Background
With the development of modern industry, large diameter geological boreholes are increasingly used and the fields in which these boreholes are used are many, such as: the field of pile foundations, the field of mines (wells for various purposes), the field of sewage treatment (aeration wells), and the like. The existing drilling equipment and drilling process for large-diameter drilling are various, and available equipment comprises a rotary drilling rig, a full-section reverse circulation drilling rig, a percussion drilling rig, a submersible drilling rig, a common forward circulation rotary drilling rig and the like, wherein the rotary drilling rig and the full-section reverse circulation drilling rig are mostly applied at present. The drilling machines have the characteristics from the aspects of manufacturing cost, applicability, labor intensity and the like, the adopted drilling process is different according to the characteristics and the initial design of the drilling machine, but when the drilling machine is used for drilling large-diameter deep holes, particularly large-diameter hard rocks, the problem of low drilling efficiency generally exists, and the low drilling efficiency of the large-diameter hard rocks becomes a well-known industrial problem in the world at present.
The common rotary drilling rig also has the problem of slag discharging, the slag discharging is generally realized by adopting a method that a left-right continuously-vibrating drill bit makes the drilling slag slide out of a cylinder by means of the self weight of the drilling slag, when the drilling slag is not compacted in the drill bit cylinder or the compaction degree is not high, the slag discharging can be better realized by the method, when the drilling slag is compacted in the drill bit cylinder to a high degree, the slag discharging is difficult to realize smoothly by the method that the drill bit is vibrated left and right, and even under the condition that the drilling slag is seriously compacted due to small diameter of some drill holes, the slag discharging can be realized conveniently and reliably by adopting a cylinder opening-closing drill bit.

through the arrangement of the cross-shaped swinging mechanism, the supporting cylinder can swing back and forth and left and right, and the plumb pipe can keep a plumb state even if the ground of a construction site is uneven by matching with the balancing weight; meanwhile, after each impact is shaken, the plumb bob pipe can be restored to the plumb bob position under the action of the plumb bob block so as to facilitate next impact and slag unloading.
