The dynamic seal of the inner and outer ring blades can only seal when the main shaft 1 rotates, when the machine stops and the main shaft 1 stops, the sealing force disappears, if the machine still needs the inner and outer seal when the machine stops, the auxiliary static seal is needed, the sealing ring can be used to fill the gap of the main shaft 1 passing through the sealing cover 3 after the machine stops, but the mode can not be in time, and the manual operation is needed, which is troublesome. The device is further provided with a sealing liquid 6 for sealing during the machine halt, and the convex ring 32 on the inner surface of the sealing cover 3 is submerged by the sealing liquid 6 during the machine halt, so that the gas and the atmosphere in the machine are isolated from contact by the convex ring 32. The slot 241 and the cavity 242 are filled with some sealing liquid 6 and are in a communicated state, when the machine runs, the main shaft 1 rotates, the sealing liquid 6 is thrown to the cavity 242 due to centrifugal force, so that the liquid level in the slot 241 is lowered, the sealing liquid 6 is disconnected from the convex ring 32, the main shaft 1 rotates smoothly, if the main shaft 1 rotates, the sealing liquid 6 is still contacted with the convex ring 32, liquid-solid static contact is formed, the rotation resistance is high, large friction still exists, heat is generated, and the cavity 242 is arranged to enable the static seal to be timely disconnected when the machine runs.

The liquid injection hole 25 is a passage for injecting the sealing liquid 6 from the outside, after the device is assembled, the liquid injection pipe sequentially passes through the tool hole 33 and the liquid injection hole 25 to add the sealing liquid 6 into the accommodating cavity 242, the first screw plug 92 and the second screw plug 93 respectively inject the liquid hole 25 and the tool hole 33, and the tool hole 33 is larger than the liquid injection hole 25 for the purpose of extending and extracting a tool.

The sealing wheel 2 is in transmission connection with the main shaft 1. The sealing wheel 2 can obtain the rotating power from the main shaft 1 only by the axial abutting positioning of two sides, but slippage or unreliable transmission can be generated, and the power sealing of the inner ring blade and the outer ring blade needs larger rotating speed, so the transmission connection of the sealing wheel 2 and the main shaft 1 can ensure that the rotation is transmitted to the sealing wheel 2.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing wheel 2 and the spindle 1 are driven by a key, a key groove 26 is formed in a central hole of the wheel body 21, the key groove 26 is a semi-through groove, an open end of the key groove 26 is located on a lower end surface of the wheel body 21, a relief groove 27 is formed in an upper end of the key groove 26, an O-ring groove 28 is further formed in the central hole of the wheel body 21, an O-ring 91 is located in the O-ring groove 28, and the O-ring groove 28 is located above the key.

The key transmission is a transmission form convenient to set, and because O-shaped ring 91 is required to be arranged between sealing wheel 2 and main shaft 1, keyway 26 can not be a full through groove, otherwise O-shaped ring 91 can not seal the gap at the keyway, so keyway 26 can only be a half groove form, as shown in fig. 2, and because the assembly process of sealing wheel 2 is that main shaft 1 is sleeved from top to bottom, shown keyway 26 is downward, the end part of half through groove in the hole is not well processed, so the tool withdrawal groove 27 processed at the end part meets the processing technique.

As shown in fig. 1, there are two tooling holes 33 and two injection holes 25, the two tooling holes 33 are centrosymmetric with the main shaft 1 as an axis, and the two injection holes 25 are centrosymmetric with the main shaft 1 as an axis. The main application principle of the device is as follows: after the machine is started, the main shaft 1 rotates, the sealing wheel 2 rotates along with the main shaft, then the outer ring blades 22 blow gas into the machine, the inner ring blades 23 blow gas to the outside atmosphere, and the middle parts of the inner ring blades and the outer ring blades form isolation belts to enable the gas on two sides to not reach, so that dynamic sealing during operation is realized.
