Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of laver harvesting, in particular to a laver harvesting device which has high harvesting efficiency and stable harvesting quality and can effectively reduce the labor intensity.

Background

The laver is cultivated in the sea, the harvesting time of the laver is short, and the laver can be rotten if the laver cannot be harvested in time; when the laver is harvested, the laver band needs to be pulled onto a boat, then the laver on a plurality of ropes of the laver band is pulled off manually or by adopting a machine, the root of the laver also needs to be kept on the ropes, the root of the harvested laver can continuously grow out, and the laver can be conveniently harvested in the next season;

however, the problem that the root of the laver is pulled down from the rope when the laver is manually harvested, and the problem that the root of the laver is damaged when the laver is harvested by adopting a machine can also occur, so that the growth of the laver in the next season can be influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defect that the laver harvesting method in the prior art can damage the root of laver and provides a laver harvesting device which has high harvesting efficiency and stable harvesting quality and can effectively reduce the labor intensity.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The laver band comprises a plurality of longitudinal rods and a plurality of ropes connected with the longitudinal rods, each longitudinal rod is provided with a buoy, each rope is connected with the roots of a plurality of laver and the laver hangs down, and the longitudinal rods and the ropes are suspended on the water surface by the buoys; the two ends of the laver band are connected with a fixed column arranged in water through a rope.

The traditional laver cutting method needs to pull the laver band on a boat and then manually or mechanically cut, so that the working strength is high, the rope of the laver band is easily broken, and the root of the laver is easily separated from the rope.

The method comprises the following steps that a ship is driven to the side of a laver band, a right front cross rod, a right rear cross rod and cutting mechanisms are located below the laver band, the ship moves forwards along the direction parallel to the laver band, a controller controls an electromagnetic valve to be opened, a filter funnel is communicated with a detachable collecting barrel through a pipeline, the electromagnet is controlled to be indirectly powered on and powered off, an inserting plate is driven by the electromagnet to move left and right, so that laver is cut off by a cutter at a position 2CM to 3CM away from the root, the power-on and power-off rhythm of the electromagnetic iron is matched with the advancing speed of the ship, the laver on the laver band is cut off, the root of the laver is not damaged, and the;

the cut laver enters the filter funnel along with water flow, the laver enters the detachable collecting barrel along with a pipeline, and redundant water flows out of the filter funnel and each water outlet hole on the detachable collecting barrel;

the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed once every certain time interval, after the electromagnetic valve is closed, the clamping mechanism drives the detachable collecting barrel to move upwards, and water in the detachable collecting barrel automatically flows out of each water outlet hole in the process of ascending of the detachable collecting barrel; the clamping mechanism pours the laver collected in the detachable collecting barrel into the collecting box.

Preferably, a strip-shaped water collecting cover is arranged on the upper side face of the right front cross rod, the cross section of the water collecting cover is in a horn shape with a large opening towards the front, and the water collecting cover is connected with a water spraying structure arranged on a ship through a water guide pipe; the water spraying structure comprises a support column, a longitudinal pipe arranged at the upper end of the support column and a water spraying pipe arranged on the longitudinal pipe; the lower end of the water spraying pipe is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes, and the number of the water spraying holes is gradually increased from left to right along the water spraying pipe.

Along with the advancing of the ship, water flow automatically enters the water collecting cover and the longitudinal pipes of the water spraying structure, water is sprayed out from the water spraying holes of the water spraying pipes, the sprayed water flow presses down the cut laver to prevent the laver from floating on the water surface, the laver is positioned below the upper end of the filtering funnel, and the laver smoothly enters the filtering funnel.

Preferably, a loading bin is arranged in the left part of the clamping plate of the ship; the right end of the intercepting net is provided with a longitudinal baffle, the height of the upper end of the longitudinal baffle is the same as the height of the cutter, the forward opening of the filter funnel is large, and the height of the front upper end of the filter funnel is the same as the height of the cutter.

The loading bin is used for balancing the weight of the right front cross rod, the right rear cross rod, each cutting mechanism and the filter funnel, so that the ship is kept balanced. The longitudinal baffle is used for preventing the laver from flowing out of the right edge of the intercepting net.

Preferably, the clamping mechanism comprises a rotating motor, an inverted L-shaped frame connected with a rotating shaft of the rotating motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder arranged on the inverted L-shaped frame, a U-shaped rod connected with an expansion link of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and a left air cylinder and a right air cylinder arranged on the U-shaped rod; the telescopic rod of the left air cylinder is connected with the left pressure plate through a left rotating motor, the telescopic rod of the right air cylinder is connected with the right pressure plate through a right rotating motor, and 3 positioning rods are arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the left pressure plate and the right pressure plate; the detachable collecting barrel is provided with 3 left positioning holes and 3 right positioning holes, and the rotating motor, the hydraulic oil cylinder, the left air cylinder, the right air cylinder, the left rotating motor and the right rotating motor are all electrically connected with the controller.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.

The embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 is a laver harvesting device, which comprises a right front cross bar 11 and a right rear cross bar 12 arranged on the right side of a ship 1, a plurality of cutting mechanisms 2 arranged at intervals on the right front cross bar and the right rear cross bar, an interception net 21 arranged on the lower surfaces of the right front cross bar and the right rear cross bar, a filter funnel 3 connected with the right rear cross bar, a detachable collecting barrel 4 arranged at the rear part of the ship, a collecting box 5 arranged on the ship and a clamping mechanism 6; the filter funnel is connected with the detachable collecting barrel through a pipeline 31 which can generate certain deformation, the detachable collecting barrel and the filter funnel are both provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 30, and the pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve; as shown in fig. 2, the cutting mechanism includes a fixed riser 21 provided on the right front cross bar and the right rear cross bar, a front groove provided on the upper surface of the right front cross bar, a rear groove 22 provided on the upper surface of the right rear cross bar, and a movable riser 23; two convex inserting plates 24 arranged at the lower ends of the movable vertical plates respectively extend into the front groove and the rear groove, two transverse sliding rods 221 are arranged in the front groove and the rear groove, the inserting plates are respectively connected with the two transverse sliding rods in a sliding manner, a permanent magnet 241 is arranged at one side of each inserting plate, and electromagnets 111 corresponding to the permanent magnets are arranged in the right front transverse rod and the right rear transverse rod; two rubber retaining pieces are arranged on the upper surfaces of the front groove and the rear groove, a cutter 231 corresponding to the fixed vertical plate is arranged at the upper end of the movable vertical plate, and the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnet and the clamping mechanism are electrically connected with the controller. As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, a long strip-shaped water collecting cover 7 is arranged on the upper side surface of the right front cross rod, the cross section of the water collecting cover is in a horn shape with a large opening, and the water collecting cover is connected with a water spraying structure 71 arranged on a ship; the water spraying structure comprises a supporting column 711, a longitudinal pipe 712 arranged at the upper end of the supporting column, and a water spraying pipe 713 arranged on the longitudinal pipe; the lower end of the spray pipe is provided with a plurality of spray holes, and the number of the spray holes is gradually increased from left to right along the spray pipe.

A loading bin 13 is arranged in the left part of the clamping plate of the ship; the right end of the interception net is provided with a longitudinal baffle 14, the height of the upper end of the longitudinal baffle is the same as that of the cutter, the forward opening of the filter funnel is large, and the height of the front upper end of the filter funnel is the same as that of the cutter.

As shown in fig. 3, the gripping mechanism comprises a rotating motor 66, an inverted L-shaped frame 61 connected with a rotating shaft of the rotating motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder 62 arranged on the inverted L-shaped frame, a U-shaped rod 63 connected with an expansion link of the hydraulic oil cylinder, a left air cylinder 64 and a right air cylinder 65 arranged on the U-shaped rod; the telescopic rod of the left air cylinder is connected with a left pressing plate 642 through a left rotating motor 641, the telescopic rod of the right air cylinder is connected with a right pressing plate 652 through a right rotating motor 651, and the opposite side surfaces of the left pressing plate and the right pressing plate are respectively provided with 3 positioning rods 6421; the detachable collecting barrel is provided with 3 left positioning holes and 3 right positioning holes, and the rotating motor, the hydraulic oil cylinder, the left air cylinder, the right air cylinder, the left rotating motor and the right rotating motor are all electrically connected with the controller.

As shown in fig. 7, the cross section of the detachable collecting barrel is rectangular, a U-shaped fixing frame 15 is arranged at the rear end of the ship, a plurality of longitudinal support rods 151 are arranged at the lower parts of the U-shaped fixing frame, and a U-shaped stop rod 152 with a downward opening is arranged at the rear end of each longitudinal support rod; the longitudinal support rod is gradually inclined downwards from front to back.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the lifting device further comprises a lifting mechanism arranged on the right side of the ship, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of vertical sliding grooves 81 arranged on the right side of the ship, longitudinal beams 82 connected with the vertical sliding grooves in a sliding manner through sliding blocks, and vertical rods 83 connected with the longitudinal beams; an inverted L-shaped column 84 is arranged on the ship, an auxiliary hydraulic oil cylinder 85 is arranged on the inverted L-shaped column, an expansion rod of the auxiliary hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the upper end of a vertical rod, a right front cross rod and a right rear cross rod are connected with a longitudinal beam, and the auxiliary hydraulic oil cylinder is electrically connected with a controller.

The using method of the invention is as follows:

as shown in fig. 4, the laver band includes a plurality of longitudinal bars 92, a plurality of ropes 91 connected to the longitudinal bars, each of the longitudinal bars having a float 93, the ropes being connected to roots of a plurality of laver 94, the laver hanging downward, each of the floats suspending the longitudinal bar and the ropes on the water surface;

the method comprises the following steps that a ship is driven to the side of a laver band, a right front cross rod, a right rear cross rod and cutting mechanisms are located below the laver band, the cutting mechanisms are respectively aligned with laver on ropes, the ship moves forwards along the direction parallel to the laver band, a controller controls an electromagnetic valve to be opened, a filter funnel is communicated with a detachable collecting barrel through a pipeline, indirect electrification and outage of an electromagnet are controlled, the electromagnet drives an inserting plate to move left and right, and therefore the laver is cut off by a cutter at the position 2CM to 3CM away from the root;

along with the advancing of the ship, water flow automatically enters the water collecting cover and the longitudinal pipes of the water spraying structure, water is sprayed out from the water spraying holes of the water spraying pipes, the sprayed water flow presses down the freshly cut laver so that the laver can not float on the water surface, the laver is positioned below the upper end of the filtering funnel, and the laver enters the filtering funnel;

the laver enters the detachable collecting barrel along the pipeline, and the redundant water flows out from the filtering funnel and each water outlet hole on the detachable collecting barrel;

controlling the electromagnetic valve to be closed once every certain time, after the electromagnetic valve is closed, controlling the U-shaped rod to ascend by the hydraulic oil cylinder, rotating the motor to drive the inverted L-shaped frame to rotate, and driving the detachable collecting barrel to rotate by the left rotating motor and the right rotating motor to pour the laver out of the detachable collecting barrel and flow into the collecting box;

in the process of ascending the detachable collecting barrel, water in the detachable collecting barrel automatically flows out of each water outlet hole; the clamping mechanism pours the laver collected in the detachable collecting barrel into the collecting box.
