TABLE 1

In an embodiment of the present invention, the twelfth and fifteenth ports of the decoder, that is, the pin 12 and the pin 15, may form a first channel, and may output corresponding signals generated by the decoder, that is, normal state signals, when the two switches complete synchronous actions within a limited time; in addition, the thirteenth and fourteenth ports of the decoder, i.e., pin No. 13 and pin No. 14, may form a second channel, and may output corresponding signals generated by the decoder, i.e., abnormal state signals, when the two switches have not completed synchronous actions after exceeding the limited time.

For example, when the two switches complete the synchronous operation within a limited time, for example, when the switches are synchronously turned off as shown in fig. 2, pin 1 and pin 2 of the decoder can both be kept at low level, corresponding to a state 000 in the decoder, and further the decoder decodes the low level to obtain a corresponding low level output of Y0, that is, pin 15; similarly, when the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, for example, when the two switches are synchronously closed, pin 1 and pin 2 of the decoder can both maintain high level, the state corresponding to the high level in the decoder is 011, further the decoder decodes the high level to obtain the corresponding high level output as Y3, that is, pin 12, and further pin 12 and pin 15 of the decoder can be connected to form a first channel, so that the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, that is, normal states are classified into one class, and simultaneously, the signals generated when the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, that is, the normal state signals are both switched between pin 12 and pin 15.

When the two switches are not synchronized within a limited time, for example, the two switches are not synchronized to be disconnected, and the microswitch X0 is disconnected first, the pin 1 of the decoder keeps low level, the pin 2 keeps high level, the state in the decoder is 010, and the output of the corresponding low level is Y2, namely the pin 13, can be obtained by decoding the decoder; similarly, when the two switches do not complete the synchronous action within the limited time, for example, the two switches do not complete the synchronous action, and the micro switch X0 is first closed, pin 1 of the decoder can maintain high level, pin 2 can maintain low level, the state corresponding to the decoder is 001, the state corresponding to the decoder can be decoded by the decoder to obtain the output corresponding to the high level as Y1, that is, pin 14, and pin 13 and pin 14 of the decoder can be further connected to form a second channel, so that the two switches do not complete the synchronous action after the limited time is exceeded, that is, the abnormal normal states are classified into one type, and meanwhile, the signals generated when the two switches do not complete the synchronous action after the limited time is exceeded, that is, the normal state signals are switched between pin 13 and pin 14.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the alarm unit may include an alarm signal lamp HL1, a time relay KT and an intermediate relay KA, wherein one side of a coil KT of the time relay KT may be connected to one end of an output side of a first photo-coupler switch VD1, the other side of the coil KT of the time relay KT may be connected to a negative electrode of an alarm power source, i.e., a 0V terminal, the other end of the output side of the first photo-coupler switch VD1 is connected to a positive electrode of the alarm power source, i.e., +24V terminal, one end of a contact KT of the time relay KT is connected to one side of the coil KA of the intermediate relay KA and one end of the alarm signal lamp HL1, respectively, the other end of the contact KT of the time relay KT may be connected to a positive electrode of the alarm power source, i.e., +24V terminal, the other side of the coil KA of the intermediate relay KA may be connected, the other end of the contact KA of the intermediate relay KA can be connected to the positive pole of the alarm power supply, namely the +24V end, and the other end of the alarm signal lamp HL1 can be connected to the negative pole of the alarm power supply, namely the 0V end.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the protection unit 30 may include a protection switch SB1, one end of the protection switch SB1 is connected to one end of the output side of the second optical coupling switch VD2, the other end of the output side of the second optical coupling switch VD2 is connected to a protection power supply, i.e., a +24V terminal, and the other end of the protection switch SB1 is connected to a control circuit of the press. Through linking to each other protection switch and second opto-coupler switch, can carry out scram control to the press when detecting element output abnormal state signal.

Based on the circuits shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limited time can be set to be 0.3s, namely, the duplex valve of the press is not completed within 0.3s and is also determined to be in a normal state, and when the duplex valve of the press is not completed within 0.3s, the duplex valve of the press is determined to be in a fault state, therefore, when the duplex valve of the press is not completed in a synchronous manner, a fault signal output by the first optical coupling switch VD1 can be connected with the time relay KT, the time relay KT and the intermediate relay KA are screened, and if the duplex valve of the press is not completed within 0.3s, the contact KT and the contact KA are closed, so that the alarm signal lamp HL1 is powered on, meanwhile, the second optical coupling switch VD2 is not connected, the emergency stop control circuit of the press is disconnected, and the press is; if the double valves of the press machine finish synchronous action within 0.3s, the press machine works normally.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned limited time is a time threshold value at which no safety accident occurs when the dual valve of the press machine operates according to the relevant standard, and therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary alarm and emergency stop operation, the fault phenomenon can be delayed by the delay circuit.

According to the detection and protection system for the duplex valve of the press, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two switches are connected through the detection unit and are used for detecting the opening and closing states of the two switches within the limited time, whether the two switches synchronously act within the limited time is judged according to the opening and closing states, if the two switches synchronously act within the limited time, a corresponding signal is output through the first channel, if the two switches do not synchronously act within the limited time, a corresponding signal is output through the second channel, and the alarm unit and the protection unit are respectively connected with the detection unit and are used for alarming and controlling the press to stop when the two switches do not synchronously act within the limited time, so that whether the duplex valve of the press breaks down can be effectively judged in time through detecting whether the two switches are synchronous, and alarming and quickly stopping the press when the duplex valve of the press breaks down, therefore, the working safety of the press machine can be ensured, and meanwhile, the press machine is simple in structure, convenient to install and high in action sensitivity.

The invention further provides a detection and protection method for the double valves of the press machine, which corresponds to the embodiment.

As shown in fig. 6, the method for detecting and protecting the double valve of the press according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

and S1, detecting the opening and closing states of the two-way switch within a limited time.

And S2, judging whether the two-way switch completes synchronous action within a limited time according to the opening and closing state.

And S3, if the two switches complete synchronous action within the limited time, outputting corresponding signals through the first channel.

And S4, if the two switches do not complete synchronous action after exceeding the limited time, outputting corresponding signals through the second channel, and alarming and controlling the stop of the press machine.

In an embodiment of the invention, the detection unit may detect the open-close states of the two switches within a limited time, and determine whether the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time according to the open-close states.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the on-off states of the two switches within the limited time can be detected through the pin 1 and the pin 2, when the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, for example, when the switches are synchronously turned off as shown in fig. 2, the pin 1 and the pin 2 of the decoder can both maintain a low level, the state in the decoder is 000, and further the corresponding low level output is Y0, that is, the pin 15 can be obtained through the decoding of the decoder; similarly, when the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, for example, when the two switches are synchronously closed, pin 1 and pin 2 of the decoder can both maintain high level, the state corresponding to the high level in the decoder is 011, further the decoder decodes the high level to obtain the corresponding high level output of Y3, that is, pin 12, and further pin 12 and pin 15 of the decoder can be connected to form a first channel, so that the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time, that is, normal states are classified into one class, and simultaneously, the signals generated when the two switches complete the synchronous action within the limited time can be ensured to be switched between pin 12 and pin 15.

Furthermore, a first channel can be formed according to the No. 12 pin and the No. 15 pin of the decoder, and corresponding signals generated by the decoder, namely normal output signals, can be output when the two switches complete synchronous actions within limited time; in addition, a second channel can be formed according to the No. 13 pin and the No. 14 pin of the decoder, and corresponding signals generated by the decoder, namely abnormal output signals, can be output when the two switches do not complete synchronous action after exceeding the limited time.

In one embodiment of the invention, the alarm unit can be used for alarming when the synchronous action of the two switches is not completed after the limited time. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the alarm unit may include an alarm signal lamp HL1, a time relay KT and an intermediate relay KA, wherein one side of a coil KT of the time relay KT may be connected to one end of an output side of a first photo-coupler switch VD1, the other side of the coil KT of the time relay KT may be connected to a negative electrode of an alarm power source, i.e., a 0V terminal, the other end of the output side of the first photo-coupler switch VD1 is connected to a positive electrode of the alarm power source, i.e., +24V terminal, one end of a contact KT of the time relay KT is connected to one side of a coil KA of the intermediate relay KA and one end of the alarm signal lamp HL1, the other end of the contact KT of the time relay KT may be connected to a positive electrode of the alarm power source, i.e., +24V terminal, the other side of the coil KA of the intermediate relay KA may be connected to a negative electrode, the other end of the contact KA of the intermediate relay KA can be connected to the positive pole of the alarm power supply, namely the +24V end, and the other end of the alarm signal lamp HL1 can be connected to the negative pole of the alarm power supply, namely the 0V end.

In one embodiment of the invention, the press machine can be controlled by the protection unit to scram when the two-way switch has not completed the synchronous action beyond a defined time. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the protection unit may be a protection switch SB1, one end of the protection switch SB1 is connected to one end of an output side of the second optical coupling switch VD2, the other end of the output side of the second optical coupling switch VD2 is connected to a protection power supply, i.e., a +24V terminal, and the other end of the protection switch SB1 is connected to a control circuit of the press.

According to the detection and protection method for the duplex valve of the press, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the opening and closing states of the two switches within the limited time are detected, whether the two switches complete synchronous action within the limited time can be judged according to the opening and closing states, finally, when the two switches complete synchronous action within the limited time, a corresponding signal is output through the first channel, and when the two switches exceed the limited time and do not complete synchronous action, a corresponding signal is output through the second channel, and the press is alarmed and controlled to stop, so that whether the duplex valve of the press breaks down can be effectively judged in time by detecting whether the two switches are synchronous, and the alarm is given and the press is rapidly stopped when the duplex valve of the press breaks down, so that the working safety of the press can be ensured, and the action sensitivity is high.
