1. A drainage pipeline comprising:

a first drain pipe (1) arranged vertically and having an upper port for communicating with a water tank (10);

a second drain pipe (2) having an upper port for communicating with the functional tank (20), a downstream portion of the second drain pipe (2) being a lateral water pipe (21) connected to a side portion of the first drain pipe (1);

it is characterized by also comprising:

Background

The drainage pipes of the water tank are various, and are matched with a single water tank and also matched with a double water tank and a triple water tank. Because the height of the double water tanks with different brands and the distance between the two water tank water outlets do not have a unified standard, each family has own design style, and the existing universal water tank can only be matched with the double water tanks with specific structures and can not be matched with various sizes at the same time.

The existing water tank drainage assembly also has the problems that a drain pipe is easy to block, the drainage efficiency is low, the deodorization effect is not good, and the like. The drainage assembly with the structure reduces the blockage problem of the drainage pipe to a certain extent. However, in actual use, it is found that such a problem still exists in the user's home: when the functional tank body for cleaning dishes, fruits and vegetables is not frequently used, but another common water tank is frequently used, due to the fact that the water drainage speed is low, oil stains and the like discharged from the common water tank easily flow into the transverse drain pipe of the functional tank body connected with the common water tank, and after a long time, the transverse drain pipe is blocked by a mixture of grease and food residues, so that normal use of the functional tank body is affected, and peculiar smell is generated.

Therefore, further improvements are needed in the current drain assembly structures for double or multiple sinks.

Disclosure of Invention

The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a drainage pipeline which can avoid blockage by accelerating the drainage speed and performing one-way partition on a drainage pipe of a functional groove body, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a drainage pipe capable of avoiding the generation of odor due to blockage and preventing the gas from overflowing, in view of the current situation of the prior art.

The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a drainage pipeline which can scrape and clean the drainage pipe of the functional groove body in the drainage process so as to avoid blockage, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

The fourth technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cleaning machine using the above drainage pipeline in view of the current situation of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving at least one technical problem is as follows: a drainage pipeline comprising:

the first drainage pipe is vertically arranged and is provided with an upper port communicated with the water tank;

a second drain pipe having an upper port for communicating with the functional tank, a downstream portion of the second drain pipe being a lateral water pipe connected to a side portion of the first drain pipe;

it is characterized by also comprising:

the baffle is arranged in the first drainage pipe and positioned above the transverse water pipe, and the baffle divides the first drainage pipe into an upper part and a lower part which are relatively independent from each other;

the drainage inner pipe is vertically arranged in the upper part of the first drainage pipe, and the lower port of the drainage inner pipe is communicated with the lower part through a baffle plate;

the anti-overflow sleeve is closed at the top and is arranged with the bottom open, the anti-overflow sleeve is arranged in the upper part of the first drainage pipe, and the lower port of the anti-overflow sleeve surrounds the upper end of the drainage inner pipe, so that a transverse S-shaped drainage channel is formed among the first drainage pipe, the anti-overflow sleeve and the drainage inner pipe; and

and the check valve is arranged in the transverse water pipe, only allows the water in the second water discharge pipe to be discharged into the first water discharge pipe through the transverse water pipe, and does not allow the water in the first water discharge pipe to flow backwards through the transverse water pipe.

Preferably, the cleaning assembly comprises a rotating shaft, axial flow blades and scraping pieces, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the transverse water pipe through a bearing, the axial flow blades are at least two groups and are arranged on the rotating shaft at intervals, and the scraping pieces are connected on the rotating shaft and are arranged close to the inner wall of the transverse water pipe. By adopting the structure, the cleaning assembly does not need to be driven by an external source, can automatically run every time the second drain pipe drains water, and cleans the transverse water pipe; meanwhile, when the axial flow blades rotate, the generated vortex is favorable for accelerating the drainage speed of the first drainage pipe for synchronously draining water and the second drainage pipe.

For the convenience of assembly, the rotating shaft is provided with a connecting rod between adjacent two axial-flow blades, the connecting rod extends in the radial direction of the rotating shaft, and the scraping piece is mounted at the end of the connecting rod. The horizontal water pipe is internally provided with an installation sleeve which is arranged close to the inner wall of the horizontal water pipe, the inner wall of the installation sleeve is provided with a supporting arm which extends towards the center of the installation sleeve, and the rotating shaft is restrained on the supporting arm.

Preferably, the check valve is arranged at the upstream of the transverse water pipe and is provided with at least two elastic valve plates, under the non-drainage state, the valve plates are mutually matched under the elastic force to separate the transverse water pipe, and under the drainage state, the valve plates are relatively separated under the action of water flow impact to ensure that the transverse water pipe is unblocked.

By adopting the structure, the first drainage pipe can rapidly guide and descend in the whole drainage process, the drainage speed is improved, and the blockage is avoided.

In the invention, the lower port of the first drainage pipe is connected with a water storage elbow, the water storage elbow is provided with a U-shaped main body part and a drainage part horizontally extending from the water outlet of the main body part, the drainage part is higher than the water inlet on the U-shaped main body part, and the drainage part is provided with a drainage port for connecting with the drainage structures of other tank bodies. By adopting the structure, when the water outlet is connected with another functional tank body, the mixing of three-tank water drainage can be avoided, the mutual influence is reduced, the water drainage speed is improved, and the blockage is avoided.

The cleaning machine with the drainage pipeline comprises a box body, a water tank and a functional tank, wherein the functional tank forms the box body of the cleaning machine, and a spraying assembly used for pumping water from the bottom of the box body is arranged in the box body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the first drainage pipe is provided with the baffle, the drainage inner pipe and the anti-overflow sleeve, sewage is accumulated above the baffle firstly during drainage, and when the water level is over the upper port of the drainage inner pipe, the sewage is discharged downwards rapidly, so that the drainage speed of the first drainage pipe is improved, and meanwhile, the transverse water pipe is blocked by the one-way valve through air flow, so that the sewage discharged rapidly downwards in the first drainage pipe is prevented from returning to the transverse water pipe, and the blockage of the transverse water pipe and the generation of peculiar smell are avoided; after the drainage is finished, partial water flow is accumulated above the baffle plate, and the water level is positioned between the drainage inner pipe and the anti-overflow sleeve, so that the first drainage pipe is isolated, the overflow of air flow is avoided, and the deodorization effect is achieved.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

The drainage pipeline of this embodiment is applicable to two basins, also can be applicable to three basins.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the drainage pipeline of the present embodiment includes a first drainage pipe 1, a second drainage pipe 2, and a trap 7, the first drainage pipe 1 is vertically disposed, an upper port of the first drainage pipe 1 is communicated with a lower port of a sink 10, and the sink 10 is a common sink. The upper stream of the second water discharge pipe 2 is a corrugated pipe, the upper port of the corrugated pipe is communicated with the lower water gap of the functional tank 20, and the functional tank 20 can be a common water tank or a box body of a dishwasher. The downstream portion of the second drain pipe 2 is a transverse water pipe 21 connected to the side portion of the first drain pipe 1, and the transverse water pipe 21 is arranged substantially perpendicular to the first drain pipe 1. The trap 7 is connected to the water outlet at the lower end of the first drain pipe 1.

The first drainage pipe 1 is also provided with a structure which can accelerate the drainage speed during drainage and form a water seal during non-drainage so as to avoid the overflow of airflow, the structure comprises a baffle plate 3, a drainage inner pipe 4 and an anti-overflow sleeve 5, the baffle plate 3 is arranged in the first drainage pipe 1 and is positioned above the transverse water pipe 21, and the baffle plate 3 divides the first drainage pipe 1 into an upper part 11 and a lower part 12 which are vertically independent relatively. The inner drainage pipe 4 is vertically arranged in the upper part of the first drainage pipe 1, and the lower port of the inner drainage pipe 4 is communicated with the lower part 12 through the baffle 3. The anti-overflow sleeve 5 is arranged with its top closed and bottom open, the anti-overflow sleeve 5 is arranged in the upper part 11 of the first drain pipe 1, and the lower port of the anti-overflow sleeve 5 encloses the upper end of the drain inner pipe 4 therein, so that a transverse S-shaped drain channel 100 is formed between the first drain pipe 1, the anti-overflow sleeve 5 and the drain inner pipe 4. When water is drained, sewage is accumulated above the baffle 3, and when the water level is over the upper port of the inner drainage pipe 4, the sewage is quickly drained downwards, so that the drainage speed of the first drainage pipe 1 is increased; after the drainage is finished, partial water flow is accumulated above the baffle 3, and the water level is positioned between the drainage inner pipe 4 and the anti-overflow sleeve 5, so that the first drainage pipe 1 is cut off, the overflow of air flow is avoided, and the deodorization effect is achieved.

The central part of the baffle 3 is provided with a water passing opening 31, and the lower end edge of the inner drainage pipe 4 is connected with the edge of the water passing opening 31 and is integrally formed with the same. The joint of the inner drainage pipe 4 and the baffle 3 is in smooth transition to form an arc-shaped flow guide surface 41, and one side of the cross section of the baffle 3 is of a U-shaped structure on the whole. The cross section of the anti-overflow sleeve 5 is n-shaped, the top of the anti-overflow sleeve 5 forms a reversed hemispherical flow guide structure 51, the lower end of the flow guide structure 51 is arranged corresponding to the upper port of the drainage inner pipe 4, and the upper end of the flow guide structure is arranged corresponding to the lower water gap 101 of the water tank 10. The top of the anti-overflow sleeve 5 is connected with the parting bead at the water outlet of the water tank 10 through screws. By adopting the structure, the first drainage pipe 1 can rapidly guide and descend in the whole drainage process, the drainage speed is improved, and the blockage is avoided.

In the present embodiment, a check valve 6 is provided in the lateral water pipe 21, and the check valve 6 allows only the water in the second drain pipe 2 to be discharged into the first drain pipe 1 through the lateral water pipe 21 and does not allow the water in the first drain pipe 1 to flow backward through the lateral water pipe 21. The check valve 6 is made of soft silica gel material, is arranged at the upstream of the transverse water pipe 21 and is provided with three elastic valve plates 61, under the non-drainage state, the valve plates 61 are mutually matched under the elastic force to separate the transverse water pipe 21, and under the drainage state, the valve plates 61 are relatively separated under the water flow impact action to ensure that the transverse water pipe 21 is unblocked.

The S-shaped drainage channel 100 transversely arranged among the first drainage pipe 1, the anti-overflow sleeve 5 and the drainage inner pipe 4 can accelerate the drainage speed of the first drainage pipe 1, and meanwhile, the transverse water pipe 21 is separated by the one-way valve 6, so that the return of the sewage rapidly discharged downwards in the first drainage pipe 1 to the transverse water pipe 21 is inhibited, and the blockage of the transverse water pipe 21 and the generation of peculiar smell are avoided.

In this embodiment, a cleaning assembly 8 capable of scraping the inner wall of the transverse water pipe 21 is further arranged in the transverse water pipe 21, and the cleaning assembly 8 can be rotatably arranged at the downstream of the check valve 6 and can be driven by water flow to rotate. The transverse water pipe 21 is provided with a mounting sleeve 85 arranged close to the inner wall of the transverse water pipe 21, the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 85 is provided with a supporting arm 851 extending towards the center thereof, and the rotating shaft 81 is restrained on the supporting arm 851 through a bearing.

The trap 7 of this embodiment has a U-shaped body 71 and a drain 72 extending horizontally from the outlet of the body 71, and the drain 72 is higher than the inlet of the U-shaped body 71, and the drain 72 is provided with a drain port 73 for connecting to the drain of another tank 30. By adopting the structure, when the water outlet 73 is connected with another functional tank body, the mixing of three-tank water drainage can be avoided, the mutual influence is reduced, the water drainage speed is increased, and the blockage is avoided.

The cleaning machine with the drainage pipeline comprises a box body and a water tank 10, wherein the functional tank 20 forms the box body of the cleaning machine, and a spraying assembly for pumping water at the bottom of the box body is arranged in the box body.
