Background
The stepping motor is an open-loop control motor which converts an electric pulse signal into angular displacement or linear displacement, is a main executive element in a modern digital program control system, and is extremely widely applied. In the non-overload condition, the rotation speed and stop position of the motor only depend on the frequency and pulse number of the pulse signal, and are not influenced by the load change, when the stepping driver receives a pulse signal, the stepping driver drives the stepping motor to rotate by a fixed angle in a set direction, namely a stepping angle, and the rotation of the stepping motor is operated by one step at the fixed angle. The angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so that the aim of accurate positioning is fulfilled; meanwhile, the rotating speed and the rotating acceleration of the motor can be controlled by controlling the pulse frequency, so that the aim of speed regulation is fulfilled.
Some install the step motor in the great region of dust, the coil lateral wall is infected with the dust easily and leads to the working effect during the installation, and some step motor lead to the inside fusing that appears of copper line base member because workload is too big burns out simultaneously, and lead to the copper line base member can not use. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a stepping motor coil to solve the above technical problems.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a stepping motor coil comprises a mounting frame, a limiting mechanism, a fixing mechanism, a protection mechanism and a coil body, wherein the limiting mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame and comprises an annular groove, a fixing hole and a limiting groove, the annular groove is formed in the side, close to an inner ring, of the mounting frame, and the annular groove is provided with a plurality of fixing holes and limiting grooves which are uniformly distributed; the fixing mechanism is installed on the installation frame through a limiting mechanism and comprises semicircular hollow rings, fan-shaped through cavities and limiting pieces, the semicircular hollow rings are provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed fan-shaped through cavities, the outer rings of the semicircular hollow rings, which are far away from the fan-shaped through cavities, are fixedly provided with the horizontally arranged limiting pieces, and the two semicircular hollow rings form a hollow circular ring through a connecting mechanism; the protection mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame; each semicircular hollow ring corresponding to the fan-shaped through cavity is wound with a coil body with the same length and specification.
Preferably, the connecting mechanism comprises a fixing screw and connecting lugs, the connecting lugs which are vertically arranged are fixedly arranged at the positions, close to the ring edges, of the semicircular hollow rings, and the connecting lugs on the two semicircular hollow rings are mutually fixed through the fixing screw.
Preferably, the protection mechanism comprises an annular sheet, an inner ring, elastic cloth and through holes, the annular sheet is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed through holes, the inner ring of the annular sheet is provided with the inner ring with the same axis, and the annular sheet is connected with the inner ring through the elastic cloth.
Preferably, the coil body comprises a copper wire substrate, a flame-retardant layer, a sealing layer, an insulating layer and an RTV anti-pollution flashover coating layer, wherein the flame-retardant layer, the sealing layer, the insulating layer and the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating layer are sequentially embedded in the outer ring of the copper wire substrate from inside to outside.
Preferably, the flame-retardant layer is made of flame-retardant fibers, the sealing layer is made of glass fibers, the insulating layer is made of quartz sand, and the front side and the back side of the coil body are both coated with UV glue.
Compared with the related art, the stepping motor coil provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the stepping motor coil, the annular sheet in the protection mechanism is embedded in the annular groove, and the inner ring is clamped in the inner wall of the hollow ring, so that the coil body on the side wall of the hollow ring is covered by the elastic cloth, dust on the side wall is reduced when the coil body is installed, and the cleanness of the coil body is improved.
(2) According to the coil of the stepping motor, the flame-retardant layer on the coil body reduces the phenomenon that some stepping motors are burnt out due to overlarge working load to cause fusing inside the copper wire matrix, the insulating layer avoids the phenomenon that the crossed copper wire matrix is short-circuited, and the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating layer can effectively prevent wet and dirty water drops from entering the copper wire matrix under the humid weather condition, so that the coil body cannot be internally damaged due to the water drops during transportation.
