The motor grease injection has the problem status:

4. at present, a mode of manually and regularly filling new grease into the grease gun is adopted, and grease injection periods are not formulated respectively according to the actual running conditions of the motor, so that too much grease or too little grease is injected, and the protection effect on the bearing is greatly reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the motor intelligent control grease injection device provided by the invention comprises a grease storage box 1, a plunger pump 2, an electromagnetic valve 3, a grease injection pipeline 4, a grease injection hose 5, a motor grease filling hole 6, a grease injection control cabinet 7, a power supply 8 and a motor start-stop signal 9; the grease storage box 1 is connected with one end of a plunger pump 2, the other end of the plunger pump 2 is connected with a grease injection pipeline 4, and an electromagnetic valve 3 is arranged on the other end of the plunger pump; the grease injection pipeline 4 is connected to a motor grease filling hole 6 through a grease injection hose 5; plunger pump 2, solenoid valve 3 are connected with annotating fat switch board 7 respectively, annotate fat switch board 7 and be connected with power 8, annotate the input of fat switch board 7 simultaneously and receive motor start-stop signal 9.
