Background

The gravity switch is a gravity sensing switch, can help a user to close gravity sensing and plays a role in power failure, and electric appliances such as an electric cooker and the like, of which the inner container can be separated from the cooker body, need to detect whether the inner cooker is correctly placed before working. The existing electric cooker uses a common press switch to detect the position of an inner pot, the switch is made of common plastics, the temperature resistance is below 180 ℃, as the press switch is very close to a heating disc, partial products are even directly integrated in the heating disc, the working temperature is high, the body of the switch is easy to melt, the detection fault is caused, in addition, the press switch works in a high-temperature environment for a long time, the fault rate is high, and the service life of electric appliances such as the electric cooker is influenced. Part of the special push switches are made of high-temperature-resistant plastics, and the products are difficult to process, high in material and manufacturing cost and not beneficial to popularization in common electric appliances.

In order to solve the above problems, chinese patent CN208460653U discloses a gravity protection switch, which includes a pressure plate, a fixed contact plate, an elastic plate, a first terminal, a second terminal, a first push rod, a second push rod, a top plate and an adjusting mechanism; the elastic sheet is provided with a movable contact spring; the first terminal is electrically connected with the fixed contact piece, and the second terminal is electrically connected with the elastic piece; the tail end of the pressure sheet is provided with a pressure conduction rod; when the pressure on the pressure conduction rod is lower than a preset value, the movable contact piece and the fixed contact piece keep a preset distance; when the pressure on the pressure conduction rod is higher than the preset value, the pressure sheet drives the elastic sheet to move downwards, the movable contact sheet is abutted to the fixed contact sheet, and the first terminal is electrically communicated with the second terminal. In the scheme, when the inner container of the electric appliance with the separable inner container leaves the electric appliance, the electric appliance is automatically powered off; when the inner container is replaced by the electric appliance, the switch receives the weight of the inner container, and the electric appliance is automatically powered on, so that the product is safer.

However, the following problems still exist in the using process:

(1) when the electric appliance boils water, the power supply is pressed to switch on the circuit, and after no water or water is evaporated, the elastic sheet of the gravity switch cannot be separated in time and cannot be powered off in time, so that the kettle is damaged due to long-time dry heating, and potential safety hazards can be caused in serious cases.

In view of this, it is urgently needed to improve the structure of the existing gravity switch so as to be capable of quickly powering off, and not affected by time and temperature after powering off, keep a power-off state all the time, be convenient to install, and improve service life and safety.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that when the existing electric appliance is used for boiling water, a power supply is pressed to switch on a circuit, when no water exists or the water is evaporated, an elastic sheet of a gravity switch cannot be separated in time and cannot be powered off in time, a kettle is damaged due to long-time dry heating, and potential safety hazards can be caused when the kettle is serious.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a gravity switch, which is convenient to quickly cut off power, is not influenced by time and temperature after power off, always keeps a power off state, is convenient to install, and prolongs the service life and improves the safety.
