In the production process of the organic fertilizer, in order to meet the use requirements, a proportioning and mixing device is required. Most of driven fertilizer proportioning devices have simple structure, and the operation mode of the mixing mechanism is single, so that the proportioning and mixing effects are general, and certain limitation exists.
