1. A vertical UV light source hardening device comprises a track, a conveying mechanism, a curing lamp set and at least one bearing frame, and is characterized in that the track, the conveying mechanism and the curing lamp set are arranged on a machine table;

the rail is provided with an upper space and a lower space which are positioned at the upper and lower positions, and is also provided with a front space and a rear space which are positioned at the two end parts of the rail, the rail is provided with a rail seat, the rail seat is arranged on the machine table, and the upper space is formed by recessing the upper part of the rail seat into a long groove;

the conveying mechanism comprises a chain wheel set and a chain, the chain wheel set is provided with a driving chain wheel and a driven chain wheel, the driving chain wheel is arranged in the front space of the track, the driven chain wheel is pivoted on the track and positioned in the rear space, a motor is arranged on the outer side of the track seat, a power shaft of the motor penetrates through the track seat and is fixed with the driving chain wheel, the chain is an annular flexible body and is positioned in the upper space and the lower space of the track to move and is wound and meshed with the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel;

7. An application method of a vertical UV light source hardening device, which is applied to the vertical UV light source hardening device of any one of claims 1 to 6 and can be used for curing a workpiece to be cured, is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step A is the positioning of the work piece: vertically positioning a thin-plate workpiece on a bearing frame;

step B is the placement of a bearing frame: placing the bearing frame on a rail and a conveying mechanism, wherein the bearing frame is placed at one end part of the conveying mechanism by the bearing seat at the bottom of the frame body and is positioned on a chain of the rail seat to enable a workpiece to be in an upright state;

step C is the transfer of the work piece: the conveying mechanism moves the working object on the track by a moving chain and moves the working object towards the other end of the conveying mechanism;

step D, curing processing: the lamps arranged on the lamps of the curing lamp group are vertically arranged and positioned on two sides of the track, a working object passes through the lamps through the chains of the conveying mechanism, and light sources emitted by the lamps irradiate on the working object;

and E, finishing the solidification processing of the workpiece: the work piece is irradiated by the light source of the lamp tube and then transferred to the other end of the conveying mechanism, and the solidification processing of the work piece is completed.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the workpiece is held in place by a fixture in the frame of the carriage.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a processing machine for circuit boards, and more particularly, to a vertical UV light source hardening apparatus for hardening the surface of a circuit board passing through the processing machine with a UV light source.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The invention is created again in view of the problems of the prior art in the production of the circuit by the UV curing equipment, and the purpose that the finished product of the circuit board cannot be bent and deformed when the circuit board is subjected to UV heat curing is achieved by moving the circuit board by the upright bearing frame and matching with the UV lamp which is positioned at the two sides of the bearing frame and can be used for projection curing.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a vertical UV light source curing device, which comprises a rail, a conveying mechanism, a curing light set, and at least one supporting frame, wherein the rail, the conveying mechanism, and the curing light set are disposed on a machine; the rail is provided with an upper space and a lower space which are positioned at the upper and lower positions, and is also provided with a front space and a rear space which are positioned at the two end parts of the rail, the rail is provided with a rail seat, the rail seat is arranged on the machine table, and the upper space is formed by recessing the upper part of the rail seat into a long groove; the conveying mechanism comprises a chain wheel set and a chain, the chain wheel set is provided with a driving chain wheel and a driven chain wheel, the driving chain wheel is arranged in the front space of the track, the driven chain wheel is pivoted on the track and positioned in the rear space, a motor is arranged on the outer side of the track seat, a power shaft of the motor penetrates through the track seat and is fixed with the driving chain wheel, the chain is an annular flexible body and is positioned in the upper space and the lower space of the track to move and is wound and meshed with the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel; the curing lamp set is provided with a plurality of lamps, the lamps are arranged on the machine table and positioned on two sides of the track, a lamp tube is arranged in each lamp, the lamp tube is a long tube body and is vertically arranged, and a light source emitted by each lamp tube faces the track; each bearing frame is provided with a frame body which is a hollow vertical frame body for positioning a workpiece to be processed, and the bottom of the frame body is provided with at least one bearing seat which is arranged on the chain.

In the vertical UV light source curing device, the lamp positions at one side of the track and the lamp positions at the other side of the track are arranged in a staggered manner, the lamp has a lamp housing, the lamp housing is provided with a light projecting port, the light projecting port is adjacent to the track, and a light source emitted by a lamp tube of the lamp irradiates towards the track position through the light projecting port.

The vertical UV light source hardening device is characterized in that the chain comprises a plurality of chain pieces, each adjacent chain piece is pivoted by a pivot, one end of each pivot is sleeved with a roller, the other end of each pivot is pivoted with a roller, the roller is provided with a ring groove, and two adjacent rollers are respectively positioned at two sides of the moving path of the chain; the upper space of the rail seat is provided with an upper guide plate, the lower space of the rail seat is formed inside the rail seat in a penetrating way and is provided with a lower guide plate, the upper guide plate is positioned above the lower guide plate and is arranged at intervals, a convex strip protrudes above the surface of the upper guide plate, and a convex strip protrudes above the surface of the lower guide plate; the chain is located between the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel, the upper section of the chain is located on the upper guide plate, the annular groove of the roller is located on the protruding strip of the upper guide plate, the lower section of the chain is located on the lower guide plate, and the annular groove of the roller is located on the protruding strip of the lower guide plate.

In the vertical UV light source curing device, a plurality of fixing members are disposed around the frame.

The vertical UV light source curing device, wherein the conveying mechanism further comprises a tension mechanism, a tension adjusting wheel, a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel, the tension adjusting wheel is connected with the tension mechanism, the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are pivoted on the rail seat, the tension adjusting wheel is located between the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel and located in the front space, and the chain is meshed with the tension adjusting wheel, the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel.

The vertical UV light source hardening device is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the track seat in a penetrating mode relative to the position of the tension adjusting wheel, the tension mechanism is provided with a base and a guide rail, the base and the guide rail are installed on the outer side wall of the track seat, the guide rail is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block can be located on the guide rail to move, an elastic piece is arranged between the sliding block and the base, the sliding block can be pushed by the elastic piece, the sliding block is provided with a shaft rod penetrating through the through hole, and the shaft rod and the tension adjusting wheel are pivoted mutually.

Another technical means of the present invention is to provide an application method of a vertical UV light source hardening device, which is applied to a vertical UV light source hardening device and can be used for curing a work piece to be cured, the application method comprising the steps of: step A is the positioning of the work piece: vertically positioning a thin-plate workpiece on a bearing frame; step B is the placement of a bearing frame: placing the bearing frame on a rail and a conveying mechanism, wherein the bearing frame is placed at one end part of the conveying mechanism by the bearing seat at the bottom of the frame body and is positioned on a chain of the rail seat to enable a workpiece to be in an upright state; step C is the transfer of the work piece: the conveying mechanism moves the working object on the track by a moving chain and moves the working object towards the other end of the conveying mechanism; step D, curing processing: the lamps arranged on the lamps of the curing lamp group are vertically arranged and positioned on two sides of the track, a working object passes through the lamps through the chains of the conveying mechanism, and light sources emitted by the lamps irradiate on the working object; and E, finishing the solidification processing of the workpiece: the work piece is irradiated by the light source of the lamp tube and then transferred to the other end of the conveying mechanism, and the solidification processing of the work piece is completed.

The application method of the vertical UV light source curing device is that the periphery of the workpiece is clamped and positioned by the fixing piece arranged on the frame of the bearing frame.

When the invention applies the technical means to carry out UV light source curing operation on a thin plate-shaped workpiece, because the workpiece to be processed is carried and transferred by the conveying mechanism in an upright shape on the track, a curing lamp group for heating the light source is provided, the curing lamp group is provided with a plurality of lamps, and the lamp tubes arranged in the lamps are upright, so that the light source projected by each lamp tube irradiates on the workpiece in a lateral direction, and the workpiece still takes an upright shape after being cured by UV heat and can keep the shape as a flat plate and is not easy to deform.

Detailed Description

The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings, which are provided for illustration purposes and the like:

referring to fig. 1, the vertical UV light source curing device of the present invention comprises a rail 10, a conveying mechanism 20, a curing light set 30 and at least one supporting frame 40, wherein the rail 10, the conveying mechanism 20 and the curing light set 30 are disposed on a machine, which is not shown in the prior art, and is used to provide a mounting arrangement for each component, and the supporting frame 40 is detachably disposed on the conveying mechanism 20 and is supported to move through the curing light set 30.

Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the rail 10 has an upper space 101, a lower space 102, a front space 103 and a rear space 104, the rail 10 has a rail seat 11, the rail seat 11 is installed on the machine, the upper space 101 is formed by recessing the upper side of the rail seat 11 into a long groove, the two side walls of the long groove are parallel to each other, the opposite wall surfaces of the rail seat 11 are respectively provided with a guide vane 12, and the rail seat 11 is provided with a through hole 110 at a position corresponding to the front space 103; referring to fig. 6, an upper guide plate 13 is disposed in the upper space 101 of the rail seat 11, a lower space 102 is formed in the rail seat 11, a lower guide plate 14 is disposed in the lower space 102, the upper guide plate 13 is disposed above and spaced from the lower guide plate 14, a convex strip 131 protrudes above the plate surface of the upper guide plate 13, a convex strip 141 protrudes above the plate surface of the lower guide plate 14, and the front space 103 and the rear space 104 are respectively disposed in front of and behind the rail 10;

in the embodiment shown in the figures, the rail 10 includes a long column and two rail pieces, the long column is a hollow body, the interior of the long column is the lower space 102, two rail pieces are respectively disposed on two sides of the upper side of the long column, the guide piece 12 is disposed on the opposite inner sidewalls of the two rail pieces to form a long slot of the rail seat 11, the long slot is the upper space 101, the length of each rail piece is greater than that of the long column, and the front space 103 and the rear space 104 are respectively formed between two ends of the long column and the two rail pieces.

Referring to fig. 2, 4, 5 and 6, the conveying mechanism 20 includes a sprocket set 21 and a chain 22, wherein the sprocket set 21 has a driving sprocket 211 and a driven sprocket 212, the driving sprocket 211 is disposed in the front space 103 of one end of the track 10, the driven sprocket 212 is pivoted to the other end of the track 10 and is located in the rear space 104, a motor 213 is disposed outside the track seat 11 of the track 10, and a power shaft of the motor 213 penetrates through the front space 103 and is fixed to the driving sprocket 211;

the chain 22 is a ring-shaped flexible body, which can be a bird chain in the prior art, that is, a plurality of chain pieces are pivoted by pivots 221, one end of each pivot 221 is sleeved with a roller 222, the other end is pivoted with a roller 223, the roller 222 forms a ring groove, and two adjacent rollers 223 are respectively positioned at two sides of the moving path of the chain 22; the chain 22 is wound around the driving sprocket 211 and the driven sprocket 212 engaged with the sprocket set 21, the chain 22 is located between the driving sprocket 211 and the driven sprocket 212, the upper section of the chain is located in the upper space 101 and located on the upper guide plate 13, the circular groove of the roller 222 is located on the protruding strip 131 of the upper guide plate 13, the lower section of the chain is located in the lower space 102 and located on the lower guide plate 14, and the circular groove of the roller 222 is located on the protruding strip 141 of the lower guide plate 14.

Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the conveying mechanism 20 further includes a tension mechanism 23, a tension adjusting wheel 24, a first guide wheel 25 and a second guide wheel 26, wherein the tension adjusting wheel 24 is connected to the tension mechanism 23, the first guide wheel 25 and the second guide wheel 26 are pivotally disposed on the track base 11, the tension adjusting wheel 24 is disposed between the first guide wheel 25 and the second guide wheel 26 and located in the front space 103, and the chain 22 is engaged with the tension adjusting wheel 24, the first guide wheel 25 and the second guide wheel 26;

the tension mechanism 23 has a base 231 and a guide rail 232, the base 231 and the guide rail 232 are installed on the outer side wall of the rail seat 11, the guide rail 232 is provided with a sliding block 233, the sliding block 233 can be located on the guide rail 232 for movement, an elastic member 235 is arranged between the sliding block 233 and the base 231, the sliding block 233 is provided with a shaft 234, the shaft 234 penetrates through the through hole 110 of the rail seat 11 and is mutually pivoted with the tension adjusting wheel 24, so the sliding block 233 can be pushed to move by the elastic force of the elastic member 235, at this time, the tension adjusting wheel 24 can be moved and mutually engaged with the chain 22, so that the chain 22 can be kept with a certain tension at any time.

Referring to fig. 1, the curing light set 30 includes a plurality of light fixtures 31, the light fixtures 31 are disposed on the machine platform and located on two sides of the track 10, and the positions of the light fixtures 31 on one side and the positions of the light fixtures 31 on the other side are disposed in a staggered manner, that is, the light fixtures 31 on one side of the track 10 are not opposite to the light fixtures 31 on the other side, a lamp tube 311 is disposed inside the light fixture 31, the lamp tube 311 is a long tube and is vertically disposed, a light source emitted by the lamp tube 311 of each light fixture 31 faces the track 10, a specific embodiment of the light fixture 31 includes a lamp housing 312, the lamp housing 312 includes a light projecting port 313, and the light source emitted by the lamp tube 311 irradiates the track 10 via the light projecting port 313; the lamp 311 can be a UV lamp, and an adjusting mechanism 32 is disposed between the lamps 31 and the machine, the adjusting mechanism 32 is a prior art, and therefore will not be further described, and has a function of adjusting the position of each lamp 31 on the machine.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, the carrier 40 has a frame 41, the frame 41 is a hollow upright frame, at least one bearing seat 42 is disposed at the bottom of the frame 41, a plurality of fixing members, which can be clamps, are disposed at the periphery of the frame 41, each fixing member can clamp and position the workpiece 50 to be cured on the frame 41, the workpiece 50 can be a circuit board in a thin plate shape, the bearing seat 42 is disposed on the chain 22, in a preferred embodiment, the carrier 40 has two bearing seats 42, and each bearing seat 42 is disposed on a plurality of rollers 223; when the carrier 40 is provided with two bearing seats 42, the bearing seats 42 are located at two ends of the lower portion of the frame 41, so that the frame 41 of the carrier 40 is stably located above the chain 22.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for applying the vertical UV light source hardening apparatus of the present invention can be used for curing a work 50, and includes the steps of:

step A is the positioning of the work piece: positioning the thin-plate workpiece 50 on the carrier 40, that is, clamping and positioning the periphery of the workpiece 50 by a fixing member arranged on the frame 41 of the carrier 40;

step B is the placement of a bearing frame: placing the loading frame 40 on the rail 10 and the conveying mechanism 20, that is, placing the loading frame 40 on the chain 22 at one end of the conveying mechanism 20 and between the rail seats 11 of the rail 10 by the loading seats 42 at the bottom of the frame 41, and making the thin sheet workpiece 50 in an upright state;

step C is the transfer of the work piece: the conveying mechanism 20 uses a moving chain 22 to locate the workpiece 50 on the track 10 and move towards the other end of the conveying mechanism 20;

step D, curing processing: each lamp 31 of the curing lamp group 30 is located at two sides of the track 10, the lamp tube 311 of the lamp 31 is vertically arranged, the work piece 50 located on the track 10 passes through each lamp 31 via the chain 22 of the conveying mechanism 20 and irradiates the work piece 50 with the light emitted by the lamp tube 311;

and E, finishing the solidification processing of the workpiece: after the workpiece 50 positioned on the carriage 40 is irradiated by the lamp 311, the workpiece is transferred to the other end of the conveying mechanism 20, so that the workpiece 50 is solidified, and the solidified workpiece 50 is taken out from the carriage 40.

Because the curing lamp set 30 is provided with the plurality of lamps 31 at two sides of the track 10, the lamps 31 at two sides of the track 10 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the lamps 311 provided by the lamps 31 are in an upright state and are matched with the light projecting port 313 structure arranged on the side wall surface of the lamp housing 312, the light source emitted by the lamps 311 projects in a lateral direction, the workpiece 50 to be processed is arranged on the bearing frame 40, when the bearing frame 40 is arranged in the track 10 and is positioned in the conveying mechanism 20, the workpiece 50 moves on the track 10 in an upright state, the light source of the lamps 311 can irradiate on the surface of the workpiece 50, and the sheet-shaped workpiece 50 can still keep the flatness after the high-temperature light source carries out UV heating curing on the workpiece 50.
