Therefore, the stability of the filtering device, the cleaning of the filtering impurities and the like have great influence on the filtering effect.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to prevent the filter screen or the filter element of the filter device from deforming and damaging under the action of high-pressure fluid.

The invention has the advantages that:

(1) on the basis of the traditional filtering device, the high-pressure protective sleeve is added, so that the fine filter screen cannot be deformed and damaged due to the action of high-pressure fluid.

(2) Meanwhile, a plurality of water outlets are added, so that the function of one inlet and multiple outlets of the filtering device is realized, and high-pressure fluid in the pipeline is efficiently and stably filtered.

(3) According to the invention, through the arrangement of the I-grade filtering sieve tube and the fine filter screen, the I-grade filtering sieve tube is of a porous sieve tube structure, when in filtering, I-grade filtering impurities are retained in the I-grade filtering sieve tube, so that large-particle impurities can be filtered, fine filtering impurities enter between the I-grade filtering sieve tube and the fine filter screen along with fluid passing through holes in the tube wall of the I-grade filtering sieve tube, and fine impurities can be filtered because the fine filter screen has small pore diameter and are retained in the fine filter screen.

(4) The drainage device is designed into a funnel-shaped structure with a large upper opening and a small lower opening, so that the high-pressure fluid containing impurities is smoothly guided into the I-grade filter sieve tube.

(5) According to the invention, the sealing ring with a certain thickness is arranged between the lower end of the I-grade filtering sieve tube and the lower end of the high-pressure protective sleeve, and the fixing nut of the first reducing joint is screwed, so that the bottom of the first reducing joint extrudes the upper ring of the frame, the bottom of the lower ring of the frame is further in close contact with the top of the sealing ring, and impurities can not pass through the gap between the lower ring and the sealing ring.

(6) According to the invention, the cleaning switch is assembled at the discharge port, when impurities are cleaned, the water outlet of the filtering device is closed, the cleaning switch of the filtering device is opened, and the impurities are directly discharged from the cleaning switch by high-pressure fluid, so that the cleaning is convenient.
