A method for producing organic acid tablets by using organic acid tablet production equipment comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 12 parts of vitamin C; 34 parts of sodium bicarbonate; 7 parts of sodium carboxymethyl starch; 13 parts of lactose; 1.4 parts of aspartame; 1.1 parts of sweet orange essence; 1 part of micro silica gel powder; 0.5 part of magnesium stearate, adding 304 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone-K as a binding agent into the ingredients for granulation, drying and cooling, adding 60001 parts of polyethylene glycol as a lubricating agent, uniformly mixing, and feeding into organic acid tablet production equipment for tabletting to obtain the organic acid tablets.
