The existing shockproof packaging adopts an air bag to wrap a product and a shockproof packaging box to package the product. The air bag packaging form has the defects of complex assembly and disassembly, larger air bag occupied space and poor aesthetic degree, and the air bag packaging has a not ideal shockproof effect on products; although the shockproof packaging box has good shockproof effect, the shockproof packaging box has the defects of complex structure, complex assembly and disassembly, heavy packaging box weight and the like, and the use frequency is low, so the fast-assembly shockproof packaging box is designed in view of the above.

The above-described scheme is further illustrated below with reference to specific examples. It is to be understood that these examples are for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. The conditions used in the examples may be further adjusted according to the conditions of the particular manufacturer, and the conditions not specified are generally the conditions in routine experiments.

In one embodiment, a shock-resistant package is provided (as shown in FIG. 1), which includes an outer shell 100 and an inner shell 200 mounted within the outer shell 100. The other opposite end of the outer box 100 is respectively provided with a side port 102, the two side ports 102 are arranged oppositely in a penetrating way, and the side port 102 and the port 101 are communicated with the cavity of the outer box 100.

(as shown in fig. 7 and 8), the packing box further comprises two mounting blocks 400, wherein the circumferential sides of the mounting blocks 400 are respectively provided with a slot 401, the side wall and the bottom of the slot 401 are respectively provided with an elastic clamping member 403, and the elastic clamping member 403 is an arc-shaped steel wire which is bent and mounted on the side wall and the bottom of the slot 401, so that the effect of buffering and shock absorption can be achieved.

When the mounting blocks 400 are mounted with the outer shell 100 (as shown in fig. 4), two mounting blocks 400 are inserted into the corresponding side openings 102, respectively, such that the insertion grooves 401 are disposed inside the outer shell 100, and the openings of the insertion grooves 401 are disposed toward the ports 101 for connecting the inner shell 200. During installation, in order to quickly determine the position of the slot 401 in the cavity of the outer box 100 to facilitate the insertion of the inner box 200, the outer contour of the installation block 400 is set to be frustum-shaped, after installation, the small contour end of the installation block 400 is arranged towards the inner side of the outer box 100, and the side wall of the installation block 400 can also be clamped inside the side opening 102, so that the installation of the installation block 400 and the outer box 100 is realized.

After the inner box body and the outer box body are installed, a gap is formed between the inner box body 200 and the outer box body 100, the gap can effectively avoid direct contact transmission shock of the inner box body 200 and the outer box body 100, and the shock can be transmitted only through the elastic clamping piece 403 in the installation block 400, so that the shock of the inner box body and an internal product can be effectively prevented.

When in use, in order to enable the box wall at the placing opening 201 to be quickly and accurately inserted into the slot 401, strip-shaped auxiliary holes 103 are respectively formed in two sides of each side opening 102, and the auxiliary holes 103 are arranged along the direction of the port 101 (as shown in fig. 2) along the drawing and inserting direction of the inner box body 200; in addition, the inner box body 200 is provided with adjusting grooves 204 on both sides thereof, and the adjusting grooves 204 can enable the box wall at the placing opening 201 to move up and down, i.e. the opening or the contraction of the box opening. The adjusting groove 204 extends from the placing opening 201 to the opposite end of the placing opening 201 (as shown in fig. 2), i.e. from the opening of the inner box body 200 to the bottom. When the internal container 200 is mounted in the external container 100, the auxiliary hole 103 is vertically arranged with the adjustment groove 204 (as shown in FIG. 4). When the adjustment and installation are carried out, the hard plate is inserted into the auxiliary hole 103 and presses the box wall of the inner box body 200, so that the box wall moves towards the inner side of the box body; on the contrary, the box wall can also move to the outside of the box body by the elasticity of the opened rear adjusting groove 204, so that the installation of the slot 401 and the box wall of the inner box body 200 to the outside of the outer box body 100 can be quickly adjusted.

To further facilitate the connection and fixation of the inner case 200 and the resilient clamp 403, the inner case 200 is provided with a groove on the wall, and the end of the resilient clamp 403 is disposed in the groove (not shown) when the two are connected.

After the installation, be provided with the clearance between curb plate 302 and the interior box body 200, avoid the contact of the two, consequently, can effectively prevent the vibrations of interior box body 200 interior product, play antidetonation effect.

In use, in order to realize quick installation of the box cover 300 and the installation block 400, (as shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8), a connection part a is arranged on the top plate 301 or the installation block 400, and the two are fixedly connected through the connection part a, wherein the connection part a is a double-sided adhesive tape.
