determining a document change area in the process of updating the online document from the historical version to the target revision version according to the change operation information included in the change group;

obtaining the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area;

and displaying the changed content in a first area in the document operation diagram.

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the displaying the changed content in the first area of the document operation diagram comprises:

determining a display mode of the changed content according to the type of the changed operation information;

and displaying the changed content in the first area in the document operation diagram according to the display mode.

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining a presentation mode of the alteration content according to the type of the alteration operation information includes:

when the document change area has a background color, mapping the background color of the document change area into a non-mark color;

determining the mark color of the changed content according to the type of the changed operation information;

the displaying the changed content in the first area in the document operation diagram according to the display mode includes:

counting the operation times of each category in the change operation information corresponding to the document operation schematic diagram;

and in a third area in the document operation schematic diagram, at least one of a statistical illustration of the operation times of each statistical category and a statistical total number of the operation times is displayed.

10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

displaying a search interface;

obtaining search elements through the search interface;

determining a search alteration group from the at least one alteration group based on the search element, the search alteration group including alteration operation information including the search element;

and responding to the positioning switching operation triggered on the change search interface, and positioning the document operation schematic diagram corresponding to the search change group for displaying.

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an online document processing method, an online document processing apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium.

Background

The online document refers to a file which can be edited or browsed by multiple persons simultaneously in a coordinated manner, such as a word document, a table, a slide and the like, and changes generated by the multi-user coordinated operation can be synchronized to other participants in real time without operation conflicts. In the collaborative process of the online document, a plurality of users can edit and operate at different time to form corresponding versions, and the operation history of the online document can be known according to each version of the online document.

At present, each version of an online document shows a version snapshot of a corresponding version, specifically shows a change result of the corresponding version of the online document, cannot effectively show operation history information of the online document, and requires a user to repeatedly compare different versions by browsing the different versions to determine operation history among the versions of the online document.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is necessary to provide an online document processing method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium capable of effectively presenting operation history information of an online document in view of the above technical problems.

in the document operation diagram, the change operation information included in the corresponding change group is shown to act on the change content generated by the online document.

An online document processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:

a revision determination module for selecting a target revision in response to a selection operation of a revision interface of the online document;

the schematic diagram display module is used for displaying a document operation schematic diagram corresponding to at least one change group corresponding to the target revision version in a change group schematic area of the online document; the change group includes: change operation information of at least one category passing by the online document from the historical version to the target revision;

and the change content display module is used for displaying change content generated by applying change operation information included in the corresponding change group to the online document in the document operation schematic diagram.

A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:

selecting a target revision in response to a selection operation on a revision interface of the online document;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The online document processing method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in FIG. 1. Each terminal 102 communicates with a server 104 via a network. The server 104 may send the online document to each terminal 102, and each terminal 102 may display and edit the online document cooperatively. For any terminal 102, in response to the selection operation on the revision interface, the terminal 102 selects a corresponding target revision, displays a document operation diagram corresponding to the change group corresponding to the target revision in the change group schematic area of the online document, and displays change operation information of at least one category included in the corresponding change group and used by the online document to update from the historical version to the target revision, wherein the change operation information is applied to change content generated by the online document. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an online document processing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

in response to a selection operation on the revision interface of the online document, a target revision is selected, step 202.

The online document is a document which can be edited online by multiple persons, such as a word document, a table, a slide and the like, and the editing operation on the online document can be synchronized to terminals corresponding to other participants of the online document in real time. After the online document is edited by corresponding users of different terminals and corresponding changes are generated, different versions of the online document can be formed, and the operation history of the online document is recorded by the different versions. For example, for online forms, versions of online documents may be formed after the online forms accumulate a certain number of changes, or after successive editing operations cease for a few minutes. The revision interface may be an interface for referring to revision records of different versions of the online document, the revision interface may record a plurality of revisions corresponding to the online document, the revisions are versions including revision records of the online document, for example, revision 18, and may include editing operations that the online document undergoes after being updated from revision 17 to revision 18, and revision 18 may record revision records formed by editing operations that the online document undergoes. And selecting the revision through a selection operation on the revision interface so as to determine the target revision to be displayed or processed.

Specifically, the terminal may respond to a trigger operation of a revision interface of the online document, display the revision interface corresponding to the online document, and respond to a selection operation of the revision interface, and select the revision corresponding to the selection operation as the target revision. The user may select the corresponding revision in the revision interface, such as the target revision selected in FIG. 4, revision 17.

The change group is the aggregation of a series of types of change operations of the online document performed by the participating users of the online document, such as content addition, content deletion, format editing, authority adjustment and other types of operations, and comprises change operation information of at least one type of change operation of the online document passing through from the historical version to the target revision version. The change operation information is specific information of a change operation that the online document undergoes, such as an operation user identity of the change operation, time of the change operation, specific content of the change operation, and the like. The category of change operation information corresponds to the category of change operation, as may include, but is not limited to including, modify, add, delete, format edit, permission adjust, and the like. A changeset is the smallest unit of presentation within a revision record of an online document, and each version of the online document may be made up of one or more changesets. During specific implementation, the change groups can be divided according to actual requirements, for example, the change groups can be divided according to users in corresponding versions, that is, a corresponding change group is constructed for the change operation of each user; the change group division can also be carried out according to the time of the change operation, for example, the change operation in the same time span is divided into the same change group; the change operations for different worksheets in each version can be divided into different change groups for the online forms, wherein the worksheets are different form areas in the online forms, the different worksheets can be switched through the worksheet switching control in the online forms, and specifically, the different worksheets can be switched through the worksheet list at the bottom of the online documents.

The change group indication area is used for showing changes of change operation information included in a change group corresponding to the target revision to the online document, specifically, the change situation of the online document after the change operation information acts on the online document can be shown through a document operation diagram corresponding to the change group, the document operation diagram is a visual representation of the change group, and the change group is shown in a visual mode. During specific implementation, each change group is correspondingly provided with a corresponding document operation schematic diagram so as to visually display the effect of the change operation information included in the change group on the online document through the document operation schematic diagram.

Specifically, the terminal determines at least one change group corresponding to the target revision, the change groups can aggregate change operation information passing through the online document when the online document is updated from the historical version to the target revision to obtain the change group corresponding to the target revision, and furthermore, the terminal displays a document operation diagram corresponding to the at least one change group in the at least one change group corresponding to the target revision. As shown in FIG. 5, the change group schematic area of the online document may be a document body area of the online document to show a document operation schematic diagram corresponding to a change group corresponding to a target revision. For example, for an online document of table contents, the document operation diagram is used to show the changed contents of the worksheets in the online table, such as cell data change, as shown in fig. 7, 3 cell data of C2, D2 and E2 are deleted, 3 cells of B4, C4 and D4 are changed, and 7 cells of B6, C6, a7, B7, C7, D7 and E7 are added with data. The changed contents generated corresponding to the changing operation of deleting the category, adding the category and modifying the category are displayed in different forms, deleted data are marked with deleting symbols, modified data display data changes before and after modification, and added data are underlined. In addition, different types of change operation information can also be visually displayed through different bottom colors of the cells, as shown in fig. 8, the slashes in the cells represent the bottom color corresponding to the deletion operation, and the horizontal posts represent the bottom color corresponding to the addition operation, so that the change operation of the online document in the version updating process can be visually known according to the content displayed in the document operation diagram.

In the online document processing method, in response to the selection operation of the revision interface, the corresponding target revision is selected, the document operation diagram corresponding to the change group corresponding to the target revision is displayed in the change group schematic area of the online document, and the change operation information of at least one category included in the corresponding change group and passing through the online document from the historical version to the target revision is displayed in the document operation diagram and acts on the change content generated by the online document. The change content correspondingly generated by the change operation information of the online document from the history version to the target revision version is displayed in the document operation schematic diagram displayed in the change group schematic area of the online document, so that the operation history information of the version corresponding to the online document can be directly obtained through the change content displayed in the document operation schematic diagram, and the operation history information display effect of the online document is improved.

In one embodiment, in the document operation diagram, displaying changed content generated by applying changed operation information included in a corresponding change group to an online document includes: determining a document change area in the process of updating the online document from the historical version to the target revision version according to the change operation information included in the change group; obtaining the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area; and displaying the changed content in a first area in the document operation schematic diagram.

In this embodiment, in the first area in the document operation diagram, the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the corresponding area of the online document is displayed. Specifically, when the terminal shows the change operation information included in the corresponding change group in the document operation diagram to act on the change content generated by the online document, the terminal determines the document change area in the process of updating the online document from the historical version to the target revision version according to the change operation information included in the change group. The terminal determines the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area, and if the change operation information comprises the deletion operation information, the content in the document change area is deleted; if the change operation information includes the addition operation information, new content is added to the document change area. And after the changed content is determined, the terminal displays the obtained changed content in the first area of the file operation schematic diagram. The first area can be divided according to actual requirements.

In a specific application, as shown in fig. 9, the document change area in the online form is a form range from row 2 to row 7 in the worksheet, and from column a to column E, and the first area is an area of a shaded portion in the document operation diagram, and the change content generated by the document change area under the effect of the change operation information, such as change operations of adding, deleting, and modifying in the cell data, is shown in the first area.

In one embodiment, in a first area in the document operation diagram, the displaying of the changed content includes: determining a display mode of the changed content according to the type of the changed operation information; and displaying the changed content in a display mode in a first area in the document operation schematic diagram.

In this embodiment, the different types of change operation information correspond to different display modes, and the corresponding change content is displayed according to the display mode corresponding to the type of the change operation information, so that the display effect of the operation history information of the online document can be further improved.

As shown in fig. 7, 3 cell data of C2, D2, and E2 in the online table are deleted, data in 3 cells of B4, C4, and D4 are changed, and data are added to 7 cells of B6, C6, a7, B7, C7, D7, and E7. The changed contents generated corresponding to the changing operation of deleting the category, adding the category and modifying the category are displayed in different forms, deleted data are marked with deleting symbols, modified data display data changes before and after modification, and added data are underlined.

In one embodiment, determining a presentation mode of the changed content according to the category of the change operation information includes: when the background color exists in the document changing area, mapping the background color of the document changing area into a non-mark color; the mark color of the changed content is determined according to the type of the change operation information.

In this embodiment, the display mode includes a background color display mode, that is, the change contents corresponding to different types of change operation information are displayed through different background colors, when there is a background color in the document change area of the online document, a background color conflict may occur, so that the type of the change operation information corresponding to the change contents cannot be effectively displayed, and then the background color of the document change area is mapped and then the background color of the document change area is set according to a preset mark color for display.

Specifically, when determining the display mode of the changed content, the terminal further detects whether the document changed area has a background color, specifically, whether the document changed area has the background color and a corresponding background color type can be determined according to the attribute information of the document changed area, and when the document changed area has the background color, the background color of the document changed area is mapped into a non-mark color. As shown in fig. 10, in the document change area of the worksheet 1 of the online document, the cells a2, B2, C3, C6 and B7 have different ground colors, and when the terminal displays the changed content of the document change area, as shown in fig. 11, the ground color of the document change area is mapped to a non-mark color, and the corresponding ground color is set to a mark color by changing the mark color corresponding to the content for display. In fig. 11, in the first region in the document operation diagram, the ground colors of a2, B2, and C3 are mapped to different shades of non-mark colors, and for C6 and B7, while the ground colors of the alteration contents are mapped to the non-mark colors, the ground colors of the alteration contents are also set by the mark colors to show the alteration contents in the corresponding cells.

In this embodiment, when the background color exists in the document change area of the online document, the background color of the document change area is mapped and then set according to the preset mark color and then displayed, so that the conflict between the original background color of the document change area of the online document and the background color of the mark can be avoided, and the display effect of the operation history information is ensured.

In one embodiment, obtaining the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area comprises: determining text modification operation information from the change operation information of the change group; determining modified content generated by the text modification operation information acting on the document change area; and obtaining the changed content according to the original content and the modified content of the document changed area.

In this embodiment, for the text modification operation information, the modified content shown in the document operation diagram includes the original content and the modified content of the document modification area. The text modification operation information refers to information of a change operation for modifying text content of the online document, such as change operation information corresponding to modification of cell content data in an online form, and change operation information corresponding to modification of a text segment in the online document. The original content is original data existing before modification in a document change area of the online document, and the modified content is data obtained after the original data of the document change area is modified.

Specifically, when the terminal determines that the change operation information acts on the change content generated by the document change area, the terminal determines the text modification operation information from the change operation information in the change group, and specifically, according to the type of the change operation information, the terminal determines the change operation information of which the type is text modification from the change operation information, that is, the text modification operation information is obtained. The terminal determines modified content generated by the text modification operation information acting on the document modification area, and specifically, the modified content obtained by modifying the document modification area can be determined according to the text modification operation information. After the original content and the modified content of the document modification area are obtained, the terminal obtains the modified content according to the original content and the modified content of the document modification area, and specifically, the original content and the modified content can be simultaneously identified in the document modification area so as to show the change condition before and after modification in the document modification area.

As shown in fig. 7, in the document change area shown in the document operation diagram, data of cells B4, C4 and D4 are modified, and original content and modified content are simultaneously shown in corresponding cells of the document change area, and are highlighted and visually shown through modification marks. As shown in fig. 8, in addition to the highlighting visual presentation by the modified mark, the presentation is further performed by the ground color, wherein the original content and the modified content correspond to the ground color of different mark colors.

In the embodiment, the original content and the modified content of the document change area are displayed in the document operation schematic diagram, so that the change condition of the document change area before and after the action of the text modification operation information is visually displayed, and the display effect of the online document operation historical information is improved.

In one embodiment, obtaining the changed content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area comprises: determining non-text change operation information from the change operation information of the change group; determining modified content generated by applying non-text change operation information to a document change area; in a first area in the document operation diagram, the displaying of the changed content comprises: displaying a document change area in a first sub-area of a first area in a document operation schematic diagram; and displaying the modified content in a second sub-area in the first area, wherein the second sub-area is associated with the first sub-area.

In this embodiment, for the non-text change operation information, the change content displayed in the document operation diagram includes a document change area and corresponding modification content, and is displayed in different and mutually associated sub-areas. The non-text change operation information refers to information of non-text change operation which does not edit the text content of the online document, and may specifically include, but is not limited to, information corresponding to change operations such as comments, newly created document areas, modification rights, locking ranges, and the like, specifically, change operation information corresponding to modification of the format of a cell in an online form, and change operation information corresponding to comments on the content in the online document. The modified content is the change generated after the document modified area is acted by the non-text modification operation information, such as the changed format information, the added comment information and the like.

Specifically, when the terminal determines the change content generated by the change operation information acting on the document change area, the terminal determines the non-text change operation information from the change operation information in the change group, and specifically, according to the type of the change operation information, the terminal may determine the change operation information of which the type is non-text change from the change operation information, that is, the non-text change operation information. The terminal determines the modified content generated when the non-text change operation information acts on the document change area, and specifically, the content corresponding to the non-text change operation, such as format modification information, comment information and the like, can be determined according to the non-text change operation information. Further, the modified content may include operation time of the non-body change operation, operation content, an operation object, operation participant information, and the like.

Further, when the terminal displays the changed content in the first area, the terminal displays the document changed area in the first sub-area of the first area in the document operation diagram, and displays the modified content in the second sub-area associated with the first sub-area in the first area. Wherein the first and second sub-regions are associated with each other. In specific implementation, the document change area displayed in the first sub-area may add an identifier to represent an operation object in the document change area to which the non-text change operation information is specifically directed.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the document change area includes cell A2 and an associated header in the online table, the document change area is presented in the first sub-area, and an identifier is added to cell A2 to indicate that the modified content presented in the second sub-area is associated with cell A2. The second sub-area displays comment information of different users such as zhang san, lie si and wang wu for the cell a2, and specifically includes identity marks such as head portrait, name or nickname or account number of zhang san, lie si and wang wu, comment time and corresponding comment content. And in the second sub-area, arranging and displaying according to the time sequence relation of the non-text change operation information.

In the embodiment, the document change area corresponding to the non-text change operation information in the sub-areas which are different in document operation schematic diagram and are mutually associated and the modified content generated by acting on the document change area are displayed visually, so that the change condition of the document change area before and after the non-text change operation information acts is displayed, and the display effect of the on-line document operation history information is improved.

In one embodiment, the document change area includes at least one text block, the document operation diagram further includes an edge identification area adjacent to the document change area, and the online document processing method further includes: determining a change mark of the text block according to the type of the text block corresponding to the change operation information; and displaying the change marks of the text blocks at the positions corresponding to the text blocks in the edge identification area.

In this embodiment, the document change area includes at least one text block, the document operation diagram further includes an edge identification area adjacent to the document change area, and the change mark of the text block is displayed in the edge identification area, so as to further effectively display the change operation information of the online document. The text blocks refer to areas for displaying the text of the document in the document change area, and the number of the text blocks corresponds to the number of the document change areas. The edge identification area is adjacent to the document change area and used for displaying change marks of the text blocks, the change marks correspond to the types of the change operation information, and the change operation information of different types corresponds to different change marks, so that the types of the change operation information corresponding to the adjacent document change area can be quickly known according to the change marks in the edge identification area.

Specifically, the terminal determines a change flag of the text block, for example, the text block of the change operation information of the added category, according to the category of the change operation information corresponding to the text block, where the change flag may be "+", and the text block of the change operation information of the deleted category, and the change flag may be "-". And the terminal displays the change marks of the text blocks at the positions corresponding to the text blocks in the edge identification area, so that the types of the change operation information of the text blocks at the corresponding positions are displayed through the change marks. Furthermore, a mapping relation can be established between the color of the change mark and the category of the change operation information, so that the category of the change operation information is further reflected by the color of the change mark.

In a specific application, as shown in fig. 13, the change occurs in lines 2, 4, 6 and 7 of the online form, corresponding to the categories of deletion, modification, addition and addition, and the change marks corresponding to the text blocks are displayed in the edge identification areas of the corresponding lines of the form. In one embodiment, in the document operation diagram, displaying changed content generated by applying changed operation information included in a corresponding change group to an online document includes: determining an operation description element based on the change operation information; obtaining an operation description sentence corresponding to the change group according to the operation description element and the sentence template; and in a second area in the document operation schematic diagram, an operation description statement is shown.

In this embodiment, an operation description statement obtained based on the change operation information is displayed in a second area in the document operation diagram. The operation description statement is used for describing change operation information, and may specifically include, but is not limited to, an operation participant, an operation target object, operation content, operation time, and the like in the change operation information.

Specifically, when the change content is presented, the terminal determines an operation description element based on the change operation information, and the operation description element may be an element related to a change operation in the change operation information, such as an operation participant, an operation target object, operation content, operation time, and the like. The operation description elements are set according to actual requirements so as to display corresponding contents in a second area in the document operation schematic diagram. And after the operation description elements are determined, the terminal obtains the operation description sentences corresponding to the change groups according to the obtained operation description elements and the sentence templates. The statement template can be preset according to actual needs, so that the statement template is filled into the statement template to obtain the corresponding operation description statement. In one embodiment, in the document operation diagram, displaying changed content generated by applying changed operation information included in a corresponding change group to an online document includes: counting the operation times of each category in the change operation information corresponding to the document operation diagram; and in a third area in the document operation schematic diagram, at least one of a statistical illustration of the operation times of each statistical category and a statistical total number of the operation times is displayed.

In this embodiment, the statistical illustration of the operation times of each category and the total number of the operation times are displayed in the third area in the document operation diagram, so as to further improve the display effect of the history information of the online document.

Specifically, when the terminal displays the change content in the document operation diagram, the counted operation times of each category in the change operation information corresponding to the document operation diagram are obtained, and specifically, the statistics may be performed according to the category of each change operation information to obtain the operation times of each category. And the terminal displays at least one of a statistical illustration of the operation times of each category and the total number of the operation times in statistics in a third area in the document operation schematic diagram. The statistical graphic representation may be a graphical representation mode showing the operation times of each category, specifically, a representation mode showing different color ratios of color blocks, or a representation mode showing the number of color blocks of different colors, so as to represent statistical conditions such as the ratio or distribution of the operation times of different categories. In the embodiment, the searching function is supported, the corresponding document operation schematic diagram is quickly positioned and displayed according to the searching elements, and the displaying effect of the historical information of the online document is improved. Specifically, the terminal displays a search interface, and specifically, the terminal can display the search interface when the user triggers a "search" operation, and obtain a search element through the search interface, for example, obtain a search element input by the user. Based on the obtained search element, a search alteration group is determined from at least one alteration group, and alteration operation information included in the search alteration group includes the search element. As shown in fig. 18, in the change group indication area of the online document, the document operation indication corresponding to each search change group is displayed, and the change operation information included in each search change group includes search elements, so that the user can quickly view the change contents corresponding to the work sheet 1.

In one embodiment, the online document processing method further comprises: in the change group schematic area, responding to the folding trigger operation of a folding control displayed corresponding to the document operation schematic diagram, and hiding the document operation schematic diagram in a folding mode; and in response to the folding canceling operation on the folding control, displaying the document operation diagram hidden in a folding manner.

In this embodiment, the displayed document operation diagram may be hidden or hidden cancelled in a folding manner through a folding control displayed corresponding to the document operation diagram. In one embodiment, before the change group schematic region of the online document shows the document operation schematic diagram corresponding to the at least one change group corresponding to the target revision version, the method further includes: and determining at least one change group corresponding to the target revision from the change group set corresponding to the target revision.

In this embodiment, when the online document forms each revision, a change group set corresponding to each revision is constructed, and the change group set is obtained according to change operation information that each revision has gone through. In this embodiment, the change group set corresponding to each revision is constructed according to the change operation information of the online document when each revision is formed, so as to obtain the change group corresponding to each revision from the change group set, thereby ensuring the operation history information display effect of the online document.

The application also provides an application scenario applying the online document processing method. Specifically, the application of the online document processing method in the application scenario is as follows:

the online document is a multi-person collaborative form, the form is composed of one or more worksheets, and different worksheets can be switched through the worksheet list at the bottom. The form accumulates a certain number of changes or after several minutes of continuous editing has ceased, a version is formed that records the recent history of operation of the online form. When triggering operation of displaying the revised version interface of the online form is triggered, the terminal displays the revised version interface in the online form interface, and simultaneously displays the document operation schematic diagrams of all the revised versions of the online form corresponding to the change groups in the change group schematic area of the online form interface according to the sequence of time from near to far. The user can drag and browse the document operation schematic diagram of all the revisions of the online form in the change group schematic area, and the change content generated by the change operation information in the change group included by the corresponding revisions acting on the online document is shown in the document operation schematic diagram. Furthermore, the terminal responds to the selection operation on the revision interface, selects the target revision, and accordingly positions the change group schematic area to the document operation schematic diagram of the change group corresponding to the target revision.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 22, in the interface of the online document, the user may switch to a new "revision record" interface when viewing the record panel, the revision record may show the version list on the right side, and the content of each version update and revision (which is composed of change groups) is shown on the left side by the document operation diagram according to the reverse narration of time, and the update and revision content shown in the document operation diagram may be aggregated according to the people + worksheet + version. The contents displayed by the document operation diagram comprise cell modification, addition, deletion and updating of rows and columns, addition, deletion or renaming of worksheets, form authority change (authorization, authorization stopping and sharing modification), comments, @ functions and the like. The user can quickly locate where the selected target revision update begins by clicking on each revision in the "revision record" interface.

For modification of the worksheet, the name of the worksheet is shown in the first row of the document operation diagram through the operation description statement. For cell, row or column modification, red background color mark deletion operation, green background color mark addition operation and yellow background color mark modification operation are carried out. If the cells originally have the background color, the cells can be uniformly mapped into different shades of gray to ensure that the changed areas can be highlighted. And the changed content displayed by the current document operation diagram can be folded by clicking a small arrow at the upper left corner of the document operation diagram. The change of a certain worksheet can be quickly checked through searching, and the change of all worksheets can be browsed in sequence. In the application scene, various change operation information of the online form is visually displayed through the change contents displayed in the document operation schematic diagram, a user does not need to search all worksheets of each version to find the update, the collaborative editing condition of other people in the latest version is quickly understood, the document 'revision record' is clearly displayed for the user, the update dynamics of the form can be conveniently viewed, and the display effect of the operation history information of the online document is improved.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a search interface display module, a search element obtaining module, a search change group module and a positioning switching module; wherein: the search interface display module is used for displaying a search interface; the search element obtaining module is used for obtaining search elements through a search interface; the search change group module is used for determining a search change group from at least one change group based on the search element, and change operation information included in the search change group comprises the search element; and the positioning switching module is used for responding to the positioning switching operation triggered on the changed search interface, and positioning the document operation schematic diagram corresponding to the search change group for displaying.

In one embodiment, the folding system further comprises a folding triggering module and a folding canceling module; wherein: the folding triggering module is used for responding to the folding triggering operation of a folding control correspondingly displayed with the document operation schematic diagram in the change group schematic area and hiding the document operation schematic diagram in a folding mode; and the folding canceling module is used for responding to the folding canceling operation on the folding control and displaying the document operation schematic diagram hidden in a folding mode.

In one embodiment, the system further comprises a historical change information module, a category determination module, a change group integration module and a change group determination module; wherein: the history change information module is used for acquiring each history change operation information of the online document, which is updated from the history version to the target revision version; the category determining module is used for determining a category corresponding to each historical change operation information; the change group integration module is used for dividing the historical change operation information into change groups according to corresponding categories to obtain a change group set; each change group in the change group set comprises at least one category of historical change operation information; and the change group determining module is used for determining at least one change group corresponding to the target revision from the change group set corresponding to the target revision.

The respective modules in the online document processing apparatus described above may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 24. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an online document processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 24 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.

In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.

In one embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The computer instructions are read by a processor of a computer device from a computer-readable storage medium, and the computer instructions are executed by the processor to cause the computer device to perform the steps in the above-mentioned method embodiments.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
