Background

The cement kiln cooperative disposal is a brand-new household garbage disposal technology. The crushing and dehydration of the household garbage are indispensable process flows of the cement kiln cooperative treatment. When the household garbage enters the crushing and dewatering equipment, the household garbage needs to slowly and uniformly enter the equipment; in order to avoid the household garbage from entering the equipment in a lump shape, the equipment is blocked and fails. There is a need for a plate feeder that provides a uniform and stable feed and that has a certain resistance to acid and alkaline corrosion and that collects leachate dripping from the waste during the feeding process. The plate-type feeder in the current market can not meet the requirements in the aspects of uniform feeding, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, percolate collection and blockage prevention during the feeding process.

In summary, the present invention provides a plate feeder.

Disclosure of Invention

The chain plate assembly comprises a scale plate, a first chain, an M12 bolt and an edge baffle plate. The two sides of the scale plates are welded with edge baffle plates, and the scale plates are sequentially placed on the first chain in a fish scale pattern and fixed by M12 bolts.

The plate-type feeder of the specific embodiment moves according to a PLC set program: the method comprises the steps that a water collecting tank driving motor K37 is started → a material shifting assembly motor SA77 is started (the rotating speed is adjustable) → a driving assembly motor SA97 is started (the rotating speed is adjustable) → a driving assembly motor SA97 drives a chain plate assembly → domestic garbage stacked on the chain plate moves forwards along with the chain plate → domestic garbage stacked forwards continuously falls at a discharge port of a plate feeding machine → domestic garbage in the falling process passes through a material shifting roller, the material shifting roller rotates at a high speed under the driving of the motor SA77, the whole bulk domestic garbage in the falling process is scattered, the scattered domestic garbage is enabled to fall evenly and loosely → seeped liquid drops of the percolate from the domestic garbage fall into a water collecting tank → a driving motor K37 drives a small chain wheel to drive a scraper to scrape all percolate into a head tank; the material shifting roller and the garbage blanking gap can be adjusted at any time according to the use condition, so that the domestic garbage blanking is ensured to be uniform and continuous; if the material blockage phenomenon occurs in the use process, the material blockage problem can be solved by reversely rotating and removing the blockage through the motor SA 77; under the condition that the brake mechanism loses power, self-locking can be realized.

The equipment has the advantages that: the key parts are made of stainless steel 304 and are subjected to surface chromium plating treatment, so that the device can adapt to acid-base corrosion of a domestic garbage pretreatment workshop, the rotating speed of a motor can be adjusted, the whole bulk domestic garbage can be scattered and uniformly fed, and a water collecting tank can collect percolate seeped in the feeding process. PLC control, the automation level is high, work efficiency is high. The device has simple structure, stable performance and easy maintenance. The motor reversely rotates to remove blockage, and the problem of material blockage is solved.
