Background

However, the existing assembling device can not ensure that the loudspeaker can be tightly installed on the watch case, and the problem of looseness of the loudspeaker often occurs.

Therefore, there is a need for a positioning assembly, a watch case assembling device and a watch case assembling method, which solve the technical problems in the prior art to a certain extent.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims to provide a positioning component, a watchcase assembling device and a watchcase assembling method, which solve the technical problem that the conventional assembling device cannot ensure that a loudspeaker is fastened on a watchcase to a certain extent.

The specific working process of the moving assembly is as follows: step 100: the speaker 142 is extracted using the magnetic pen 123; step 200: placing the magnetic pen 123 on the fixing member 155; step 300: driving the clamp to move in a third direction 124 above the mounting base 102; step 400: the driving end of the pressing member is driven so that the grip portion is moved in a vertically downward direction, and the speaker 142 is placed in the wristwatch case.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the watch case assembling apparatus further includes an inspection assembly 133, the inspection assembly 133 being disposed on the plummer 100;

the inspection unit 133 includes a detection unit 134, a fixing unit 135, and a sliding unit 136; the detecting portion 134 is slidably disposed on the fixing portion 135 via the sliding portion 136; the detection unit 134 faces the speaker 142 and detects the speaker 142.

Specifically, the checking component 133 is used for detecting the accuracy of the speaker 142 to ensure that the speaker 142 mounted on the watch case can work normally.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the watchcase assembling device further includes a holding component 137, and the holding component 137 is disposed on the plummer 100; the containing assembly 137 comprises a containing plate 138 and a cover plate capable of being buckled on the containing plate 138; the cover plate can absorb the speaker 142.

Specifically, the containing assembly 137 further comprises a bottom plate 148, and the cover plate and the containing plate 138 are arranged on the bottom plate 148.

Preferably, the cover plate is an acrylic cover plate, the acrylic cover plate is provided with a frame 139, and the frame 139 is used for supporting the acrylic cover plate.

Further, the following measures are taken before the speaker 142 is captured with the magnetic pen 123:

step 100: the loudspeaker 142 is placed on an acrylic cover plate (a magnet is arranged on the acrylic cover plate) by using tweezers, and the loudspeaker 142 is adsorbed by the magnet on the acrylic cover plate;

step 200: the acrylic cover plate on which the speaker 142 is adsorbed is buckled on the containing plate 138 through the turnover shaft 147; specifically, the positioning pins 150 are disposed on one side of the containing plate 138 facing the cover plate, and the positioning holes 151 are disposed on one side of the frame 139 facing the containing plate 138, so that when the acrylic cover plate is fastened to the containing plate 138, the positioning pins 150 can be inserted into the positioning holes 151, thereby fastening the acrylic cover plate to the containing plate 138; in addition, in order to further realize the lock of ya keli apron with holding board 138, be provided with magnet on ya keli apron and holding board 138 respectively, utilize the adsorption of magnet, realize firmly the lock of ya keli apron on holding board 138.

Step 300: the acrylic cover plate is taken down and placed at the temporary storage position, and the loudspeaker 142 is subjected to code scanning identification.

Step 400: the speaker 142 is inspected using the inspection assembly 133 described above.

Step 500: after the examination, the cover plate is covered with the acrylic cover plate again, the acrylic cover plate is turned over by 180 degrees through the turning shaft 147, and the acrylic cover plate is fixed on the chassis 148 under the adsorption action of the magnet.

Step 500: the speaker 142 on the acryl plate is grabbed by the magnetic pen 123 and transferred to the watch case.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the watchcase assembling device further includes a tray assembly 140, and the tray assembly 140 is disposed on one side of the carrier 100 for placing an operating tool.

Specifically, the tray assembly 140 includes a frame 152 and a tray 153; the tray 153 is arranged in the frame 152; in the actual working process, a common operating tool can be placed on the tray 153, so that the operation is more convenient.

In this embodiment, the watchcase assembling device further includes an illuminating lamp 141, and the illuminating lamp 141 is movably disposed on the plummer 100, and is used for providing light during the actual assembling process, which helps to improve the assembling accuracy.

In the above embodiment, the control unit is further included, and the control unit includes a controller, the controller is electrically connected to the first cylinder, the second cylinder 130 and the third cylinder 118, and the control unit controls the start and stop of the above electrical components, presses the emergency stop button in case of an emergency fault, and controls the above components to stop operating through the controller.

Example two

The application provides a watchcase assembling method, which comprises the following steps:

an acquisition step: acquiring the loudspeaker 142;

the installation step: mounting the speaker 142 in a watch case;

a positioning step: the speaker 142 is positioned within the watch case using the positioning assembly 105.

In particular, the positioning assembly 105 is utilized in the watchcase assembling method, so that the loudspeaker 142 can be tightly positioned in the second preset position in the watchcase, the beneficial effect of tightly fixing the loudspeaker 142 and the watchcase is achieved, and the problem that the loudspeaker and the watchcase are not firmly assembled in the prior art is solved.

In this embodiment, the following steps are further included between the mounting step and the positioning step:

cleaning: the watch case is cleaned by the cleaning assembly 128 to ensure the cleanliness of the watch case, so that the loudspeaker 142 is accurately mounted on the watch case.

In this embodiment, before the acquiring step, the method further includes the following steps:

and (3) checking: the speaker 142 is tested by the inspection component 133, and the integrity of the speaker 142 is ensured by the inspection component 133 performing routine testing on the speaker 142.

In this embodiment, the mounting step includes the steps of:

an alignment step: aligning the speaker 142 at a first preset position within the watch case;

a pressing step: the speaker 142 is driven in the first direction 104 to lock the speaker 142 in the watch case.

In conclusion, the watch case assembling method adopts an automatic mode to replace a manual mode in the prior art, and the work efficiency is higher.
