Background

The cigarette comprises a tobacco section and a filter element section which are connected through end parts, wherein tobacco is filled in the tobacco section, and the filter element section is a part which is in contact with the lips of a person. At present, the production of cigarettes is carried out by adopting an automatic production line.

The present invention, chinese patent application publication No. CN1665408A, discloses a method for producing filter-tipped cigarettes, comprising the steps of: after double lengths of tobacco have been produced by the apparatus, each double length tobacco segment is cut through a cutting station into two portions which are held in alignment within the seats and in end-to-end substantial contact with one another. The double-length tobacco sections are separated at the conveying station by a separating assembly, and a specified distance is formed between the axial ends of the two tobacco sections by the separating assembly. When the two tobacco sections move to the next station, the filter element section is additionally arranged between the two tobacco sections, and then the whole cigarette is formed through gluing.

The cam separating device adopted by the existing tobacco mechanical equipment comprises a fixing component and a revolving body, wherein the fixing component mainly comprises a cam and an air distribution block, the revolving body mainly comprises a copper ring, a sliding shaft, a positioning sleeve, a compression spring and a sliding block which are connected with a transmission shaft, the stroke of the sliding block is controlled by the cam, and the compression spring is reset, so that the structure is complex. In order to reduce the abrasion degree of the end face of the cam, grease lubrication is needed, the cam is easily abraded when the lubrication is poor, and therefore the cam needs to be replaced periodically; this separating device has the drawback of being easily damaged.

In order to solve the above problems, the following solutions have appeared in the prior art: after two tobacco sections are formed by cutting at a cutting station, the two tobacco sections are completely separated by the cutting and guiding functions of the cutter. However, after the tobacco sections are completely separated, the distance between the two tobacco sections is uncertain, which is not beneficial to the subsequent assembly with the filter element section, so that a device capable of standardizing the distance between the two tobacco sections is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a positioning device with a deflection type floating ring assembly, which can standardize the distance between two cut and separated tobacco sections.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a positioning device with a deflection type floating ring assembly comprises a fixed seat and a drum wheel rotatably arranged in the fixed seat, wherein a plurality of mounting grooves for placing tobacco sections are formed in the outer wall of the drum wheel along the circumferential direction, the length direction of each mounting groove is along the axial direction of the drum wheel, two tobacco sections are coaxially placed in each mounting groove, a suction hole is formed in the bottom of each mounting groove, the fixed seat comprises an air distribution seat, the air distribution seat is arranged in the drum wheel, an air suction cavity is formed in the air distribution seat, and the suction hole is communicated with the air suction cavity;

be equipped with two retaining rings on the fixing base, two the retaining ring is located the axial both sides of drum respectively, the retaining ring is equipped with annular locating surface towards the fixing base, the axial tip of mounting groove is just to the locating surface, the locating surface slope sets up, and two locating surfaces are about drum mirror symmetry, work as when the drum is at the fixing base internal rotation, the retaining ring passes through the tip of locating surface contact tobacco section, orders about two tobacco sections and is close to each other.

According to the technical scheme, after the positioning device is installed on equipment, the fixed seat (including the gas distribution seat) is fixed relative to the rack, and the drum wheel is driven to rotate by the external driving mechanism; the air suction cavity of the air distribution seat is communicated with a vacuum source, so that the suction holes continuously generate suction. Directly and completely separating two tobacco sections after the two tobacco sections are cut at the previous station, wherein the tobacco sections enter each mounting groove in pairs, and the distance between each pair of tobacco sections is larger; the position where the tobacco section enters the drum is the position where the two retaining rings are far away from each other.

Along with the rotation of drum wheel, because the inclination of retaining ring does not produce the change, then when the mounting groove rotated to the position that two retaining rings are close to each other, the retaining ring ordered about two tobacco sections through the locating surface and is close to each other. Through the suction effect of inhaling the hole, the tobacco section can reliably be located the mounting groove, and allows the retaining ring to promote the tobacco section and remove. After the mounting groove passes through the narrowest part between the two retaining rings, the distance between the two tobacco sections is determined, the distance between each pair of tobacco sections is the same, and the distance can be just used for putting in the filter element section of the subsequent procedure. Through the technical scheme, the locking bolt is screwed up, and the locking bolt abuts against the threaded section of the bearing seat through the end part, so that a locking effect is achieved for the check ring and the bearing seat; after the check bolt is unscrewed, the check ring can be rotated relative to the bearing seat.

The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the retaining ring is fixed with two stoppers, the drum is fixed with the link, the link is located between two stoppers, when the drum rotates, the link orders about the retaining ring through the stopper and rotates.

According to the technical scheme, when the drum wheel rotates, the connecting frame drives the bearing blocks to synchronously rotate through the limiting blocks, and the bearing blocks drive the check rings to rotate; because the retainer ring rotates along with the drum wheel, the abrasion of the end part of the tobacco section and the retainer ring when in contact can be reduced, and the end part quality of the tobacco section is ensured.

The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the fixing base is provided with a first positioning sleeve, the gas distribution base is provided with a second positioning sleeve, the axes of the first positioning sleeve and the second positioning sleeve are parallel, and the first positioning sleeve and the second positioning sleeve are used for penetrating through a single positioning rod.

Through the technical scheme, when the positioning device is installed, the single positioning rod penetrates the first positioning sleeve and the second positioning sleeve simultaneously, so that the circumferential accurate positioning of the fixed seat and the gas distribution seat can be realized, and the relative rotation between the fixed seat and the gas distribution seat is limited.

The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the retainer ring comprises an installation section in threaded connection with the bearing seat and an abutting section with a positioning surface, and the abutting section and the installation section can elastically deform; the fixing seat is connected with a limiting frame, a shifting block is arranged on the limiting frame, an annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the abutting section along the circumferential direction, the shifting block is arranged in the annular groove in a sliding mode, and the shifting block is located at the narrowest position of the distance between the two positioning surfaces; when the check ring rotates, the shifting block drives the abutting section to deform, so that the positioning surface at the shifting block is perpendicular to the length direction of the mounting groove.

Through the technical scheme, the shifting block does not rotate when the check ring rotates, and the shifting block slides in the annular groove and drives the abutting section to deform at the same time, so that the positioning surface at the shifting block is perpendicular to the length direction of the mounting groove; the positioning surface can abut against the end surface of the tobacco section in a surface contact mode, so that the positioning accuracy is improved, and the accuracy of the distance between the two tobacco sections is further improved.

The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the fixing base is provided with a sliding groove, the length direction of the sliding groove is along the connecting line direction of the two check rings, the limiting frame is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode and comprises a limiting section, the limiting section abuts against the end portion of the mounting section, and the check rings are clamped between the limiting section and the shifting block in a clamping mode.

Through above-mentioned technical scheme, after the interval change of two retaining rings, the butt section receives the limiting displacement of spacing section, shifting block all the time, ensures that the butt section of shifting block department can produce deformation all the time, can not influence the normal function of spacing, shifting block.

In summary, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

1. the positioning device can standardize the distance between two cut and separated tobacco sections;

2. the retainer ring rotates along with the drum wheel, so that the abrasion of the end part of the tobacco section and the retainer ring when the end part of the tobacco section is contacted with the retainer ring can be reduced;

3. the distance between the two check rings can be conveniently adjusted, so that the tobacco sections with other length specifications can be adapted.
