The invention relates to a lifting device and a using method thereof, belonging to the field of production technical equipment.

Background

At present, the total weight of the full goods shelf is about 10Kg in production, and production line operators carry the goods shelf back and forth, so that the time consumption is long; because the production line has more girls, the physical consumption is relatively large; the goods shelves after full load are uniformly distributed by the material staff, and because the distribution is carried out by more than one shelf, the production line operator can take the goods shelves at will and cannot do the principle of first-in first-out; the goods shelf is carried back and forth, and the auxiliary tools (such as a storage rack, a back and forth transport vehicle and the like) have more expenses; most of the storage racks manufactured on the production line are not adjustable in height and do not accord with the principle of ergonomics.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects and shortcomings, the invention provides a lifting device and a using method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

A method for using a lifting device comprises the steps that when a conveying plate on a lifting support is located at the uppermost position, namely the rolling surface of the conveying plate on the lifting support is connected with the rolling surfaces of three fixed conveying plates which are inclined rightwards on the topmost layer of a frame, a rotating rod is in an unstressed state, so that a stopping pin on the left side is in a lifted state, a stopping pin on the right side is in a falling state, a first goods shelf filled with goods enters from the right side of the middle layer of the frame and moves leftwards on the rolling surface under the action of an inclination angle formed by the three fixed conveying plates by the self gravity, a second goods shelf filled with goods and a third goods shelf filled with goods follow up and fill up the middle layer of the frame 1, the first goods shelf is stopped on the leftmost conveying plate under the combined action of the stopping pin on the left side and a height baffle plate, and a movable pulley block is closest to an air cylinder; when the hand-operated valve is rotated, the air cylinder controls the position of the movable pulley block to be farthest away from the air cylinder, so that the conveying plate on the lifting support is lowered to the bottommost end, the descending of the lifting support is buffered through the buffer, the lifting support is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the descending speed is too high, the pressing block on the lifting support can be pressed at the leftmost end, the rotating rod is in a state that the left end is lower than the right end, the stop pin on the left side is lowered while the stop pin on the right side is raised, the stop pin raised on the right side can just clamp the second goods shelf filled with goods and cannot slide, the first goods shelf filled with goods can continuously move to the left side under the action of gravity and the inclined surface and finally stays on the conveying plate on the lifting support, then the hand-operated valve is rotated, so that the air cylinder controls the position of the movable pulley block to be closest to, and stopping after the goods shelf rises to the highest point, pushing out the goods shelf filled with the goods to the right after the goods shelf is emptied by the operator on the left side, enabling the goods shelf to move to the right by self under the combined action of the gravity of the goods shelf and an inclined plane formed by three fixed conveying plates on the topmost layer of the frame, stopping by a blocking frame arranged on the rightmost side above the frame, taking out the goods shelf by the operator on the right side, filling the goods shelf again, putting the goods shelf into the middle layer of the frame, and repeating the steps.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the carrying time is not needed, the working beat is improved, and the operator can work easily; the first production of the first-in product can be finished according to the feeding time of a material worker, and the first-in first-out principle is fully embodied; the number of the PCB frames stored in the previous storage rack is limited, the storage number is increased, and the product storage rack is replaced; the height can be stopped at any position, and an operator can adjust the operating height according to the height of the operator, so that the system accords with human-machine engineering; the empty box can be withdrawn after the full box material is automatically supplied.
