1. A solar energy collection device, comprising:

the rack body (100), wherein an accommodating space is formed in the middle of the rack body (100);

6. The solar energy collecting device according to claim 5, wherein one end of the fourth solar panel (500) is rotatably connected to one end of the third solar panel (400) away from the frame body (100).

7. An electric vehicle comprising the solar energy collecting device of any one of claims 1-6, and further comprising:

the driving device is used for driving the electric vehicle to move;

a guide device for controlling a direction in which the electric vehicle moves.
