Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present application provides a gluing device capable of adapting to gluing of side plates 110 of different sizes of packaging boxes 100, so as to solve the above problems, and the embodiment is as follows: the side plate gluing device comprises a guide mechanism 200 for guiding a side plate 110, a painting mechanism 300 is arranged in a guide path of the guide mechanism 200, the moving direction of the side plate 110 in the guide mechanism 200 is consistent with the plate thickness direction, a side edge part 111 and a side edge part 113C are positioned on two opposite sides of the side plate 110, the side edge part 112B is positioned between the side edge part 111 a and the side edge part 113C, the painting mechanism 300 comprises a painting unit A, a painting unit B and a painting unit C for respectively painting the side edge part 111, the side edge part 112B and the side edge part 113C, one or more of the painting unit A, the painting unit B and the painting unit C is/are set to be of a structure with adjustable gluing positions and/or gluing ranges, and the painting unit A, the painting unit B and the painting unit C are adjusted according to the positions and sizes of the side edge part 111, the side edge part 112B and the side edge part C.

The gluing device capable of gluing the side plates 110 of the packaging boxes 100 with different sizes, provided by the embodiment of the application, guides the side plates 110 along the plate thickness direction through the guide mechanism 200, glues the side plates 110 by arranging the painting mechanism 300 in the guide path of the side plates 110, specifically glues the a side edge parts 111, the B side edge parts 112 and the C side edge parts 113 of the side plates 110 through the a painting unit, the B painting unit and the C painting unit respectively, and can achieve the purpose of gluing the side plates 110 with different sizes by adjusting the gluing position and/or the gluing range of one or more of the a painting unit, the B painting unit and the C painting unit according to the positions and the sizes of the a side edge parts 111, the B side edge parts 112 and the C side edge parts 113. Compared with the prior art, by adopting the scheme, the problem that the existing production equipment for the packing box 100 with the box skin 120 cannot meet the gluing requirements of the side plates 110 with different sizes can be solved, so that the effect of meeting the requirements of the side plates 110 with different sizes can be achieved.

Specifically, referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the coating mechanism 300 includes a coating tape 310 that can be shaped and coated with glue, and different sections of the coating tape 310 constitute the a coating unit, the B coating unit and the C coating unit. In other words, after the rubber coating tape 310 is shaped, different sections of the rubber coating tape 310 for applying rubber coating are respectively arranged corresponding to the side edge parts a 111, b 112, and c 113 of the side plate 110, so as to apply rubber coating to the side edge parts a 111, b 112, and c 113 of the side plate 110. The section of the adhesive tape 310 for applying the adhesive to the side edge portion a 111 of the side plate 110 forms an a painting unit, the section of the adhesive tape 310 for applying the adhesive to the side edge portion B112 of the side plate 110 forms a B painting unit, and the section of the adhesive tape 310 for applying the adhesive to the side edge portion C113 of the side plate 110 forms a C painting unit.

Because the adhesive tape 310 is provided with the body sections respectively corresponding to the side edge part a 111, the side edge part b 112 and the side edge part c 113, when the adhesive tape is in actual use, the position and the size of the adhesive tape need to be adjusted according to the size of the side plate 110, so that the adhesive tape 310 is provided with the body section for reserving longer reserves besides the body section for implementing adhesive coating and the body section for adhering adhesive solution, if the adhesive tape is used, the reserved reserve body section is not timely tightened or released and adjusted, the tension of the tape body is affected, and the adhesive coating effect is further affected. In order to ensure that the belt body of the glue coating belt 310 can maintain proper tension so as to maintain good gluing effect, the tension of the belt body needs to be adjusted adaptively while one or more of the brushing units A, B and C are set as gluing positions and/or gluing ranges. In this regard, the present embodiment proposes a further solution: referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the above-mentioned gluing device further comprises a tape storing mechanism for releasing and/or tensioning the glue coating tape 310 when one or more of the a-painting unit, the B-painting unit and the C-painting unit adjusts the gluing position and/or the gluing range. The solution provided by the embodiment can realize the purpose of adaptively adjusting the tension degree of the belt body of the glue coating belt 310 by releasing and/or tensioning the glue coating belt 310 when one or more of the A coating unit, the B coating unit and the C coating unit adjusts the gluing position and/or the gluing range; in addition, the side plate 110 is generally provided with a chamfer/fillet at the joint of the side a and the side b and the joint of the side b and the side c, and by adopting the embodiment of the embodiment, the side plate can adapt to the chamfer/fillet structures with different sizes of different side plates 110, so that the effective contact area of the glue coating tape 310 and the side plate 110 is increased, and glue is uniformly distributed at the part to be coated on the side plate 110; moreover, when the subsequent assembly is realized, the edge part of the side plate 110 can be reliably bonded and assembled with the box skin 120, so as to improve the performances of leakage prevention, sealing and the like of the finished packaging box 100.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the side plate 110 is rectangular, the corners are rounded, and the side plate 110 is arranged in a standing manner when the guiding mechanism 200 guides the side plate 110, the guiding direction is the same as the plate thickness direction, the side b portion of the side plate 110 is arranged horizontally, and the side a portion and the side c portion of the side plate 110 are arranged vertically. The present embodiment provides an arrangement form of the a-painting unit, the B-painting unit, and the C-painting unit according to the posture of the side plate 110 at the time of the guidance: the brushing units B are arranged horizontally so as to glue the side edge part B arranged horizontally, and the brushing units A and C are arranged vertically so as to realize the gluing treatment on the side edge part a and the side edge part C arranged vertically.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the B painting unit includes B1 and B2 molding portions 331 and 332 at two ends and a B adhesive tape segment 312 between the B1 and B2 molding portions 331 and 332, the B1 and B2 molding portions 331 and 332 are respectively assembled on the a1 and a2 mounting brackets 500 and 600, the a1 mounting bracket 500 and/or the a2 mounting bracket 600 are movably mounted on the frame 900, the a1 and/or a2 mounting bracket 500 is connected with an adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism adjusts the distance between the B1 molding portions 331 and B2 molding portions 332. The purposes that can be achieved by this embodiment are: the purpose of adjusting the distance between the b1 modeling parts 331 and the b2 modeling parts 332 can be achieved by moving the A1 mounting bracket 500 and/or the A2 mounting bracket 600 relative to the rack 900, and the positions of the b1 modeling parts 331 and the b2 modeling parts 332 can be adjusted under the condition that the distance between the b1 modeling parts 331 and the b2 modeling parts 332 is kept unchanged; the tape body length of the B gluing tape section 312 positioned between the B1 molding parts 331 and B2 molding parts 332 can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the B1 molding parts 331 and B2 molding parts 332, so that the gluing range of the B painting unit can be adjusted, and the purpose of adjusting the gluing position of the B painting unit can be achieved by adjusting the positions of the B1 molding parts 331 and B2 molding parts 332 on the premise that the distance between the B1 molding parts 331 and B2 molding parts 332 is not changed. That is, the adjusting mechanism adjusts the gluing range and/or the gluing position of the B-painting unit by adjusting the movement of the a1 mounting bracket 500 and/or the a2 mounting bracket 600 relative to the frame 900.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the painting unit a is mounted on the mounting bracket a1, the painting unit a includes a1 molding portion 321, a2 molding portion 322 arranged up and down, and a glue-applying strip section 311 located between the a1 molding portion 321 and the a2 molding portion 322, the a1 molding portion 321 and/or the a2 molding portion 322 are movably mounted on the mounting bracket a1 500, and the adjusting mechanism adjusts the distance between the a1 molding portion 321 and the a2 molding portion 322. The implementation principle is as follows: the purpose of adjusting the distance between the a1 molding part 321 and the a2 molding part 322 can be achieved by adjusting one or both of the a1 molding part 321 and the a2 molding part 322 to move relative to each other, and then the length of the a gluing belt section 311 between the a1 molding part 321 and the a2 molding part 322 is adjusted, and finally the purpose of adjusting the gluing range of the A painting unit on the side a is achieved; if the a1 shaping part 321 and the a2 shaping part 322 are adjusted to synchronously move in the same direction, the relative position of the a gluing belt section 311 and the a side edge can be changed, and the gluing position of the A painting unit on the a side edge is changed. This embodiment can be combined with any of the embodiments described above.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the C painting unit is mounted on the a2 mounting bracket 600, the C painting unit includes a C1 molding portion 341 and a C2 molding portion 342 arranged up and down and a C glue applying band section 313 located between the C1 molding portion 341 and the C2 molding portion 342, the C1 molding portion 341 and/or the C2 molding portion 342 are movably mounted on the a2 mounting bracket 600, and the adjusting mechanism adjusts the distance between the C1 molding portion 341 and the C2 molding portion 342. The main implementation purposes of the embodiment are as follows: the purpose of adjusting the distance between the c1 molding part 341 and the c2 molding part 342 can be achieved by adjusting one or both of the c1 molding part 341 and the c2 molding part 342 to move relative to each other, and then the length of the c gluing belt section 313 between the c1 molding part 341 and the c2 molding part 342 is adjusted, and finally the purpose of adjusting the gluing range of the c painting unit on the side edge of c is achieved; if the c1 shaping part 341 and the c2 shaping part 342 are adjusted to synchronously move in the same direction, the relative position of the c gluing belt section 313 and the c side edge can be changed, and the gluing position of the c painting unit on the c side edge can be changed. This embodiment can be combined with any of the embodiments described above.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the a 1-shaped portion 321, the a 2-shaped portion 322, the b 1-shaped portion 331, the b 2-shaped portion 332, the c 1-shaped portion 341 and the c 2-shaped portion 342 may be formed by guide rollers. Because the a2 shaping part and the c2 shaping part are respectively positioned at the lower sides of the a1 shaping part 321 and the c1 shaping part 341, in the specific implementation, the contact area between the rubber coating belt 310 and the side plate 110 at the corresponding positions can be increased by adjusting the wrap angle of the rubber coating belt 310 positioned on the a2 shaping part and the c2 shaping part to be increased, and the rubber coating range is further increased.

Specifically, corner wrapping rollers may be disposed at two outer sides of the a2 shaping part and the c2 shaping part, and the corner wrapping rollers are correspondingly disposed at one sides of the rubber coating belt 310 far away from the a2 shaping part and the c2 shaping part respectively.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, after the rubber coating tape 310 is shaped, the a rubber coating tape section 311, the b rubber coating tape section 312 and the c rubber coating tape section 313 form a u-shaped rubber coating portion, the belt body sections of the rubber coating tape 310, which are located outside the rubber coating portion, are respectively located on two outer sides and a lower side of the rubber coating portion, the belt body section located on the lower side of the rubber coating portion is immersed in the glue solution of the glue tank for adhering the glue solution, and the belt body sections located on the two outer sides of the rubber coating portion are mainly used for adjusting the release/tightening of the belt body by the belt storage mechanism when the length and/or position of any one of the a rubber coating tape section 311, the b rubber coating tape section 312 and the c rubber coating tape section 313 is adjusted, so that the tension of the whole rubber coating tape 310 is adaptively adjusted. In practice, the magazine includes an A1 magazine unit and an A2 magazine unit, the A1 magazine unit being mounted to the A1 mounting bracket 500, and the A2 magazine unit being mounted to the A2 mounting bracket 600. By adopting this embodiment, the distance between the a1 mounting bracket 500 and the a2 mounting bracket 600 can be adjusted according to the dimension of the side panel 110 in the panel width direction, thereby adjusting the tape length of the b gum-coated tape 310 and the distance between the a1 tape storage unit and the a2 tape storage unit.

Referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, specifically, an a1 guide unit 510 is fixedly installed on an a1 installation bracket 500, an a2 installation bracket 600 is fixedly installed on an a2 guide unit 610, the a1 guide unit 510 is located outside an a painting unit, the a2 guide unit 610 is located outside a C painting unit, an a1 tape storage unit is arranged between the a1 guide unit 510 and the a painting unit, and an a2 tape storage unit is arranged between the a2 guide unit 610 and the C painting unit.

As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, the a1 belt storage unit includes a11 sliding seat 411 and a12 sliding seat 415 which are movably installed on an a1 installation bracket 500 in a lifting manner, a11 storage part 413 and a12 storage part 414 are respectively arranged at two ends of the a11 sliding seat 411, a1 molding part 321 is installed at one end of the a12 sliding seat 415, a1 transition part 416 is installed at the other end of the a12 sliding seat 415, the a11 sliding seat 411 and the a12 sliding seat 415 are located at the upper side and the lower side of the a1 guide part 510, the a1 guide part 510 and the a11 storage part 413 are correspondingly arranged in the vertical direction, and the a12 storage part 414 and the a1 transition part 416 are correspondingly arranged in the vertical direction.

As shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, the a2 belt storage unit comprises a21 sliding seat 421 and a22 sliding seat 425 movably installed on an a2 installation bracket 600 in a lifting manner, a21 storage part 423 and a22 storage part 424 are respectively arranged at two ends of the a21 sliding seat 421, a2 molding part 322 is installed at one end of the a22 sliding seat 425, a2 transition part 426 is installed at the other end of the a22 sliding seat 425, the a21 sliding seat 421 and the a22 sliding seat 425 are located at the upper side and the lower side of a2 delivery part 610, the a2 delivery part 610 and the a21 storage part 423 are correspondingly arranged in the vertical direction, and the a22 storage part 424 and the a2 transition part 426 are correspondingly arranged in the vertical direction.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the adjusting mechanism also adjusts the A11 sliding seat 411 and the A12 sliding seat 415 to synchronously lift and adjusts the A21 sliding seat 421 and the A22 sliding seat 425 to synchronously lift in the process of adjusting one or more of the A painting unit, the B painting unit and the C painting unit to be set as the gluing position and/or the gluing range; after the glue coating tape 310 is adhered with glue solution from the glue groove, the glue coating tape is guided to enter the brushing unit A through the a1 guiding and conveying part 510, the a11 storing and conveying part 413, the a12 storing and conveying part 414 and the a1 transition part 416; the gummed tape 310a2 transition part 426, a22 storage and delivery part 424, a21 storage and delivery part 423 and a2 delivery part 610 which are moved out from the C brushing unit are guided and led out, pass through the gumming tank again to be adhered with the gumming liquid, and the process is repeated in a circulating way.

Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the adjusting mechanism includes an a adjusting unit and a B adjusting unit, the a adjusting unit is used for adjusting the a1 mounting bracket 500 and the a2 mounting bracket 600 to approach and separate from each other, the B adjusting unit includes a B1 adjusting part and a B2 adjusting part, the B1 adjusting part is used for adjusting the a11 sliding seat 411 and the a12 sliding seat 415 to lift synchronously, and the B2 adjusting part is used for adjusting the a21 sliding seat 421 and the a22 sliding seat 425 to lift synchronously. The synchronous lifting adjustment of the A11 sliding seat 411 and the A12 sliding seat 415 is implemented by the B1 adjusting part, the synchronous lifting adjustment of the A21 sliding seat 421 and the A22 sliding seat 425 is implemented by the B2 adjusting part, and the synchronous lifting adjustment of the A11 sliding seat 411, the A12 sliding seat 415, the A21 sliding seat 421 and the A22 sliding seat 425 is not implemented by one adjusting part, because the gluing ranges of the side a and the side c of different side plates 110 are possibly different and need to be adjusted independently; in addition, the adjustment mechanism is divided into an a adjustment unit and a B adjustment unit, because the directions of the a1 mounting bracket 500 and the a2 mounting bracket 600 approaching and departing from each other are consistent with the length direction of the B adhesive tape section 312, and the lifting directions of the a11 sliding seat 411 and the a12 sliding seat 415 and the lifting directions of the a21 sliding seat 421 and the a22 sliding seat 425 are consistent with the tape length directions of the a adhesive tape section 311 and the B adhesive tape section 312, that is, the adjustment purposes of the a adjustment unit and the B adjustment unit are different.

Specifically, referring to fig. 5, 9 and 10, the a adjusting unit includes an a adjusting screw 710, the a adjusting screw 710 has an a1 screw section and an a2 screw section at two ends of the shaft, the screw direction of the a1 screw section is opposite to that of the a2 screw section, the a1 screw section forms a screw nut fit connection with the a1 mounting bracket 500, and the a2 screw section forms a screw nut fit connection with the a2 mounting bracket 600; the B1 adjusting part comprises a B1 adjusting screw rod 720, the B1 adjusting screw rod 720 is provided with a B11 screw rod section and a B12 screw rod section which are positioned at two ends of the rod body, the screw thread turning direction of the B11 screw rod section is the same as that of the B12 screw rod section, the B11 screw rod section and the A11 sliding seat 411 form screw rod nut matched connection, and the B12 screw rod section and the A12 sliding seat 415 form screw rod nut matched connection; the B2 adjusting part comprises a B2 adjusting screw rod 730, the B2 adjusting screw rod 730 is provided with a B21 screw rod section and a B22 screw rod section which are positioned at two ends of the rod body, the screw direction of the B21 screw rod section is the same as that of the B22 screw rod section, the B21 screw rod section and the A21 sliding seat 421 form screw rod nut matched connection, and the B22 screw rod section and the A22 sliding seat 425 form screw rod nut matched connection.

The a adjusting screw 710, the B1 adjusting screw 720 and the B2 adjusting screw 730 respectively adopt a stepping motor or other motors capable of accurately controlling the angular displacement of rotation and the like as power sources to drive the rotation. Of course, a variable-speed transmission device can be arranged between the power source and the corresponding screw rod according to the actually required transmission ratio, so that the finally output rotating speed meets the actual requirement.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, since the sizes of the side plates 110 are different, if the size difference between the side plates 110 to be glued is large and the guiding and conveying mechanism 200 cannot adapt to the size change of the side plates 110, when the small-sized side plates 110 are guided and conveyed, the moving track of the small-sized side plates 110 is easily changed in the guiding and conveying process, so that the side plates 110 cannot be accurately aligned with the brushing mechanism 300, and finally the gluing quality is poor; furthermore, the side plate 110 is jammed and jammed during the guiding process, which affects the normal operation of the guiding and feeding of the side plate 110 and the gluing operation. Thus, a further preferred embodiment of this example is: the guiding mechanism 200 in the above embodiment includes an a guiding portion 210, a B guiding portion 220, and a C guiding portion 230 for respectively assembling and guiding the side portions of the side plate 110 where the a side portion 111, the B side portion 112, and the C side portion 113 are located, one or more of the a guiding portion 210, the B guiding portion 220, and the C guiding portion 230 are movably mounted on the frame 900, and the guiding of the side plate 110 by the a guiding portion 210, the B guiding portion 220, and the C guiding portion 230 is adjusted according to the shape and size of the side plate 110, that is, the position of any one or any several of the a guiding portion 210, the B guiding portion 220, and the C guiding portion 230 is adjusted, thereby realizing the adjustment of the guiding mechanism 200 to meet the guiding requirements of the side plates 110 with different sizes.
