1. A preparation method of an acrylic sheet is characterized by comprising the following steps:

mixing polymethyl methacrylate general-purpose extrusion resin with a solvent to obtain a mixed material;

heating the mixed material to obtain a melt;

and (4) performing indentation cooling on the melt by using the roller to obtain a cured product.

7. The method for preparing an acrylic sheet according to claim 6, wherein: and a cooling loop used for cooling the roller is arranged in the roller.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of acrylic sheet production, in particular to a preparation method and a device of an acrylic sheet.

Background

With the gradual improvement of living standard of people, various decorative materials appear in places such as public places, luxury hotels, shopping malls and the like; the acrylic sheet is popular among people because of the advantages of light weight, low price, easy forming and the like; however, the production process of the existing acrylic sheet is relatively complex, so that the production efficiency of the acrylic sheet is not high.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a preparation method of the acrylic sheet, which can well simplify the process steps for preparing the acrylic sheet.

The preparation method of the acrylic sheet according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention comprises the following steps:

mixing polymethyl methacrylate general-purpose extrusion resin with a solvent to obtain a mixed material;

heating the mixed material to obtain a melt;

performing indentation cooling on the melt to obtain a solidified substance;

and cutting the cured product to obtain the acrylic sheet.

The method for preparing the acrylic sheet according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: when the acrylic sheet is prepared, firstly, mixing polymethyl methacrylate general-purpose extrusion resin with a solvent to obtain a mixed material; then, heating the mixed material to obtain a melt; then, performing indentation molding on the melt and cooling the melt to obtain a cured substance; and then cutting the cured product into acrylic plates with the same shape and size, so that the preparation steps of the acrylic plates are simplified, and the production efficiency of the acrylic plates is improved.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the amount of the polymethylmethacrylate general-purpose extrusion resin is 96 parts by weight and the amount of the solvent is 4 parts by weight.
