the lower end of the outer cylinder body (9) is fixed on a lower end plate (12), a pressure plate is arranged in the outer cylinder body (9), springs (11) are arranged between the pressure plate and the bottom of the outer cylinder body (9), each spring locking pin (10) penetrates through the side face of the outer cylinder body (9) and is inserted into the end face of the pressure plate, the upper end of the bearing column (6) is connected with the bearing plate (3), the lower end of the bearing column (6) penetrates through the pressure plate after being inserted into the outer cylinder body (9) from the top of the outer cylinder body (9), and the bearing column (6) is in threaded connection with the pressure plate;

5. Adjustable spring support with ball-transfer ball head according to claim 1, characterised in that the spring locking pins (10) are distributed in succession in the circumferential direction.

The adjustable spring support with the universal ball head as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pointer, wherein one end of the pointer is connected with the pressure plate, the other end of the pointer passes through the outer wall of the outer cylinder (9), and the outer wall of the outer cylinder (9) is provided with scale marks matched with the pointer.

7. Adjustable spring support with ball transfer head according to claim 1, characterized in that the ball transfer head on each ball transfer head hex bolt (1) is located on the same horizontal plane when in use.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a lockable spring support, in particular to a lockable spring support with a universal ball head.

Background

In the fields of electric power, petrochemical industry and the like, because of additional displacement and thermal expansion, thermal displacement can be generated at support points of some equipment, and in order to reduce severe change of support point load caused by the thermal displacement, a spring support is usually used for supporting pipelines and the equipment. The spring support is a functional structural component which bears the load of the pipeline by virtue of the compression of the spring, and the supporting force of the spring support is increased along with the increase of the compression deformation of the spring when the pipeline is vertically displaced.

Because of additional displacement and thermal expansion, the supporting point of the spring bracket can generate horizontal thermal displacement, and a polytetrafluoroethylene sheet is usually padded to reduce friction force during actual installation, so that the disadvantages that the polytetrafluoroethylene material cannot resist high temperature and is easy to damage are realized. As the support load increases, frictional forces typically prevent normal horizontal thermal displacement of the pipe and equipment.

When a pressure pipeline is subjected to hydrostatic test or the pipeline and equipment are subjected to acid washing, the spring support needs to be locked, and the traditional spring support is inconvenient to lock after being installed. In addition, under some abnormal conditions, the pipeline and the equipment pivot can generate abnormal vertical displacement due to abnormal load, the pipeline and the equipment sink and the like, the normal operation of the equipment is seriously influenced, and great potential safety hazard is brought.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a lockable spring support with a universal ball head, which can avoid the problem that the normal horizontal thermal displacement of a pipeline and equipment is prevented by friction force and can also avoid the abnormal displacement of the supported equipment.

In order to achieve the purpose, the adjustable spring support with the universal ball head comprises an outer cylinder body, a lower end plate, a bearing column, a bearing plate, a plurality of spring locking pins, a plurality of hexagonal bolts with the universal ball head and a plurality of lower bolts;

each universal ball head hexagon bolt sequentially penetrates through the upper locking thin nut, the bearing plate, the middle locking thin nut and the hexagonal internal thread sleeve, each lower bolt is fixed at the top of the outer barrel, a lower limiting thin nut is sleeved on each lower bolt, one lower bolt corresponds to one universal ball head hexagon bolt, and each lower bolt is located right below the corresponding universal ball head hexagon bolt.

The upper side of the bearing column is provided with a radial through hole.

The lower bolts are distributed along the circumferential direction in sequence.

All universal ball head hexagonal bolts are distributed along the circumferential direction in sequence.

The spring locking pins are distributed in sequence along the circumferential direction.

The device is characterized by further comprising a pointer, wherein one end of the pointer is connected with the pressing plate, the other end of the pointer penetrates through the outer wall of the outer barrel, and scale marks matched with the pointer are arranged on the outer wall of the outer barrel.

When the universal ball head hexagon bolts are used, the universal ball heads on the universal ball head hexagon bolts are positioned on the same horizontal plane.

when the lockable spring bracket with the universal ball head is in specific operation, the sliding friction is changed into rolling friction by utilizing the low friction performance of the universal ball head on the universal ball head hexagonal bolt, the horizontal thermal displacement of a pipeline and equipment is convenient, the lockable spring bracket is free from maintenance after installation, when the lockable spring bracket needs to be locked, the hexagonal internal thread sleeve is rotated, the upper side of the hexagonal internal thread sleeve is sleeved on the universal ball head hexagonal bolt, the lower side of the hexagonal internal thread sleeve is sleeved on the lower bolt, the spring bracket can be converted into a rigid bracket, the abnormal displacement of the supported equipment is avoided, and the lockable spring bracket is convenient and simple to operate and has extremely high practicability.

In the specific installation process of the universal ball head hexagon bolts, the upper locking thin nut 2 and the middle locking thin nut 4 are loosened, the universal ball head hexagon bolts 1 are rotated, the ball heads on the universal ball head hexagon bolts 1 are ensured to be positioned on the same horizontal plane, tools such as a crow bar and the like are inserted into the radial through holes in the bearing column 6, the load of the supported equipment is transferred to the spring support through adjusting the bearing column 6, and the load is adjusted to the designed load position.

It should be noted that the invention utilizes the low friction performance of the ball head of the universal ball on the hexagonal ball head bolt 1 to change the sliding friction into the rolling friction, which is convenient for the horizontal thermal displacement of the pipeline and the equipment, and is free from maintenance after installation, when needing to be locked, the hexagonal internal thread sleeve 5 is rotated, the upper side of the hexagonal internal thread sleeve 5 is sleeved on the hexagonal ball head bolt 1, the lower side of the hexagonal internal thread sleeve 5 is sleeved on the lower bolt 8, and then the middle locking thin nut 4 and the lower limiting thin nut 7 are locked, so that the spring support can be converted into the rigid support, and the abnormal displacement of the supported equipment is avoided.
