Background

Waste tires are placed in a cracking kettle to be treated, so that organic matters on the tires are cracked, and liquid hydrocarbon substances can be prepared. The non-cleavable parts of the used tyre, such as steel wires, carbon black, small amounts of other fillers that are not cleavable, etc., are discharged from the slag tapping system of the pyrolysis kettle. Wherein, the steel wire and the carbon black can be recycled. For this purpose, special equipment is required to separate the steel wire from the carbon black.

Chinese patent application No. 201510577422.X discloses a carbon black and steel wire separation device, which conveys a mixture of carbon black and steel wires through a conveying helical blade arranged in a first separation chamber and a conveying helical blade arranged in a second separation chamber, blows up carbon black through a fan in the conveying process, and outputs the blown-up carbon black through a pipeline. The device has the problems of low efficiency, incomplete separation and high energy consumption, and the reason is as follows: (1) if the conveying speed is increased in a mode of increasing the rotating speed of the conveying spiral blade, the retention time of the mixture is shortened, and the carbon black is incompletely separated; (2) if the retention time is increased by slowing down the rotation speed of the conveying helical blade, the conveying speed is reduced, and the treatment amount is reduced; (3) if the lengths of the first separation chamber and the second separation chamber are lengthened, the conveying helical blade is also lengthened and is difficult to drive; (4) the two conveying helical blades are driven by a motor, and more electric energy needs to be consumed.

The invention provides a device for separating steel wires from carbon black, which comprises a shell, a conical hopper and a screen, wherein the top of the shell is respectively provided with a mixture inlet and a carbon black outlet, and two sides of the shell are respectively provided with a first air inlet and a second air inlet; the conical hopper is arranged in the shell, and the screen is covered at the bottom of the conical hopper from bottom to top; the screen cloth is connected with the cantilever, cantilever one end with the casing is articulated, be provided with the balancing weight of activity on the cantilever other end. In use, air is input from the first air inlet and the second air inlet, the mixture of the steel wire and the carbon black discharged from the slag tapping system of the cracking kettle is input from the mixture inlet, and the air flow blows the carbon black in the mixture and outputs from the carbon black outlet. The steel wires in the mixture fall onto the screen and a stream of air passes through the screen to blow off any carbon black adhering to the wires. The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an apparatus for separating a steel wire from carbon black includes a housing 100, a cone 200, a screen 300, a rotary blade 600, and four legs 700. The housing 100 is a cylinder with a cavity inside, and has a top and a bottom with a contracting circular cone (top). The four legs 700 are used to support the casing 100, and the four legs 700 are respectively welded to the bottom surface of the casing 100. The top of the casing 100 (left side of fig. 1) is provided with a mixture inlet 101, the top of the casing 100 (right side of fig. 1) is provided with a carbon black outlet 102, the casing 100 (left side of fig. 1) is provided with a first air inlet 103, the casing 100 (right side of fig. 1) is provided with a second air inlet 104, and the bottom of the casing 100 is provided with a steel wire outlet 105. The first air inlet 103 and the second air inlet 104 are both slightly inclined upward (the inclination angle may be thirty degrees), and the first air inlet 103 and the second air inlet 104 are arranged in a staggered manner on both sides of the housing, as shown in fig. 2, the first air inlet 103 and the second air inlet 104 are not directly opposite, so that when air is input from the first air inlet 103 and the second air inlet 104, a spiral air flow is formed. The steel wire outlet 105 is provided with a valve 106, and the valve 106 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the steel wire outlet 105. The top of the cone 200 is welded with the inner wall of the shell 100, and the bottom edge of the cone 200 is on the same plane. As shown in fig. 3, the screen 300 includes a plurality of left and right grooves through which air can pass. The width of the slots of the screen 300 is preferably less than 1 mm (the diameter of the steel wires in the used tires is generally 1 mm, so as to avoid the slow sliding down speed of the steel wires due to the insertion of the steel wires into the slots), and in this embodiment, the width of the slots is 0.7 mm. The right side of the screen 300 is connected with a cantilever 301, the left end of the cantilever 301 is provided with a hole, the right side wall of the casing 100 is provided with a rotating shaft 400, and the hole of the cantilever 301 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 400, so that the cantilever 301 can rotate around the rotating shaft 400. The right end of the cantilever 301 is located outside the housing 100 and is provided with an external thread. Cantilever 301 right end is equipped with balancing weight 500, and balancing weight 500 is the cylinder that has the internal thread hole, and balancing weight 500 overlaps on the external screw thread of cantilever 302 through the internal thread hole. The rotary vane 600 is located above the cone 200, the inner wall of the top of the casing 100 is connected to a central shaft 601, and the bottom end of the central shaft 601 is rotatably connected to the rotary vane 600.

Fig. 5 shows a use scenario of the device for separating steel wire from carbon black. In use, the first air inlet 103 is connected to the first fan 1000 and the second air inlet 104 is connected to the second fan 1100, thereby inputting air. After the waste tires are treated in the cracking kettle 800, the remaining residue (mixture of steel wires and carbon black) is conveyed to the mixture inlet 101 by the conveyor 900 and then dropped into the casing 100. Inside the housing 100, the air flow spirals up, passes through the screen 300, blows the rotating blades 600 into rotation, and finally flows out from the carbon black outlet 102. In the housing 100, the mixture of steel wires and carbon black is broken up by the rotating blades 600 during the falling process, and the carbon black is carried away by the air flow; the wire continues to fall onto the screen 300 and the balance of the screen 300 is broken only when a certain amount of wire has accumulated on the screen 300, the screen 300 rotates downward with the rotation of the cantilever 301, so that the wire on the screen 300 slides down to the bottom of the housing 100. The maximum accumulated amount of the steel wire can be changed by adjusting the position of the weight block 500 or the weight of the weight block 500; the farther the weight member 500 is from the rotation shaft 400 or the heavier the weight is, the more the accumulated amount of the wire may be. The carbon black outlet 102 may be connected to a carbon black collecting device to collect the separated carbon black.

Therefore, the invention flexibly applies the gravity principle and the air flow characteristic, can realize the separation of the steel wire and the carbon black, and has higher separation efficiency, thorough separation and lower energy consumption.
