5-6, coating silicon rubber on the bottom surface of the TPU particle mould without contacting the cloth;

5-7, placing the TPU particle die in the step 5-6 with the front side facing the cardboard in the step 5-5 in sequence opposite to the laser position, and enabling the bottom surface coated with the silicon rubber to face upwards;

5-8, starting the hot press, wherein the temperature of the upper die heating plate and the lower die heating plate is 70 ℃, the pressure of the upper die heating plate and the lower die heating plate is 2.5KG, and hot pressing is carried out for 10S, so that the bottom of the white TPU particle die with the shape of the attaching point, which is coated with the silicon rubber, is adhered to the upper die heating plate of the flat hot press;

5-9, after the step 5-8 is finished, taking out the alignment cardboard, starting the flat plate hot press again, staying in a pressing state of an upper mold heating plate on the hot press, and standing for more than 3 hours to completely fix the white TPU particle mold in the shape of the attaching point on the upper mold heating plate on the hot press;

(6) adhering a TPU hot melt adhesive film to the bottom cloth;

6-1, spreading and fixedly sticking the bottom cloth on the bottom plate of the three-in-one template in the step 3-1;

6-2, clamping the TPU glue film alignment plate obtained in the step 3-3 into a bottom plate of the three-in-one template pasted with the bottom cloth;

6-3, placing the TPU hot melt adhesive film in the step (1) in a hollow hole of the TPU adhesive film alignment plate in the step 6-2 in an aligned mode, heating and fixing the TPU adhesive film in a point-like mode through a point-ironing pen, and taking out the TPU adhesive film alignment plate;

6-4, clamping the bottom cloth on which the TPU hot melt adhesive film is fixed and the three-in-one template bottom plate into a lower die heating plate of the flat plate hot press in the step 5-4;

6-5, starting a flat hot press, wherein parameters of the flat hot press are 220 ℃ of an upper die heating plate, 110 ℃ of a lower die heating plate and 2.5KG of pressure, hot pressing for 8S, and taking out the flat hot press together with the three-in-one template base plate after finishing hot pressing;

(7) fixing cotton on the bottom cloth;

7-1, removing the release paper film on the TPU hot melt adhesive film on the bottom cloth in the step (6);

7-2, placing the cotton which is cut and punched in the step 4-3 on the bottom cloth in the step (6), aligning the cotton holes with the TPU hot melt adhesive film, centering the TPU hot melt adhesive film on the cotton holes, and fixing the periphery of the cotton so that the cotton cannot shift;

7-3, after fixing the cotton, clamping the cotton and the three-in-one template base plate into a line arranging machine, arranging lines according to a preset track, combining the bottom cloth and the cotton together through the lines, and taking out the cotton from the line arranging machine after finishing;

(8) the bottom layer cloth and the surface layer cloth are combined in a hot pressing mode;

8-1, clamping the loose amount convex plate in the step 3-2 into the three-in-one template panel in the step 3-1;

8-2, naturally loosening and covering the surface layer cloth on the template in the step 8-1 according to the contour line, and fixing the periphery of the surface layer cloth on the bedplate glue of the three-in-one template panel;

8-3, taking out the loose convex plate to obtain a three-in-one template panel with a fixed surface layer cloth, and aligning and clamping the three-in-one template panel and the three-in-one template bottom plate together;

8-4, placing the templates clamped together in the step 8-3 in a flat-plate hot press, namely, placing a lower die heating plate on the flat-plate hot press, enabling surface layer cloth to be upward, covering the surface layer cloth with Teflon heat insulation paper, starting the flat-plate hot press, and carrying out hot pressing for 25S under the conditions that the parameters of the upper die heating plate are 220 ℃, the temperature of the lower die heating plate is 110 ℃, and the pressure is 2.5KG, so as to complete bonding of the bottom layer cloth and the surface layer cloth;

8-5, taking out the bottom layer cloth and the surface layer cloth after hot-press combination;

(9) coating points with laser air holes;

9-1, placing the bottom layer cloth and the surface layer cloth which are subjected to hot pressing combination in the step (8) into a laser machine table board for alignment;

9-2, starting a laser machine to align laser holes;

9-3, taking out the aligned radium holes;

(10) the lines are used for fixing the periphery of the bottom layer cloth and the periphery of the cotton surface layer cloth;

10-1, clamping the template and the cloth subjected to laser perforation into the table top of the line machine again;

10-2, starting a thread traveling machine, and fixing the peripheries of the three-layer structure of the bottom layer cloth, the cotton and the surface layer cloth by thread traveling so as to enable the three-layer structure to be flat and without distortion;

and 10-3, after finishing, separating the cloth with the row lines fixed on the bottom cloth, the cotton and the surface cloth from the template, flatly placing, and subsequently splicing and sewing.
