9. A method of manufacturing a fire protected UV pre-coated paper according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing paper pulp into paper by an inclined wire paper machine;

(2) soaking the paper prepared in the step (1) into a water-based polyurethane emulsion containing fireproof liquid, drying, forming a first fireproof layer on the lower surface of the paper, and forming a second fireproof layer on the upper surface of the paper;

(3) and (3) coating fireproof UV paint on the surface of the second fireproof layer in the step (2) and drying.

10. A method of manufacturing a fire-retardant UV precoated paper according to any one of claims 8 or 9, wherein the pulp comprises at least one of wood pulp, straw pulp, hemp pulp, reed pulp, cane pulp, bamboo pulp.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of decoration, and particularly relates to fireproof UV (ultraviolet) precoated paper and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

Fire doors are one of the fire partitions of buildings, and are usually used on the fire wall, the entrance and exit of the staircase or the opening of the tube well, and play an important role in reducing the fire loss. The existing wooden fireproof door is generally manufactured by adopting the following process that firstly, a wooden base material is soaked in fireproof liquid, then, the wooden base material soaked with the fireproof liquid is dried, then, fireproof materials are coated after the drying, and finally, fireproof paint is coated. The wooden fireproof door manufactured by the process is easy to crack, and the fireproof performance and the attractiveness of the wooden fireproof door are affected. The fire-proof base materials selected by the existing wooden fire-proof door are flat wooden base materials, and complex modeling can not be performed. The edge banding strip of the existing wooden fireproof door is basically common wood veneer which is not subjected to fireproof treatment, and the fireproof performance of the wooden fireproof door is reduced by the edge banding strip made of the common wood veneer.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a fireproof UV precoated paper, which sequentially comprises, from bottom to top, a first fireproof layer, a paper layer, a second fireproof layer, and a fireproof UV paint layer, wherein the raw material of the first fireproof layer is the same as that of the second fireproof layer.

According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the raw materials of the first fireproof layer and the second fireproof layer comprise 10-20 parts of fireproof liquid and 90-100 parts of water-based paint by weight.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the raw materials of the fireproof liquid comprise, by weight, 1-3 parts of a fireproof flame retardant and 2-5 parts of deionized water.

(3) and (3) coating fireproof UV paint on the surface of the second fireproof layer in the step (2) and drying.

As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the fireproof UV precoated paper comprises the steps of:

(1) preparing paper pulp into paper by an inclined wire paper machine;

(2) soaking the paper prepared in the step (1) into a water-based polyurethane emulsion containing fireproof liquid, drying, forming a first fireproof layer on the lower surface of the paper, and forming a second fireproof layer on the upper surface of the paper;

(3) and (3) coating fireproof UV paint on the surface of the second fireproof layer in the step (2) and drying.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the paper pulp at least comprises one of wood pulp, straw pulp, hemp pulp, reed pulp, cane pulp and bamboo pulp.

The invention provides fireproof UV (ultraviolet) precoated paper, which sequentially comprises a first fireproof layer, a paper layer, a second fireproof layer and a fireproof UV paint layer from bottom to top, wherein the raw materials of the first fireproof layer and the second fireproof layer are the same.

Preferably, the thickness of the paper layer is 25-50 threads, and the air permeability is 200-230 mu m/Pa.s.

The larger the air permeability of the paper layer is, the larger the porosity of the paper layer is, the more the fireproof UV paint is coated on the paper layer, and the better the fireproof effect of the fireproof UV precoated paper is.

Preferably, the thickness of the paper layer is 50 threads, and the air permeability is 230 mu m/Pa & s.

Preferably, the raw materials of the first fireproof layer and the second fireproof layer comprise 10-20 parts of fireproof liquid and 90-100 parts of aqueous coating emulsion by weight.

In the step (2), the weight of the fire-proof liquid is 10-20 parts, and the weight of the water-based acrylic emulsion is 90-100 parts.

Preferably, the method for manufacturing the fireproof UV precoated paper comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing paper pulp into paper by an inclined wire paper machine to obtain a paper layer;

In the step (2), the weight of the fire-proof liquid is 10-20 parts, and the weight of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 90-100 parts.

Preferably, the weight of the fireproof UV paint used per square meter of the paper layer is 200-350 g;

the paper prepared by the inclined wire paper making machine has good uniformity, is beneficial to uniformly spreading the water-based acrylic emulsion containing the fire-proof liquid or the water-based polyurethane emulsion containing the fire-proof liquid on the surface of the paper layer, and then coating the fire-proof UV paint on the surface of the fire-proof layer, and can ensure the overall uniform fire-proof effect of the fire-proof UV precoated paper. The applicant finds that when the air permeability of the paper layer is within a certain range, the fireproof effect of the prepared fireproof UV precoated paper is better.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the paper pulp at least comprises one of wood pulp, straw pulp, hemp pulp, reed pulp, cane pulp and bamboo pulp. The paper pulp used in the invention is plant fiber pulp, and has the advantages of environmental protection and good flame retardance.
