1. A push type cigarette material filling value measuring device is characterized by comprising a feeding device, a pushing device and a detecting device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the weighing drive unit is configured to drive the weighing unit to move in the direction of the pressure applying opening such that the weighing plate is supported on the weighing unit.

5. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 1, wherein a material taking port is further formed in the material bearing piece and is configured for taking out cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

6. The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 5, wherein the material taking opening is arranged opposite to the feeding opening, and a material taking opening plugging plate is arranged at the material taking opening.

The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment according to claim 6, wherein the detection device further comprises a material taking blocking driving unit, and the material taking blocking driving unit is arranged to be used for driving the material taking opening blocking plate to block or leave the material taking opening.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cigarette performance detection, in particular to a press type cigarette material filling value measuring device.

Background

The filling value of the cigarette material can reflect the pressure bearing performance of the cigarette materials such as cut tobacco, cut stems or thin sheets. Taking the detection of the filling value of the cut tobacco as an example, the cut tobacco with certain quality is placed in a measuring cylinder, and the volume of the cut tobacco kept under the action of certain pressure for certain time is measured, so that the filling value of the cut tobacco can be obtained.

The existing measurement of the filling value of the cigarette material needs to measure the filling value by manually weighing the cigarette material with certain mass and then filling the cigarette material into a measuring cylinder. When measuring the data of a cigarette material filling value, the procedures of weighing, filling of a measuring cylinder, starting an instrument, waiting for measurement, removing a measuring sample of the measuring cylinder and the like need to be finished in sequence. In the actual operation process, the filling value measurement is often performed on a plurality of groups of test samples (30 samples/group), which is not only labor-intensive, but also low in working efficiency.

Therefore, how to provide a device capable of effectively improving the measurement efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reducing the working strength becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel technical scheme of a press type cigarette material filling value measuring device which can effectively improve the measuring efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reduce the working intensity.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a press type cigarette material filling value measuring apparatus.

The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment comprises a feeding device, a pushing device and a detecting device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and is used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device;

the pushing device comprises a pushing piece and a pushing piece driving unit, wherein the pushing piece driving unit is used for driving the pushing piece to move so as to enable the pushing piece to push cigarette materials;

the detection device comprises a material bearing part, a weighing unit, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism;

the material bearing part is provided with a feeding hole and a pressure applying hole, and the feeding hole is arranged corresponding to the pushing part so that the pushing part can push cigarette materials from the feeding hole into the material bearing part;

the weighing unit is used for weighing the weight of the cigarette materials in the material bearing piece or the sum of the weight of the material bearing piece and the weight of the cigarette materials;

the pressing mechanism is arranged to enter the material containing part from the pressing port so as to apply pressure to the cigarette materials in the material containing part;

the height detection mechanism is arranged to be used for detecting the height of cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

Optionally, the feeding device comprises a feeding channel and a feeding mechanism;

the feeding channel is provided with a feeding inlet and a feeding outlet;

the feeding mechanism is arranged to be used for feeding cigarette materials from the feeding inlet to the feeding channel;

the material pushing device further comprises a material pushing channel, and the material feeding outlet is communicated with the material pushing channel.

Optionally, the material receiving part is provided with a weighing port opposite to the pressure applying port, and a weighing plate is arranged at the weighing port;

the weighing unit is located below the weighing plate and is configured to weigh the weighing plate and the sum of the weights of the cigarette materials on the weighing plate.

Optionally, the detection device further comprises a weighing drive unit;

the weighing drive unit is configured to drive the weighing unit to move in the direction of the pressure applying opening such that the weighing plate is supported on the weighing unit.

Optionally, the material holding piece is further provided with a material taking port, and the material taking port is used for taking out cigarette materials in the material holding piece.

Optionally, the material taking port and the feed inlet are arranged oppositely, and the material taking port is provided with a material taking port plugging plate.

Optionally, the detection device further includes a material taking and blocking driving unit, and the material taking and blocking driving unit is configured to drive the material taking port blocking plate to block or leave the material taking port.

Optionally, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing piece and a pressing piece driving unit;

the pressing piece driving unit is arranged for driving the pressing piece to move towards the direction close to or far away from the material bearing piece, so that the pressing piece applies pressure to cigarette materials in the material bearing piece.

Optionally, the height detection mechanism includes a detection piece and a detection unit;

the detection piece is fixedly connected with the surface of the pressing piece, which is far away from the pressure applying opening, and extends from the pressing piece towards the direction far away from the pressure applying opening;

the detection unit is configured to detect a change in height of the detection member.

Optionally, the detecting member has a rod-shaped structure;

the detection unit is a displacement sensor.

The push type cigarette material filling value measuring equipment disclosed by the invention can realize automatic detection of the cigarette material filling value through the feeding device, the pushing device and the detecting device, and can effectively improve the measuring efficiency of the cigarette material filling value and reduce the working intensity.

As shown in fig. 1, the press type cigarette material filling value measuring device of the present disclosure includes a feeding device, a pushing device and a detecting device.

The feeding device is arranged corresponding to the pushing device and can be used for feeding cigarette materials to the pushing device. The cigarette materials generally comprise cut tobacco, cut stems, thin slices and the like.

The feeding device can be a conveying belt device or a feeding device, and the cigarette materials are fed into the pushing device through the conveying belt device or the feeding device. In specific implementation, the cigarette materials delivered to the material pushing device by the feeding device can be batched and quantitative materials.

The pushing device comprises a pushing piece 2 and a pushing piece driving unit 3. The pushing member driving unit 3 can be used for driving the pushing member 2 to move, so that the pushing member 2 pushes the cigarette material. The pusher 2 may have a generally plate-like or block-like structure. The pusher drive unit 3 may be, for example, a motor or a motor.

The detection device comprises a material bearing part 5, a weighing unit 6, a pressure applying mechanism and a height detection mechanism.

The material bearing part 5 is provided with a feed inlet 51 and a pressure applying opening 52.
