the movable guide plate 3 comprises a guide part 31 and a connecting part 32, one end of the connecting part 32 is rotatably connected with the positioning shaft 5, the other end of the connecting part is connected with the guide part 31, and the guide groove 31 is arranged on the guide part 31;

the guide plate 2 is a trapezoidal plate with a narrow front part and a wide rear part;

the guide plate 2 is provided with an arc-shaped guide block 7, and the front end of the guide block 7 is in lap joint with the lower end of the guide groove 31 of the movable guide plate 3;

the guide plate 2 on the opposite side of the bottom plate 1 is correspondingly provided with an installation fixing plate 11, and the bottom plate 1 and the installation fixing plate 11 are provided with installation holes 10.

Compared with the first embodiment:

according to the guide device for the automatic sewing arc-shaped open thread of the shirt lower collar, the limiting spring piece 62 which is easy to detach and replace is used as the elastic limiting mechanism 6, when the elasticity of the limiting spring piece 62 is reduced and needs to be replaced, the nut can be quickly loosened for replacement, and the use of the edge folding device cannot be delayed.
