Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a fruit can cover distributing and transporting mechanism, which comprises a blanking channel 1 for supplying a cover body 7, wherein a distributing structure is arranged on one side of the blanking channel 1, a pushing structure is arranged at the bottom of the blanking channel 1, and one side of the pushing structure is correspondingly connected with a conveyor belt 5.

The material distributing structure comprises a material distributing plate 2 extending into the discharging channel 1, and one end, far away from the discharging channel 1, of the material distributing plate 2 is connected with a material distributing driving assembly. Because the plane of the material distributing plate 2 is in contact with the plane of the cover body 7, the contact area is large and stable, the cover body 7 above the material distributing plate 2 can be ensured not to fall below the material distributing plate 2, and the cover body 7 can be clearly distributed up and down even if the working time of the part of parts is long; in addition, the material distributing plate 2 is pushed to move left and right in a gear mode, the moving process is stable, and the service life is long.

Referring to fig. 3, in use, the bottommost cover body 7 of the cover bodies 7 below the material distributing plate 2 just falls into the cover body groove 32. At the moment, the rotating motor 43 works to enable the rotating rod 41 to rotate to drive the pushing rod 4 to rotate, and after the pushing rod 4 rotates and inclines, the topmost end of the pushing rod 4 is lower than the cover body 7; then, the moving cylinder 46 works to drive the moving plate 44 to move on the fixed plate 45, the position of the material pushing rod 4 is changed while the moving plate 44 moves, and when the material pushing rod 4 reaches one side of the cover body 7 far away from the transmission belt 5, the moving cylinder 46 stops working; the rotating motor 43 works again to enable the pushing rod 4 to rotate in the opposite direction and be in a vertical state, at the moment, the topmost end of the pushing rod 4 is abutted to one side, away from the transmission belt 5, of the cover body 7, and the rotating motor 43 stops working; the moving cylinder 46 is operated again to move the moving plate 44 to the side close to the belt 5, and the pushing rod 4 pushes the lid 7 to the side of the belt 5 as well, thereby pushing the lid 7 to the belt 5. After the bottommost lid 7 is pushed onto the conveyor 5, the upper lid 7 falls down and continues to be the bottommost lid 7, and the above operation is repeated to continue to be pushed onto the conveyor 5.

In the invention, the abutting length of the top end of the material pushing rod 4 and the cover body 7 is not more than the thickness of one cover body 7, so that only one cover body 7 can be pushed each time when the material pushing rod 4 pushes the cover body 7, the phenomenon that the cover bodies are pushed simultaneously to cause inconvenience of subsequent processes and influence on production efficiency is avoided, and meanwhile, the phenomena of assembly and installation errors, machine blocking stop and the like can be avoided. The butt length of the top end of the material pushing rod 4 and the cover body 7 is not less than two thirds of the thickness of the cover body 7, so that the material pushing rod 4 can push the cover body 7 to the conveying belt 5, and the material pushing is prevented from being missed.

In the invention, the height of the lug 31 is not lower than that of the conveyor belt 5, so that the cover body 7 can smoothly enter the conveyor belt 5 from the cover body groove 32 in the pushing process. The depth of the cover body groove 32 is not less than one half of the thickness of one cover body 7, so that the cover body 7 at the bottommost part can be stabilized in the cover body groove 32, and the cover body 7 is prevented from sliding out of the cover body groove 32 in the pushing process.
