1. A transfer unit detachably mounted on a device main body and supplied with power from a high-voltage board provided in the device main body, the transfer unit comprising:

a transfer belt;

a plurality of transfer rollers including a black transfer roller and a plurality of color transfer rollers, and arranged in parallel along a traveling direction of the transfer belt;

a transfer frame supporting one end of the transfer rollers; and

a plurality of wiring members including a black wiring member and a plurality of color wiring members, for electrically connecting a plurality of main body side contact terminals provided in the apparatus main body to the plurality of transfer rollers when the transfer unit is mounted in the apparatus main body;

a unit side contact terminal provided at one end of each of the plurality of wiring members and abutting against the corresponding main body side contact terminal when the transfer unit is mounted on the apparatus main body,

the plurality of wiring members are arranged on the transfer frame, and all of the unit-side contact terminals are arranged at one end of the transfer frame,

the black wiring member is disposed on a surface of the transfer frame other than the surface on which the plurality of color wiring members are disposed.

2. The transfer unit according to claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of color wiring members is disposed on the same plane of the transfer frame.

3. The transfer unit according to claim 1 or 2, wherein

The transfer unit is detachable from an opening portion formed on a front surface of the apparatus main body,

the plurality of transfer rollers are arranged to extend in the front-rear direction of the apparatus main body,

the transfer frame is a front side frame that holds front end portions of the plurality of transfer rollers.

4. The transfer unit of claim 3, wherein

The plurality of color wiring members are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the front side frame,

the black wiring member is disposed on the front surface of the front side frame.

5. The transfer unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein

The transfer apparatus further includes a protruding portion formed at the one end portion of the transfer frame so as to cover a peripheral edge portion of the unit-side contact terminal.

7. An image forming apparatus includes:

a device body having a high voltage substrate; and

the transfer unit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, detachably mounted to the apparatus main body, and supplied with power from the high-voltage substrate.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a transfer unit and an image forming apparatus, and more particularly to a transfer unit that is detachably mounted on an apparatus main body and is powered by a high-voltage board provided on the apparatus main body, and an image forming apparatus including the transfer unit.

Background

Patent document 1 discloses an example of such a conventional image forming apparatus. In the technique of patent document 1, a power supply member (wiring member) for supplying power from a connection terminal of a high-voltage power supply provided in an apparatus main body to a bearing having conductivity attached to an end portion of a power supply receiving roller (a developing roller, a charging roller, a primary transfer roller, and the like) of a transfer unit is housed in a panel main body of a power supply panel capable of opening and closing an opening of the apparatus main body.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

In general, the transfer unit has 4 transfer rollers corresponding to 4 colors of YMCK, and the 4 transfer rollers are supplied with power from a high-voltage substrate provided in the apparatus main body via a wiring member. Here, when monochrome printing is performed in which a voltage is applied only to the transfer roller for black, a potential difference occurs between the wiring member for color and the wiring member for black. Further, since the plurality of color transfer rollers are controlled to be a constant voltage and only the black transfer roller is controlled to be a constant current, the voltage of the black wiring member rises according to the resistance value of the application portion. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure an appropriate creepage distance (and a space distance) between the color wiring member and the black wiring member.

However, in the technique of patent document 1, since the wiring members are housed in the panel main body of the power feeding panel, it is difficult to secure a creeping distance between the wiring members. In patent document 1, the arrangement of the wiring members that respectively connect the high-voltage board and the 4 transfer rollers is not clear, and it is considered that short-circuiting between the wiring members is prevented by arranging 3 insulating plates in the panel body and using insulated coated wires as the wiring members. However, in this case, the number of parts increases, and the component cost also increases.

Therefore, a primary object of the present invention is to provide a novel transfer unit and an image forming apparatus.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a transfer unit and an image forming apparatus capable of appropriately preventing wiring members from being short-circuited with each other with a simple configuration.

Means for solving the problems

The invention of claim 1 is a transfer unit detachably mounted in an apparatus main body and supplied with power from a high-voltage board provided in the apparatus main body, the transfer unit comprising: a transfer belt; a plurality of transfer rollers including a black transfer roller and a plurality of color transfer rollers, and arranged in parallel along a traveling direction of the transfer belt; a transfer frame supporting one end of the plurality of transfer rollers; and a plurality of wiring members including a black wiring member and a plurality of color wiring members, for electrically connecting the plurality of main body side contact terminals provided in the apparatus main body to the plurality of transfer rollers when the transfer unit is mounted in the apparatus main body. Each of the plurality of wiring members has a unit-side contact terminal at one end thereof, and the unit-side contact terminal abuts against a corresponding body-side contact terminal when the transfer unit is mounted on the apparatus body. The plurality of wiring members are arranged on the transfer frame, and all of the unit-side contact terminals are arranged on one end portion of the transfer frame. The black wiring member is disposed on a surface of the transfer frame other than the wiring surfaces of the plurality of color wiring members. According to the invention 1, the creepage distance and the spatial distance between the color wiring member and the black wiring member can be ensured by the simple configuration in which the color wiring member and the black wiring member are disposed on different surfaces of the transfer frame. Therefore, the wiring members can be properly prevented from being short-circuited.

Further, since the plurality of wiring members are arranged on the transfer frame and all of the cell-side contact terminals are arranged at one end portion of the transfer frame, the wiring path of the transfer unit can be shortened, and the creeping distance and the space distance between the wiring members can be easily secured. In addition, the wiring path of the apparatus main body can be shortened and simplified, and wiring on the apparatus main body side can be performed at low cost in a space-saving manner. Further, the positional relationship between the other end portion of the wiring member corresponding to each color and the transfer roller can be brought into phase, and the transfer members corresponding to each color can be shared, so that the component cost can be reduced. The 2 nd invention is dependent on the 1 st invention, wherein the plurality of color wiring members are arranged on the same surface of the transfer frame, respectively.

The 3 rd invention is dependent on the 1 st or 2 nd invention, wherein the transfer unit is detachable from an opening formed in a front surface of the apparatus main body, the plurality of transfer rollers are arranged to extend in a front-rear direction of the apparatus main body, and the transfer frame is a front side frame that holds front end portions of the plurality of transfer rollers.

The 4 th invention is dependent on the 3 rd invention, wherein the plurality of color wiring members are disposed on the bottom surface of the front side frame, respectively, and the black wiring member is disposed on the front surface of the front side frame.

The 5 th invention is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a protruding portion formed at one end portion of the transfer frame so as to cover a peripheral portion of the unit-side contact terminal.

The 6 th invention is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a positioning portion provided at one end portion of the transfer frame and positioning the transfer unit with respect to the apparatus main body.

The 7 th invention is an image forming apparatus including: a device body having a high voltage substrate; and the transfer unit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is detachably mounted on the apparatus main body and is supplied with power from the high-voltage board.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, the creepage distance and the spatial distance between the color wiring member and the black wiring member can be ensured by a simple configuration in which the color wiring member and the black wiring member are disposed on different surfaces of the transfer frame, and short-circuiting between the wiring members can be appropriately prevented.

The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description of the embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
