprises the following components: chitosan, guar gum, a dispersant and citric acid.

Further preferably, in the step C, the dyeing assistant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of chitosan, 8-15% of guar gum, 3-8% of dispersant and the balance of citric acid.

Preferably, in the step C, the addition amount of the dyeing auxiliary is 15-25% of the mass of the prodigiosin.
