When the four groups of rack locking devices 13 are in an open state, all the components of the furnace repairing rack 14 can be lifted in and out of the furnace body by the lifting electric hoist 9 in sequence; when the furnace repairing rack 14 is assembled in the furnace shell 27, the rotating arms 39 of the four sets of rack locking devices 13 are pushed to be in a locking state, so that the furnace repairing rack 14 is supported on the lower frame 7 of the high-low rail type furnace repairing trolley 3 through the four sets of rack locking devices.

The operation process of the compact converter repairing device is as follows: (1) when the converter needs to be repaired, the smoke hood trolley 35 carrying the movable smoke hood 36 is moved away, so that the high-low rail type furnace repairing trolley 3 is positioned right above the converter shell; (2) hoisting an electric hoist 9 is adopted to hoist the first stretching platform 23, the second stretching platform 24, the third stretching platform 25 and the like into the furnace shell 27 in advance; (3) the hoisting electric hoist 9 is connected with a furnace repairing bracket 19 which is forked into the crane 1, and the furnace repairing bracket 19 is hoisted to enter the bottom of the furnace shell 27 and is temporarily supported and fixed; (4) hoisting an electric hoist 9 to hoist a fourth furnace repairing support 18, a third furnace repairing support 17, a second furnace repairing support 16 and a first furnace repairing support 15 into a furnace shell 27 in sequence, and installing the electric hoist into a compact furnace repairing rack 14; (5) sequentially mounting a first stretching platform 23, a second stretching platform 24 and a third stretching platform 25 with the furnace repairing bracket 19 to form a furnace repairing platform 20, and then hoisting a conveying bracket 22 to the furnace repairing platform 20; (6) the rotating arms 39 of the four groups of rack locking devices 13 are pushed to be in a locking state, so that the furnace repairing rack 14 is supported on the lower frame 7 of the high-low rail type furnace repairing trolley 3 through the four groups of rack locking devices; (7) hoisting the refractory material and the tools into the furnace repairing platform 20 in sequence by hoisting the electric hoist 9, and then building a furnace at the bottom of the furnace shell 27 by workers; (8) after building to a preset height, opening the rotating arms 39 of the four groups of rack locking devices 13, moving the furnace repairing bracket 14 together with the furnace repairing platform 20 upwards by adopting a hoisting electric hoist 9, locking the rotating arms 39 of the four groups of rack locking devices 13, supporting the furnace repairing rack 14 on the lower frame 7 of the high-low rail type furnace repairing trolley 3, and then removing the first furnace repairing support 15; (9) continuously building refractory materials in the blast furnace according to the step (8), moving the furnace bracket 14 upwards together with the furnace repairing platform 20, and sequentially removing a second furnace repairing support, a third furnace repairing support and a fourth furnace repairing support; (10) after the repair period is finished, the first extension platform 23, the second extension platform 24 and the third extension platform 25 are detached from the repair bracket 19, and then the furnace shells 27 are hoisted in sequence; (11) the fume hood trolley 35 moves in to drive the high-low rail type furnace repairing trolley 3 to recover the production state of the converter, and the finishing, reforming and repairing work is finished.
