Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a preferred embodiment of the disinfection cabinet of the present invention is shown. The disinfection cabinet comprises a cabinet body 9 with a disinfection cavity 91, a heating assembly 10, a disinfection assembly 20, a driving piece 6, a first transmission assembly 7 and a second transmission assembly 8, wherein the heating assembly 10, the disinfection assembly 20, the driving piece 6, the first transmission assembly 7 and the second transmission assembly 8 are positioned in the disinfection cavity 71, the bottom wall of the cabinet body 9 is marked as a mounting plate 1, and the middle position of the top wall of the cabinet body 9 is outwards sunken to form a sunken part 91 extending along the depth direction of the disinfection cavity 91. The reflecting shade 5 can rotate around the axis of the sterilizing lamp tube 3 and has at least two states;

in the first state, the light-transmitting opening 51 of the reflector 5 faces the top wall of the recessed portion 92, and the reflector 5 shields the sterilizing lamp tube 3 to protect the sterilizing lamp tube 3;

in the second state, the light-transmitting opening 51 of the reflector 5 faces away from the top wall of the recessed portion 92, the reflector 5 releases the shielding of the sterilizing lamp 3 so as to expose the sterilizing lamp 3, and the sterilizing light generated by the sterilizing lamp 3 acts on the sterilizing cavity 91 through the light-transmitting opening 51.

In addition, in the embodiment, the inner wall of the protective cover 4 is an arc surface coaxially arranged with the heating pipe 2, and the inner wall of the reflecting cover 5 is an arc surface coaxially arranged with the sterilizing lamp tube 3, so that a focusing effect is achieved; the inner wall of the protection cover 4 is made of a material capable of reflecting the disinfection light, so that when the heat dissipation opening 41 of the protection cover 4 faces the disinfection chamber 91, the disinfection light in the disinfection chamber 91 can be reflected.

The first transmission assembly 7 includes a driving gear 71, a driven gear 72 and a rack 73. The second transmission assembly 8 comprises a driving pulley 81, a driven pulley 82 and a transmission belt 83. meanwhile, the driving part 6 drives the driving belt pulley 81 to rotate, the driven belt pulley 82 synchronously rotates by the transmission of the transmission belt 83, and drives the reflector 5 to rotate around the axis of the disinfection lamp tube 3, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the driving part 6 can drive the reflector 5 to rotate back and forth, in the rotating process of the reflector 5, the light transmission opening 51 always faces the disinfection cavity 91, ultraviolet light generated by the disinfection lamp tube 3 is reflected and focused downwards to tableware by the reflector 5, the rotating reflector 5 and the disinfection lamp tube 3 are matched to form dynamic disinfection light, the coverage range of the disinfection light is enlarged, in addition, because the heat dissipation opening 41 always faces the disinfection cavity 91 in the rotating process of the protective cover 4, the protective cover 4 can reflect and focus the disinfection light which is directly emitted or reflected to the inner wall of the protective cover upwards to the tableware, the disinfection light intensity in the disinfection cavity 91 is greatly improved, and the disinfection efficiency is further improved, and can improve the service life of the sterilizing lamp 3;
