the pressing piece driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing piece, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

7. The automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the height detecting mechanism includes a detecting member and a detecting unit;

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;

the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette performance detection, in particular to automatic material abandoning type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment.

Background

The filling value of the cigarette material can reflect the pressure bearing performance of the cigarette materials such as cut tobacco, cut stems or thin sheets. Taking the detection of the filling value of the cut tobacco as an example, the cut tobacco with certain quality is placed in a measuring cylinder, and the volume of the cut tobacco kept under the action of certain pressure for certain time is measured, so that the filling value of the cut tobacco can be obtained.

The existing measurement of the filling value of the cigarette material needs to measure the filling value by manually weighing the cigarette material with certain mass and then filling the cigarette material into a measuring cylinder. When measuring the data of a cigarette material filling value, the procedures of weighing, filling of a measuring cylinder, starting an instrument, waiting for measurement, removing a measuring sample of the measuring cylinder and the like need to be finished in sequence. In the actual operation process, the filling value measurement is often performed on a plurality of groups of test samples (30 samples/group), which is not only labor-intensive, but also low in working efficiency.

Therefore, how to provide a device capable of effectively improving the measurement efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reducing the working strength becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a new technical scheme of automatic material abandoning type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment which can effectively improve the measuring efficiency of cigarette material filling values and reduce the working strength.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus.

The automatic material abandoning type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment comprises a feeding device, a material pushing device, a detecting device and a material abandoning device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and is used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device;

the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;

the detection device comprises a material bearing part, a weighing unit, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism;

the material bearing part is provided with a feeding hole, a pressure applying hole and a material abandoning hole, and the feeding hole is arranged corresponding to the pushing part so that the pushing part can push cigarette materials from the feeding hole into the material bearing part;

the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece or the sum of the weight of the material bearing piece and the weight of the cigarette materials;

the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material containing part from the pressing port so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part;

the height detection mechanism is used for detecting the height of the cigarette material in the material bearing piece;

the waste device comprises a waste channel, a waste blocking driving unit, a waste port blocking plate and a material sucking mechanism;

the waste material channel is communicated with the waste material port, and a material suction port is arranged on the waste material channel;

the abandoned material plugging driving unit is used for driving the abandoned material port plugging plate to plug or leave the abandoned material port;

the material sucking mechanism is connected with the material sucking port so as to suck out the cigarette materials in the detection device when the material abandoning port blocking plate leaves the material abandoning port and the material abandoning port is communicated with the material sucking port.

Optionally, the feeding device comprises a feeding channel, a conveying belt and a feeding mechanism;

the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet, a conveying belt port and a feeding outlet, and the conveying belt port is positioned between the feeding inlet and the feeding outlet;

the conveying belt is arranged at the conveying belt opening;

the feeding mechanism is arranged for feeding cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the conveying belt opening, so that the conveying belt conveys the cigarette materials to the feeding outlet;

the material pushing device further comprises a material pushing channel, and the material feeding outlet is communicated with the material pushing channel.

Optionally, a material level detection unit is further arranged in the feeding channel;

Optionally, the material receiving part is provided with a weighing port opposite to the pressure applying port, and a weighing plate is arranged at the weighing port;

Optionally, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing piece and a pressing piece driving unit;

the pressing piece driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing piece, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

Optionally, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece and a detection unit;

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;

the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.

Optionally, the detecting member has a rod-shaped structure;

the detection unit is a displacement sensor.

Optionally, the material discharge port and the material inlet are arranged oppositely.

Optionally, the pushing member driving unit is further configured to drive the pushing member to push the measured cigarette material in the material holding member out of the material discarding port;

As shown in fig. 1, the automatic discard cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus of the present disclosure includes a feeding device, a pushing device, a detecting device and a discard device.

The feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and can be used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device. The cigarette materials generally comprise cut tobacco, cut stems, thin slices and the like.

The feeding device can be, for example, a feeding device, and the cigarette material is fed into the pushing device through the feeding device. In specific implementation, the cigarette materials delivered to the material pushing device by the feeding device can be batched and quantitative materials.

The pushing device comprises a pushing piece 3 and a pushing piece driving unit 4.
