Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bulk material conveying, in particular to a dust cleaning device for a closed corridor of a suspension type belt conveyor.

Background

At present, belt conveyors are widely used for conveying bulk materials such as grains, cement, coal and the like. With the increasing strictness of the environmental protection requirement, the corridor of the belt conveyor needs to be closed, and the dust treatment in the closed corridor is difficult. During the working process of the belt conveyor, part of bulk materials are bound on the belt surface of the belt conveyor and are scattered on the ground of the gallery during return stroke, so that ground accumulated materials are formed. The conventional cleaning method is to arrange two cleaners on the belt conveyor for scraping off the residual materials on the surface of the return belt and performing centralized treatment near the head of the belt conveyor. In recent years, various cleaners for different materials have been developed in the market. However, due to the change of the operation condition of the belt conveyor, the aging of the sweeper and the change of the moisture and the granularity of the material, the sweeping effect of the sweeper is poor, the accumulated material with different degrees still exists below the belt conveyor, and the accumulated material needs to be cleaned manually and continuously. The manual cleaning requires workers to clean the floor of the gallery below the belt conveyor without stopping the belt conveyor, and is dangerous. At present, no mature technology for automatically cleaning the closed gallery of the belt conveyor exists. Therefore, how to rapidly and efficiently solve the problem of dust deposition of the closed corridor of the belt conveyor is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a dust cleaning device for a closed corridor of a suspension type belt conveyor, which adopts an upper suspension type belt conveyor, and a traveling trolley carries a dust treatment device to continuously clean the ground of the closed corridor along the working path of the belt conveyor, thereby effectively solving the problem of material accumulation on the ground of the closed corridor of the belt conveyor, eliminating unsafe factors of manual cleaning and achieving the purposes of automatically and efficiently cleaning dust and improving the working environment.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a dust cleaning device for a closed corridor of a suspension type belt conveyor comprises a traveling rail, a traveling trolley, a dust hood, a rolling brush, a connecting pipeline and a dust treatment device; the walking track is arranged in the closed corridor and below the suspension type belt conveyor and consists of 2 tracks arranged in parallel; the walking trolley can move along the walking track; a dust hood is arranged at the bottom of the travelling trolley corresponding to the space between the 2 tracks, rolling brushes are respectively arranged at the two sides of a dust suction port of the dust hood corresponding to the moving direction of the travelling trolley, and the rolling brushes are in rolling contact with the ground of the closed corridor; the top of the dust hood is connected with a dust processing device arranged on the travelling trolley through a connecting pipeline; the dust treatment device comprises a primary filter, a secondary filter, a draught fan and an exhaust device which are arranged in sequence; the bottoms of the first-stage filter and the second-stage filter are respectively connected with an ash collecting bin.

The walking trolley consists of a trolley body, wheels and a walking driving device, wherein the wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the trolley body, at least one group of wheels is an active walking wheel, the active walking wheel is connected with the walking driving device, and the other wheels are passive walking wheels.

The walking driving device comprises a motor and a speed reducer.

The walking track is arranged in the closed corridor in a through-length mode along the conveying direction of the suspension type belt conveyor.

The length of connecting tube can be adjusted, realizes the regulation of relative distance between suction hood and round brush and the closed vestibule ground through the length of adjusting connecting tube.

The bottom of the ash collecting bin is provided with an ash discharging port; the travelling trolley is provided with a dust discharging position on a moving path, the bottom of a closed corridor corresponding to the dust discharging position is provided with a dust collecting hopper, the top of the dust collecting hopper is provided with a dust receiving port, the upper surface of the dust receiving port is flush with the upper surface of a bottom plate of the closed corridor, and a valve plate is arranged at the dust receiving port; when discharging ash, the ash discharging port of the ash collecting bin is connected with the ash receiving port of the ash collecting hopper through the telescopic ash discharging device.

The dust treatment devices are 1 group arranged on one side of the travelling trolley, or the dust treatment devices are 2 groups arranged on two sides of the travelling trolley respectively.

Travel switches are respectively arranged on the travel limit and the ash discharge position of the travel trolley on the travel track, and the travel switches are controlled with the travel driving device, the valve plate and the telescopic ash discharge device in an interlocking manner through a control system.

The dust collection opening of the dust collection cover is a long strip opening and is arranged along the transverse through length of the walking track.

And when the closed corridor has a slope, a brake is arranged on the walking trolley.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) an upper suspension type belt conveyor is adopted, and a supporting structure is not arranged between the return section of the suspension type belt conveyor and the ground of the closed corridor, so that the cleaning operation of the dust accumulated on the ground of the closed corridor is facilitated;

2) the travelling trolley is adopted to carry the dust treatment device for dust cleaning operation, so that the closed corridor can be deeply cleaned in an unmanned operation state, the labor cost is saved, and the potential safety hazard of manual cleaning is eliminated;

3) the dust treatment device can collect the cleaned dust into the dust collection bin for uniform treatment, so that the aims of efficiently cleaning dust, collecting scattered materials and improving the working environment are fulfilled;

4) the roller brush is used for cleaning in contact with the ground of the closed corridor, so that thorough dust removal is ensured;

5) the dust treatment device is internally provided with a primary filter and a secondary filter, so that dust is completely filtered and precipitated, and secondary dust raising is avoided;

6) the connecting pipeline between the dust hood and the dust processing device can be telescopically adjusted to adapt to various working conditions;

7) the device has simple structure and convenient installation and use, can realize automatic control, can be applied to most occasions where the suspension type belt conveyor works, and has wide applicability and good development prospect.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the ash removing device for the closed corridor of the suspension type belt conveyor comprises a traveling rail 14, a traveling trolley 3, a dust hood 11, a rolling brush 12, a connecting pipeline 13 and a dust treatment device; the walking track 14 is arranged in the closed corridor 2 and below the suspension type belt conveyor 1 and consists of 2 tracks arranged in parallel; the walking trolley 3 can move along the walking track 14; a dust hood 11 is arranged at the bottom of the walking trolley 3 corresponding to the space between the 2 tracks, rolling brushes 12 are respectively arranged at the two sides of a dust suction port of the dust hood 11 corresponding to the moving direction of the walking trolley 3, and the rolling brushes 12 are in rolling contact with the ground of the closed corridor 2; the top of the dust hood 11 is connected with a dust processing device arranged on the walking trolley 3 through a connecting pipeline 13; the dust treatment device comprises a primary filter 5, a secondary filter 6, an induced draft fan 7 and an exhaust device 8 which are arranged in sequence; the bottoms of the first-stage filter 5 and the second-stage filter 6 are respectively connected with the dust collecting bin 4.

Travel switches are respectively arranged on the travel limit and the ash discharge position of the travel trolley 3 of the travel rail 14 and are controlled by the control system, the travel driving device, the valve plate and the telescopic ash discharge device in an interlocking manner.

The dust suction opening of the dust suction cover 11 is a long strip opening and is arranged along the transverse through length of the walking track 14.

When the closed corridor 2 has a slope, a brake is arranged on the walking trolley 3.

The ash removal device for the corridor of the suspension type belt conveyor is arranged right below the suspension type belt conveyor 1 and is used for cleaning scattered materials below and on two sides of the suspension type belt conveyor 1 in the operation process. After the supporting legs of the suspension type belt conveyor 1 are connected with the middle frame, the suspension type belt conveyor is suspended on the upper portion of the closed corridor 2, and no supporting device is arranged below the suspension type belt conveyor 1, so that the cleaning of the accumulated materials on the closed corridor 2 below is facilitated.

The walking track 14 is arranged from the head part to the tail part along the running direction of the suspension type belt conveyor 1, and one or more sets of ash cleaning devices are arranged according to the length of the suspension type belt conveyor 1.

The bottom surface of the rolling brush 12 is lower than the bottom surface of the dust hood 11, the dust hood 11 keeps a certain distance with the ground of the closed corridor 2, the rolling brush 12 is directly contacted with the ground of the closed corridor 2, the rolling brush 12 continuously rotates along with the movement of the walking trolley 3, and the accumulated materials on the ground of the closed corridor 2 are continuously scraped; the heights of the roller brush 12 and the dust hood 11 can be adjusted by the extension and contraction of the connecting pipeline 13.

The draught fan 7 generates negative pressure in the dust hood 11, dust and air scraped by the rolling brush 12 are continuously sucked into the dust hood 11, the air containing the dust is filtered by the primary filter 5 and the secondary filter 6, most of the dust is collected and then deposited in the dust collection bin 4, and the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust device 8. The bottom of the dust collecting bin 4 is provided with a dust discharging port, and collected dust is discharged into a dust collecting hopper 9 arranged at the bottom of the closed corridor 2 periodically for centralized treatment.

The traveling trolley 3 is driven by a traveling driving device to do reciprocating linear motion along a traveling rail 14, limit switches are respectively arranged at a traveling limit position and an ash discharge position, the ash cleaning device is automatically reversed after reaching the traveling limit position, the traveling is automatically stopped after reaching the ash discharge position and receiving an ash discharge instruction, a telescopic ash discharging device on the ash collecting bin 4 and a valve plate on the ash collecting hopper 9 are started at the same time, an ash discharge port of the ash collecting bin 4 is butted with an ash receiving port of the ash collecting hopper 9, then ash discharge operation is carried out, and secondary pollution caused by dust escaping outwards in the ash discharge process is prevented.

The roller brush 12 can be replaced periodically according to the nature of the material and the use condition.

The primary filter 5 and the secondary filter 6 can be replaced regularly according to the ash removal effect and the use condition.

The operation mode of the ash cleaning device can be set to an automatic mode, a manual mode or a mode which is interlocked with the suspension type belt conveyor to start.
