Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of circuit breakers, in particular to a circuit breaker positioning and locking structure and a circuit breaker with the same.

Background

The existing circuit breaker locking structure is single and cannot meet various internal design structures of the circuit breaker, for example, a two-section type long strip-shaped circuit breaker bolt mechanism is disclosed in Chinese invention patent with the publication number of CN107833799A and the name of 'a fixing and unlocking mechanism of a plug-in circuit breaker'. The structure of the bolt mechanism is in a strip shape, and due to space limitation, the shell needs to be additionally arranged for the strip-shaped mechanism to protrude outwards. The arrangement mode causes waste to raw materials of the shell, and the traditional rectangular circuit breaker cannot be well adapted to the shape of the traditional rectangular circuit breaker.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a circuit breaker positioning and locking structure and a circuit breaker having the same.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the circuit breaker positioning and locking structure comprises a shell, a handle and a positioning piece, wherein the handle extends out of the shell, the positioning piece is rotatably connected in the shell, one end of the positioning piece is provided with a positioning tongue, and the other end of the positioning piece is connected with an elastic resetting piece which can push the positioning tongue out of the shell; the positioning piece can move forwards to the hanging table when being subjected to a forward external force; the positioning piece can move backwards when being subjected to backward external force and is moved out of the hanging table; the setting element passes through the locating pin and rotates to be connected in the casing, the connecting hole of setting element and locating pin is oval, the displacement of position around the setting element can take place for the locating pin relatively, the handle front end is provided with ascending first arch, the setting element rear end is equipped with a decurrent second arch downwards, and when the handle was pulled open backward, first arch (61) and the protruding counterbalance of second, the handle can drive the setting element rearward movement through first arch and offset to the front side in locating pin and oval hole.

A hanging table is arranged below the front portion of the positioning piece in the technical scheme, and the positioning piece can move back and forth. When the circuit breaker is pulled outwards again, the rear side of the positioning tongue is forced forwards, the positioning piece moves forwards and is placed on the hanging table, the positioning tongue is locked, downward retraction is not caused, and the circuit breaker is locked in the mounting box. Through the setting of hanging the platform, this scheme only needs less space just can realize the locking of circuit breaker.

The structure of the technical scheme adopts the form of the oval pin hole to realize the back and forth movement of the positioning piece, the positioning piece is pushed to move forwards by the stress when the positioning piece is inserted out to realize locking, and the positioning piece is pulled to move backwards by the handle to realize unlocking of the positioning piece.

Preferably, the front side of the handle is connected with a limiting block, and when the handle is closed forwards, the upper part of the limiting block is abutted against the lower part of the positioning piece; when the handle is pulled back, the limiting block is released from the positioning piece. The scheme is also provided with a second locking mode, namely closing locking. When the handle is closed, the front limiting block is pushed to abut against the lower part of the positioning piece, so that the positioning piece cannot retract downwards to realize locking.

Preferably, a limiting protrusion is arranged below the positioning piece in a protruding mode, and when the handle is closed forwards, the limiting block abuts against the limiting protrusion. Because the stopper links with the handle, if the volume is great then it is great to account for the space. Therefore, the lower side of the positioning piece is provided with the limiting protrusion, the movable range of the protrusion is limited, and the occupied space is small. Therefore, the limit block can still be abutted against the positioning piece when being arranged very small, and the space utilization rate is high.

In this scheme circuit breaker location locking structure include two kinds of locking modes: hanging table locking and handle limiting locking. Both of these locking modes can be unlocked by pulling out the handle. The design mode is compact in structure and can adapt to the limited space of the square box of the circuit breaker. In practical application, the two locking modes can be arranged on the circuit breaker independently or simultaneously.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1-3, a circuit breaker positioning locking structure includes a housing 1 and a positioning member 2 rotatably connected in the housing, wherein the positioning member 2 is rotatably connected in the housing 1 through a positioning pin 5, the positioning member 2 is elliptical with a connecting hole 22 of the positioning pin 5, and the positioning member 2 can displace relative to the positioning pin 5 in the front and back positions. The positioning piece 2 can move forwards to the hanging table 4 when being subjected to a forward external force; the positioning part 2 can move backwards when being subjected to backward external force and is moved out of the hanging table 4. One end of the positioning piece 2 is provided with a positioning tongue, and the other end of the positioning piece is connected with a spring which can push the positioning tongue 21 out of the shell;

as shown in fig. 2 to 11, the circuit breaker positioning and locking structure in this embodiment further includes a handle 6 extending out of the housing, a limiting block 7 is connected to a front side of the handle 6, and when the handle 6 is closed forward, an upper portion of the limiting block 7 abuts against a lower portion of the positioning member 2; the limiting block 7 is an L-shaped connecting block, and the upper end of the L-shaped rear arm is rotatably connected with the handle 6. When the handle 6 is pulled back, the limiting block 7 is released from the positioning piece 2. A limiting bulge 23 is arranged below the positioning piece 2 in a protruding mode, and when the handle 6 is closed forwards, the limiting block 7 abuts against the limiting bulge 23. The limiting protrusion 23 is arranged below the side of the positioning part 2, the rear end of the limiting block 7 protrudes towards the same side of the limiting protrusion 23 of the positioning part 2, and when the handle 6 is closed forwards, the rear end of the limiting block 7 is abutted against the limiting protrusion 23.

When the positioning piece is in the front position, the front lower part of the positioning piece is erected on the hanging table, and the positioning tongue cannot retract downwards; when the positioning piece is in the rear position, the positioning piece is positioned outside the hanging table, the positioning piece can rotate downwards at the moment, and the positioning tongue can retract downwards. When the circuit breaker is installed, the whole outer shell is inserted into the installation box, and the positioning tongue is stressed by a backward and downward force. At the moment, the positioning piece moves backwards, and the hanging table is moved out and retracts downwards. When the circuit breaker is pulled outwards again, the rear side of the positioning tongue is forced forwards, the positioning piece moves forwards and is placed on the hanging table, the positioning tongue is locked, downward retraction is not caused, and the circuit breaker is locked in the mounting box. Through the setting of hanging the platform, this scheme only needs less space just can realize the locking of circuit breaker. The connecting hole is oval, so that the positioning piece can rotate and can move back and forth.

The scheme is also provided with a second locking mode, namely closing locking. When the handle is closed, the front limiting block is pushed to abut against the lower part of the positioning piece, so that the positioning piece cannot retract downwards to realize locking. Because the stopper links with the handle, if the volume is great then it is great to account for the space. Therefore, the lower side of the positioning piece is provided with the limiting protrusion, the movable range of the protrusion is limited, and the occupied space is small. Therefore, the limit block can still be abutted against the positioning piece when being arranged very small, and the space utilization rate is high. Therefore, when the handle is pulled backwards, the positioning piece can be pulled down from the hanging table to unlock. Meanwhile, when the handle is pulled backwards, the limiting block and the limiting bulge are also released to be abutted, and the locking is released. The end faces of the two bulges are arc faces, when the two bulges rub against each other, the first bulge on the handle can drive the positioning piece to move backwards and downwards along the arc face, and the circuit breaker can be directly pulled out.
