An ultrathin vibrating device comprises a lower shell 11, an upper shell 1, a circuit board (FPCB)10, a coil 9, a mass block 3 and an elastic sheet 6, wherein the circuit board is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the lower shell, the coil is arranged on the upper part of the circuit board, and the lower shell, the circuit board and the coil form a stator; the inner part of the upper shell is hollow and forms the outer contour of the vibrating device, the mass block comprises at least one magnet joint part for fixing the magnet 4 to ensure that the weight is provided, the weight is utilized to amplify the vibration, the two sides of the mass block are obliquely and symmetrically connected and provided with elastic sheets to form a vibrator, the mass block is connected and arranged in the upper shell through the elastic sheets on the two sides of the mass block, the upper shell and the lower shell are matched with each other to form a closed cavity, and the mass block is positioned right above the coil;
