The waterproof paint is an emulsion type waterproof paint which can be sprayed, roll-coated or manually brushed, and a high-molecular modified asphalt film is formed through the processes of approaching solid particles, contact deformation and the like by demulsification water evaporation, so that the waterproof paint is a seamless complete waterproof and moistureproof polymer modified emulsified asphalt waterproof film. The adhesive can be constructed on various wet or dry base surfaces, has good bonding performance with the base layers, is non-toxic and pollution-free, is convenient to construct, and has good affinity and bonding force with cement concrete and asphalt concrete.
