Background

The main function of the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox is to isolate lubricating oil in the gearbox from the outside and prevent the lubricating oil from leaking. The dynamic seal is arranged between the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox and the transmission shaft, and in the prior art, the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox has the following problems:

1. the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox is easy to damage and needs to be frequently replaced, and the shutdown causes the reduction of the wind power generation efficiency.

2. Oil leakage is easy to occur on the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox, and 90% of oil leakage problems are that the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox inside the gearbox is alternately changed by the cold and warm temperatures, so that the properties of the oil seal are changed, the phenomenon of oil dripping slowly begins at the beginning of oil leakage, and oil leakage occurs after the oil leakage is damaged for a long time;

3. the friction force of part of the oil seal of the wind power generation gearbox and the transmission shaft interferes with the transmission shaft, so that the heating phenomenon is caused, the energy consumption is increased, and the transmission efficiency of the gearbox is reduced.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to solve the problems that the oil seal of the existing wind power generation gearbox is easy to damage, needs to be frequently replaced, is easy to leak oil, and the friction between the oil seal and a transmission shaft increases energy consumption.

the inner side of the framework is pressed with a rubber ring, the rubber ring comprises a leakage-stopping pad, a main lip and an auxiliary lip, the leakage-stopping pad is attached to the inner side wall of the framework, the main lip and the auxiliary lip are positioned on the inner side of the rubber ring, the main lip is triangular, the auxiliary lip is in an angle shape and is positioned below the main lip, the inner diameter of the auxiliary lip is larger than that of the main lip,

the main lip and the leakage-stopping spacer are U-shaped, and a semicircular notch is arranged on the outer side of the main lip to accommodate the locking spring.
