But because the PET base film plays resistant effect of buckling on the surface of the wrapping paper, after the PET base film is removed, the transfer coating can not meet the requirement of buckling of the wrapping paper.

The viscosity of the transfer coating becomes high when the environmental temperature is lower than 19 ℃, and the leveling performance of the transfer coating is influenced; an ambient temperature above 25 ℃ can result in too rapid solvent evaporation, which can result in too high a solids content of the transfer coating, which is detrimental to uniform application of the transfer coating. The environmental humidity is lower than 45%, so that the static electricity of the batching environment is increased, and the cleanliness of the transfer coating and the batching environment safety are reduced; the environmental humidity is higher than 65%, and the solvent can absorb moisture in the air, so that the coating is fogged, and the coating of the transfer coating is not facilitated.

(3) The gravure wet coating amount of the transfer coating of the scratch-resistant folding-resistant transfer film is 8.3-9.5 gsm. The wet coating amount is less than 8.3gsm, the transfer coating is too thin, the folding resistance of the transfer coating can be greatly reduced, and cracks are easy to appear on the transfer coating in the bending process of the packaging paper and expose out of the packaging paper; wet coats above 9.5gsm, too thick a transfer coat, not only wastes raw materials and increases costs, but also reduces the drying efficiency of the coat, causing blistering of the transfer coat, and also reducing the fold resistance of the transfer coat.

(4) The drying efficiency of the transfer coating of the scratch-resistant and folding-resistant transfer film is 90% -95%, the drying efficiency is higher than 90%, the transfer coating cannot be completely dried, and the transfer coating is easy to whiten during vacuum aluminum plating, so that the coating quality of the transfer coating is influenced; drying efficiency is higher than 95%, can make transfer coating and PET base film's laminating degree too high, influences peeling off of PET base film.
