As shown in fig. 1-7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a paper pulp bleaching apparatus, which includes a casing 1, a feeding inclined plate 2, a feeding circular tube 3, a motor bracket 4, a scattering mechanism 5, a water inlet tube 6, a drainage mechanism 7, a plywood 8, a cleaning box 9, a drain tube 10, a chute 11, a cleaning mechanism 12, and a base bracket 13, wherein the top end of the casing 1 is provided with the feeding circular tube 3, the top end of the casing 1 is fixedly connected with the casing 1, the top end of the feeding circular tube 3 is fixedly connected with the motor bracket 4, the middle part of the feeding circular tube 3 is provided with the feeding inclined plate 2 which passes through and is fixedly connected with the feeding circular tube 3, the top end inside the casing 1 is fixedly connected with the scattering mechanism 5, the scattering mechanism 5 separates and scatters the bonded paper pulp, the bleaching efficiency of the paper pulp is accelerated, the left and right sides of the casing 1 are provided with the water inlet tubes 6, clean water, and the bleached paper pulp in the cleaning box 9 is cleaned, the water inlet pipe 6 is fixedly connected with the machine shell 1, a liquid discharge mechanism 7 penetrates through and is fixedly connected with the machine shell 1 near the bottom end in the machine shell 1, the bottom end of the machine shell 1 is fixedly connected with the cleaning box 9, the top end in the cleaning box 9 is provided with an opening plate 8, the unbleached paper pulp is prevented from entering the cleaning box 9 and from entering the cleaning box 9 by opening or closing the opening plate 8, the opening plate 8 is in sliding connection with the top end of the cleaning box 9, sliding grooves 11 are arranged near the two sides of the bottom end in the cleaning box 9, a cleaning mechanism 12 penetrates through and is fixedly connected with the cleaning box 9 at the bottom end in the cleaning box 9, the bleached paper pulp is cleaned by the cleaning mechanism 12, the two sides of the cleaning mechanism are in sliding connection with the sliding grooves 11, the bottom end of the cleaning box 9 is fixedly connected with, wash case 9 openly and be equipped with the opening, opening top fixedly connected with hinge 901, hinge 901 below fixedly connected with closing plate 902, through opening closing plate 902 and take out the paper pulp after wasing, 8 one side fixedly connected with dogs 903 of open-close plate, the dog passes and wash case 9 swing joint, moves about dog 903 control open-close plate 8 and opens and shuts.

The scattering mechanism 5 comprises a water inlet tank 501 fixedly connected with the top end of the machine shell 1, a conduit 502 is fixedly connected with the right side of the water inlet tank 501, a water pump 503 is fixedly connected with the right side of the conduit, the bottom end of the water pump 503 is fixedly connected with the top end of the machine shell 1, an annular circular pipe 504 is arranged in the middle of the bottom end inside the water inlet tank 501, the annular circular pipe 504 penetrates through the top end of the machine shell 1 and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the water inlet tank 501 and the machine shell 1, a conical cylinder 505 is fixedly connected below the annular circular pipe 504, a scattering device 506 is arranged at the bottom end inside the conical cylinder 505, a rotating shaft 507 penetrates through the axis of the scattering device 506, the top end of the rotating shaft 507 penetrates through a circular feeding pipe 3 and is fixedly connected with the output end of a first driving motor 508, the first driving motor 508 is fixedly connected with the motor support 4, the scattering mechanism 5 rotates to scatter the paper pulp and throw the scattered paper pulp onto the conical cylinder 505, the bleaching agent flows down along the inner wall of the conical cylinder 505 through the water inlet tank and is mixed with the paper pulp on the conical cylinder 505, the paper pulp and the bleaching agent fall into the machine shell 1 together due to the action of gravity, so that the paper pulp and the bleaching agent are mixed more uniformly, the bleaching efficiency is improved, the transmission speed reducing device 509 is arranged below the annular circular pipe 504, the transmission speed reducing device 509 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rotating shaft 507, the stirring device 510 is fixedly connected below the transmission speed reducing device 509, the middle part of the stirring device 510 is rotatably connected with a support 511, two sides of the support 511 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the machine shell 1, the paper pulp in bleaching is continuously stirred through the stirring device 510, the paper pulp continuously moves in the bleaching process, the paper pulp is prevented from caking, the bleaching efficiency is reduced, the scattering, a first propeller 5062 is arranged above the disc 5061, a second propeller 5063 is arranged above the first propeller 5063, a third propeller 5064 is arranged near the bottom end in the feeding round tube 3 above the second propeller 5063, the first propeller 5062, the second propeller 5063 and a rotating shaft 507 are arranged on the central axis of the third propeller 5064 and penetrate through the rotating shaft 507 and are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 507, the rotating shaft 507 penetrates through the disc 5061 and is fixedly connected with the disc 5061, the first propeller 5062 and the second propeller 5063 are arc-shaped, the inner angle of the arc-shaped propeller 5063 is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 130 degrees, one side of the arc-shaped propeller is vertical to the rotating shaft, the first propeller 5062 and the inner angle of the second propeller 5063 are in the same rotating direction, so that the pulp which is not scattered is prevented from entering the machine shell 1, the bleaching efficiency is influenced, an opening is arranged at the connection of the round tube 504 and the conical round tube 505, an opening is arranged at the connection of the round tube 504 and, the diameter of the second screw 5063 is smaller than that of the third screw 5064, the pulp entering the feeding circular tube 3 is primarily scattered through the third screw 5064, the first screw 5062 and the second screw 5063 are moved to scatter the scattered pulp for the second time, and the scattered pulp is thrown onto the inner wall of the conical cylinder 505, and the diameter of the second screw 5063 is smaller than that of the third screw 5064, so that the scattered pulp is prevented from entering the machine shell 1, and the bleaching efficiency of the pulp is not influenced.

The liquid discharge mechanism 7 comprises a gas outlet plate 701 fixedly connected with two sides of the inner wall of the machine shell 1 near the bottom end, round holes are uniformly arranged on the gas outlet plate 701, uniform bubbles are formed in the machine shell 1, a gas inlet pipe 702 is connected with one side of the gas outlet plate 701 back to the machine shell 1 through the round holes, a round pipe 703 is connected with one side of the gas inlet pipe 702 far away from the gas outlet plate 701, a one-way gas valve 704 is fixedly connected with the upper part of the round pipe 703, a hose 705 is fixedly connected with the upper part of the one-way gas valve 704 to prevent bleaching liquid in the machine shell 1 from flowing back into the gas pump 706 to damage the device, the other end of the hose 705 is fixedly connected with the output end of the gas pump 706, a liquid discharge pipe 707 is arranged below the gas inlet plate 701 on the left side in the machine shell 1, the right side of the liquid discharge pipe 707, a column 709 is connected in the left side of the drain pipe 707, the column 709 is rotatably connected with the drain pipe 707, an anti-blocking device 710 is connected on the right side of the drain pipe 707, the anti-blocking device 710 comprises a soft column 7101 fixedly connected with the right side of the drain pipe 707, a small soft column 7102 is fixedly connected on the circumference of the soft column 7101, two circles of small soft columns 7102 are fixedly connected on the soft column 7101, the anti-blocking devices 710 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the right side surface of the drain pipe 707, the obtuse angle side between the soft column 7101 and the small soft column 7102 faces the right side of the drain pipe 707, paper pulp is prevented from entering the liquid collecting tank 711 along with bleaching agent, when bleaching liquid enters the drain pipe 707, the small soft columns 7102 on the soft column 7101 face the drain pipe 707 along with the flow of bleaching agent, and the anti-blocking devices 710 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the side surface of the drain pipe 707, so that the small soft columns 7102 cross at the, after bleaching, when paper pulp in the opening plate 8 enters the cleaning box 9 after being opened, clean water is injected into the water inlet pipe 6 to clean the paper pulp in the cleaning box 9, because the obtuse angle side of an included angle between the soft column 7101 and the small soft column 7102 faces to the right side of the liquid discharge pipe 707, the paper pulp on the anti-blocking device 710 can enter the cleaning box 9 along with the clean water flow, the bottom end of the liquid collection box 711 is fixedly connected with the base support 13, when bleaching is finished, the first driving motor 508 is closed, the air pump 706 is started to inject air into the machine shell 1 through the round hole formed in the air outlet plate 701, so that a large amount of air bubbles are generated in the mixed liquid of the paper pulp bleaching liquid, resin mucilage can be separated out in the bleaching process of the paper pulp, the formed air bubbles have larger elasticity and are not easy to break relative to common air bubbles, and the air bubbles can drive the bleaching agent in the machine shell to flow upwards in the upward, and a large amount of bubbles that form in the casing make the bubble cohesiveness grow because the resin mucus that paper pulp precipitates, elasticity is great for ordinary bubble, thereby a large amount of bubbles can pass through the paper pulp upward movement of bleaching agent drive casing 1 bottom in the casing 1, a large amount of bubbles bond and can play the effect of similar wall together, prevent that the paper pulp piece from sinking to casing 1 inner wall bottom, then cancel the jam to fluid-discharge tube 707 through rotating cylinder 709, make partial bleaching agent in the casing 1 enter into the header tank 711 through fluid-discharge tube 707, thereby accelerate the cleaning efficiency to the bleached paper pulp.

The cleaning mechanism 12 comprises a second driving motor 121 fixedly connected with the bottom end of the cleaning box 9, the output end of the second driving motor 121 is connected with a rotating shaft 122, the rotating shaft 122 passes through the bottom end of the cleaning box 9 and is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the cleaning box 9, the top end of the rotating shaft 122 is fixedly connected with a cleaning rod 123, the middle part of the rotating shaft 122 is connected with a supporting plate 123, two sides of the supporting plate 123 are fixedly connected with chutes 11, and sliding grooves 11 are internally provided with filter plates 124, the filter plates 124 are in sliding connection with the chutes 11 and are uniformly provided with round holes, anti-blocking devices 710 are uniformly distributed around the round holes below the filter plates 124, the acute angle side between the soft column 7071 and the small soft column 7072 faces the lower part of the filter plates 124, because the round holes are uniformly provided on the filter plates 124, when the liquid in the cleaning box 9 is discharged through the drain pipe 10, the anti-blocking devices 710 uniformly distributed around the round, the small flexible columns 7102 form a cross-net around the lower round holes of the filtering plates 124 to prevent the pulp from flowing out along with the liquid through the drainage pipe 10.

When the bleaching machine is used, the first driving motor 508 is started to pour pulp into the feeding circular tube 3 through the feeding inclined plate 2, the pulp is firstly scattered through the third screw 5064, the pulp which is scattered firstly falls down onto the second screw 5063 and the first screw 5064 to be scattered again, the scattered pulp is thrown onto the inner wall of the conical circular tube 505 through centrifugal force generated by the first screw 5063 and the second screw 5064, simultaneously bleaching liquid is pumped into the water inlet tank 501 through the water suction pump 503, an opening is arranged at the joint of the annular circular tube 504 and the water inlet tank 501, an opening is arranged at the joint of the annular circular tube 504 and the conical circular tube 505, the bleaching liquid entering the water inlet tank 501 flows into the machine shell along the inner wall of the conical circular tube 505, the pulp scattered by the conical circular tube 505 is flushed into the machine shell 1 along with the bleaching liquid in the downward flowing process of the conical bleaching liquid conical circular tube 505, so that the scattered pulp and the bleaching liquid are fully mixed, when the paper pulp is thick, a dilution liquid is injected into the machine shell 1 through the water inlet pipe 6 to reduce the viscosity of the paper pulp, the transmission speed reducing device 509 is arranged below the disc 5061, so that the rotating speed of the stirring device 510 is slow relative to the scattering device 506, the paper pulp and the bleaching agent in the machine shell 1 are slowly stirred, the phenomenon of paper pulp caking in the bleaching process is prevented, when the bleaching process is finished, the first driving motor 508 is closed, the air pump 706 is started to inject air into the machine shell 1 through the air inlet plate 701, bubbles are generated in a mixed liquid of the paper pulp and the bleaching agent, resin viscose is separated out in the bleaching process of the paper pulp, the generated bubbles are higher in viscosity relative to common bubbles and are not easy to break, a large number of bubbles can drive the bleaching agent in the machine shell 1 to flow upwards, and meanwhile, paper pulp scraps at the bottom end of the inner wall of the machine shell 1 move upwards, a large amount of bubbles are bonded together, and the bubbles are continuously generated, so that paper pulp and partial paper pulp scraps are not easy to deposit at the bottom end of the inner wall of the machine shell 1, then bleaching agent in the machine shell 1 flows into the liquid collecting tank 711 through the liquid discharging pipe 707 by rotating the cylinder 709, the anti-blocking device 710 is arranged on the circumference of the side surface of the liquid discharging pipe 707, when liquid enters the liquid discharging pipe 707, one side of the small soft column 7102, which is away from the soft column 7101 due to liquid flowing, points to the liquid inlet of the liquid discharging pipe 707, so that the small soft column 7102 is crossed into a net shape to prevent the paper pulp from entering the liquid discharging pipe 707, after the part of bleaching agent in the machine shell 1 is discharged, the paper pulp bleached by the opening plate 8 is opened to enter the cleaning tank 9, clean water is injected into the machine shell 1 through the water inlet pipe 6 to flush the residual paper pulp on the inner wall of the machine shell and the paper pulp on the blocking device, and simultaneously the second driving, open the drain pipe after wasing a period, will wash the liquid discharge of incasement, because the round hole has been seted up on the filter 124, evenly be equipped with around the round hole of filter 124 below and prevent stifled device, thereby prevent paper pulp along with liquid discharge, cause the jam to drain pipe 10 through long-time accumulation, then close drain pipe 10 and continue to wash the paper pulp after bleaching through inlet tube 6 to injecting the clear water in wasing case 9, discharge after the washing finishes and wash case 9 and open closing plate 902 and take out filter 124 and collect the paper pulp on filter 124, thereby solved the paper pulp bleaching in-process paper pulp caking and lead to the bleached paper pulp quality low and the problem of bleaching inefficiency.
