Background

As is well known in the dyeing and finishing industry, the water consumption is very high, and the high-temperature waste water generated every day is also very high. After the sewage heat exchanger is used for a period of time, due to the accumulation of impurities in the heat exchange pipeline, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can be greatly reduced, and energy of part of high-temperature wastewater is lost. In order to solve the problem, the pipeline inside the heat exchanger must be cleaned to improve the heat exchange efficiency. The automatic circulating cleaning device for the sewage heat exchanger pipeline comprises a heat exchanger pipeline and a feeding barrel, wherein the feeding barrel is connected with the inlet end of the heat exchanger pipeline through a pipeline centrifugal pump, and the outlet end of the heat exchanger pipeline is connected with a wastewater pool through a filter. The cleaning device is externally connected with the heat exchanger pipeline, and through natural reaction of chemical substances, the traditional manual disassembly is replaced, the cleaning is realized, the manual cost is saved, and the equipment abrasion caused by the disassembly is avoided.

The charging bucket is externally connected with a steam pipeline and a cleaning pipeline, and an acid solution is arranged in the charging bucket. The cleaning pipeline adds the aqueous solution in giving the charging bucket, and the steam line can heat the aqueous solution of adding to promote neutralization efficiency better.

And the outlet end of the heat exchanger pipeline is connected with a wastewater pool. When the water in the charging barrel becomes turbid and cannot meet the cleaning requirement, a valve between the outlet end of the heat exchanger pipeline and the wastewater tank is opened, and the water is directly discharged into the wastewater tank.

The pipeline centrifugal pump is externally connected with a control cabinet. The on-off of the pipeline centrifugal pump is controlled through the control cabinet, and then the pressurizing process to the heat exchanger pipeline is controlled.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
