The invention aims to provide a supporting leg device, a chassis frame structure of a crane and the crane, which can improve the stability of the supporting leg when the supporting leg is opened and improve the reliability of the supporting leg device for the crane.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a leg device for a crane, where the leg device includes a mounting bracket assembly, a first leg, a second leg, and a first limiting member, the mounting bracket assembly is configured to be disposed on a chassis frame of the crane, a first end of the first leg and a first end of the second leg are both rotatably connected to the mounting bracket assembly, the first leg has a first closed position and a first open position, and the second leg has a second closed position and a second open position; when the first leg is located at the first closed position and the second leg is located at the second closed position, the second end of the first leg and the second end of the second leg are close to each other, and when the first leg is located at the first open position and the second leg is located at the second open position, the second end of the first leg and the second end of the second leg are far away from each other; the first limiting piece is arranged on the mounting frame assembly and is used for abutting against at least one of the first supporting leg positioned at the first opening position and the second supporting leg positioned at the second opening position; the mounting frame assembly comprises a first mounting frame, a second mounting frame and a pull rod frame, the first mounting frame, the pull rod frame and the second mounting frame are sequentially arranged on the chassis frame at intervals, the first end of the first supporting leg is rotatably connected with the first mounting frame, and the first end of the second supporting leg is rotatably connected with the second mounting frame; the leg device further comprises a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece, wherein the first end of the first supporting piece and the first end of the second supporting piece can be connected with the pull rod frame, when the first leg is located at the first open position, the second end of the first supporting piece can be connected with the first leg, and when the second leg is located at the second open position, the second end of the second supporting piece can be connected with the second leg.
In an alternative embodiment, the first limiting member has a first limiting surface, and the first limiting surface is used for abutting against the first leg located at the first open position.
In an optional embodiment, the first limiting member further has a second limiting surface, and the second limiting surface is used for abutting against the first leg when the first leg rotates to the first closed position.
In an alternative embodiment, the second end of the first support is removably connected to the first leg; and/or the second end of the second support member is removably connected to the second leg.

In an optional embodiment, the first limiting member is configured to abut against the first leg located at the first opening position, the leg device further includes a second limiting member disposed on the mounting frame assembly, the second limiting member has a third limiting surface, and the third limiting surface is configured to abut against the second leg when the second leg rotates to the second opening position; and/or the second limiting part is also provided with a fourth limiting surface which is used for abutting against the second supporting leg when the second supporting leg rotates to the second closed position.
In an optional embodiment, the first leg comprises a leg body, an oil cylinder and a leg disc, the first end of the leg body is rotatably connected with the mounting frame assembly, the oil cylinder is arranged at the second end of the leg body and is in transmission connection with the leg disc for driving the leg disc to extend or retract relative to the leg body, and the oil cylinder is provided with an overflow valve.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a chassis frame structure of a crane, including a chassis frame, a front leg assembly, a rear leg assembly, and a leg device according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, where the front leg assembly is disposed at a front end of the chassis frame, the rear leg assembly is disposed at a rear end of the chassis frame, the leg device is disposed at a tail portion of the chassis frame, and the mounting bracket assembly is connected to the chassis frame.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a crane, including the chassis frame structure of the crane in the foregoing embodiment.
The supporting leg device of the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the supporting leg device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be arranged on a chassis frame of a crane to support the crane; a first leg and a second leg of the leg assembly are both rotatably connected to the mounting bracket assembly, the first leg having a first closed position and a first open position, the second leg having a second closed position and a second open position; the first limiting piece is arranged on the mounting frame assembly and is used for abutting against at least one of the first supporting leg positioned at the first opening position and the second supporting leg positioned at the second opening position; and when the first leg is positioned at the first opening position, the first support piece is connected between the first leg and the pull rod frame, and when the second leg is positioned at the second opening position, the second support piece is connected between the second leg and the pull rod frame. According to the arrangement, when the crane is supported by the support leg device, the first support leg can be rotated to the first open position, the second support leg can be rotated to the second open position, so that the crane can be supported by the first support leg and the second support leg together, at least one of the first support leg and the second support leg at the first open position is abutted to the first limiting piece, so that at least one of the first support leg and the second support leg cannot continuously rotate beyond the respective open positions, the first support piece is connected between the first support leg and the pull rod frame, the second support piece is connected between the second support leg and the pull rod frame, the freedom degrees of the first support leg and the second support leg can be respectively limited by the first support piece and the second support piece, the movement trend of the first support leg to rotate to the first closed position is limited, and the movement trend of the second support leg to rotate to the second closed position is limited, thereby improving the stability of at least one of the first support leg and the second support leg when the first support leg and the second support leg are opened and improving the reliability of the support leg device for the crane.
Moreover, the first supporting leg can rotate to the first closed position, and the second supporting leg can rotate to the second closed position, so that the second end of the first supporting leg and the second end of the second supporting leg are close to each other, the crane provided with the supporting leg device is not easy to interfere with the supporting leg device in moving, and the condition that the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg collide with the outside in the moving process of the crane is improved.
The chassis frame structure of the crane provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the chassis frame structure of the crane provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a chassis frame, a front supporting leg assembly, a rear supporting leg assembly and the supporting leg device. The chassis frame structure of the crane can be stably supported by a first supporting leg arranged at a first open position, a second supporting leg arranged at a second open position and a front supporting leg assembly arranged at the front end and a rear supporting leg assembly arranged at the rear end of the chassis frame respectively, at least one of the first supporting leg arranged at the first open position and the second supporting leg arranged at the second open position is abutted against a first limiting piece, so that at least one of the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg cannot continuously rotate beyond the open positions respectively corresponding to the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg, the first supporting piece is connected between the first supporting leg and the pull rod frame, the second supporting piece is connected between the second supporting leg and the pull rod frame, the freedom degrees of the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg can be respectively limited by the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece, and the movement trend of the first supporting leg to the first closed position is limited, and the movement trend of the second support leg rotating to the second closing position is limited, so that the stability of at least one of the first support leg and the second support leg when the first support leg and the second support leg are opened is improved, and the support reliability of the support leg device is improved.

The crane provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the crane provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the chassis frame structure of the crane, and the chassis frame structure can be stably and reliably supported.
Moreover, when the crane moves, the first supporting leg arranged on the supporting leg device of the chassis frame can rotate to the first closed position, and the second supporting leg can rotate to the second closed position, namely the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg retract relative to the chassis frame, so that the condition that the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg collide with the outside in the process of moving the crane is improved, and the crane does not interfere with the supporting leg device.
