1. A disc filter disc (400) comprising:

a plurality of sector plates (100), each sector plate (100) having a front face (110) and a back face (120) as opposed surfaces of the front face, the front faces (110) of the sector plates collectively comprising the front face of the disc filter disc (400), the back faces (120) of the sector plates collectively comprising the back face of the disc filter disc (400), each sector plate further having an outer arc edge (130) and an inner edge (140) opposite the outer arc edge, the outer arc edges (130) collectively comprising the outer circumference of the disc filter disc (400), each sector plate further having a first side (150) and a second side (160) connecting the outer arc edge and the inner edge;

a plurality of filter bags (200), the front and back of the sector plate being covered by the filter bags;

a plurality of outer frames (300) which are fastened on the sector plates (100) in a manner of clamping the filter bag (200);

wherein the filter bags (200) covering the front and back faces of the sector plate (100) are each folded to extend over a first side edge (150) of the sector plate so as to be sandwiched between the sector plate (100) and the outer frame over the first side edge (150),

wherein the filter bags (200) covering the front and back surfaces of the sector plates (100) are bent and extended to the outer arc edges (130) of the sector plates (100) so as to be clamped between the sector plates (100) and the outer frame on the outer arc edges (130),

wherein at least a portion of the filter bag (200) further extends beyond the first side edge (110) or the outer arc edge (130) and is bent over to an opposite side surface of the sector plate (100).

2. A disc filter disc according to claim 1,

the filter bags (200) are bent to the outer arc edges (130) of the sector plates (100) with zigzag ends staggered with each other and extend to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plates (100) respectively beyond the outer arc edges (130) of the sector plates.

3. A disc filter disc according to claim 1,

the filter bags (200) are overlapped inside and outside the outer arc edges (130), and the filter bags (200) positioned outside further extend out of the outer arc edges (130) and are bent to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plates (100) and are terminated within the buckling range of the outer frame and the sector plates (100).

4. A disc filter disc according to claim 3,

the filter bag (200) located inside on the outer arc edge (130) further extends out of the outer arc edge (130) and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate (100).

5. A disc filter disc according to claim 1,

the filter bags (200) are bent onto the first side edges (150) of the sector plates (100) with zigzag ends staggered from each other and extend over the first side edges (150) of the sector plates to opposite side surfaces of the sector plates (100), respectively.

6. A disc filter disc according to claim 1,

the filter bags (200) are arranged inside and outside the first side edge (150) in an overlapping mode, the filter bags (200) located on the outer side further extend out of the first side edge (150) and are bent to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plates (100), and the filter bags end up in the buckling range of the outer frame and the sector plates (100).

7. A disc filter disc according to claim 6,

the filter bag (200) located inside on the first side (150) further extends out of the first side (150) and is folded to the opposite side surface of the sector plate (100).

8. A disc filter disc according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

the filter bag (200) is a single piece filter bag covering the front and back of the sector plate (100), wherein the filter bag (200) is folded around the second side edge (160) of the sector plate (100) to wrap the second side edge (160).

9. A disc filter disc according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

the filter bags (200) are two pieces of filter bags respectively covering the front face and the back face of the sector plate (100), wherein the two pieces of filter bags (200) are bent and extended to the second side edge (160) of the sector plate so as to be clamped between the sector plate (100) and the outer frame (300) on the second side edge (160).

10. A disc filter disc according to claim 9,

two filter bags (200) are bent to the second side edge (160) of the sector plate (100) at zigzag ends staggered with each other and extend to opposite side surfaces of the sector plate (100) across the second side edge (160) of the sector plate, respectively.

11. A disc filter disc according to claim 9,

the two filter bags (100) are overlapped inside and outside the second side edge (160), the filter bag (200) positioned on the outer side further extends out of the second side edge (160) and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate (100) and is terminated within the buckling range of the outer frame and the sector plate (100).

12. A disc filter disc according to claim 11,

the filter bag (200) located inside on the second side (160) further extends out of the second side (160) and is folded to the opposite side surface of the sector plate (100).

13. A disc filter disc according to claim 9,

the outer frame buckled on the first side edge (150) of the sector plate (100) and the outer frame buckled on the second side edge (160) of the sector plate are of an integral structure.

14. A disc filter disc according to claim 9,

the outer frame fastened to the first side (150) of the sector plate (100) and the outer frame fastened to the second side (160) of the sector plate (100) are independent components.

15. A disc filter disc according to claim 8,

the outer frame buckled on the first side edge (150) of the sector plate (100) and the outer frame buckled on the outer arc edge (130) of the sector plate (100) are independent parts.

16. A disc filter disc according to claim 8,

the outer frame buckled on the first side edge (150) of the sector plate (100) and the outer frame buckled on the outer arc edge (130) of the sector plate (100) are of an integral structure.

17. A disc filter disc according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the filter bags (200) consist of punched metal sheets or metal wires.

18. A disc filter having a disc filter disc according to any one of claims 1 to 17.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a disc of a disc type filter. The invention also relates to a disc filter with the disc of the disc filter.

Background

The mainstream disc filters include gravity disc filters and multi-disc filters. A gravity disc filter is a gravity slurry concentration device, and a circular disc of the gravity disc filter consists of a group of fan-shaped filter fans. The fan-shaped filtering fan is internally of a hollow structure. The fan-shaped filter fans of the circular disk are arranged in the groove body. The thick liquids overflow to the cell body in from the feeder hopper of one side of cell body, and the filtrating enters into the inside of fan-shaped filter fan along with the rotation of circular disc, flows out to the cell body outside through the cavity mandrel rather than being connected, and the concentrated thick liquids in the cell body reachs the opposite side of circular disc and flows out through going out the hopper along with the rotation of circular disc. In this arrangement, the circular discs are arranged vertically, while the feed and discharge hoppers are arranged horizontally on both sides of the outer circumference of the circular discs.

Compared with the gravity type disc filter which provides filtering pressure by depending on the self gravity of filtrate, the multi-disc filter is vacuum auxiliary pulp dewatering equipment with a rotary disc, is important equipment in the field of pulping and papermaking, is suitable for various fiber raw materials, and mainly comprises pulp concentration and fiber recovery in white water of a paper machine in application occasions.

The disc of the multi-disc filter is a central component for separating concentrated slurry and filtrate generated in the concentration process, and is of a disc structure consisting of a plurality of fan-shaped filter fans. The multi-disc plate is a circle formed by a group of fan-shaped fan sheets, the interior of each fan sheet is of a hollow structure, suspension in the groove body is adsorbed on the surface of each fan sheet under the action of vacuum, and as the fan sheets rotate in the suspension, fibers gradually form a cake shape and thicken to form a fiber filter cake.

When the fan blade with the fiber filter cake rotates out of the liquid level of the suspension and rotates to a certain angle far away from the liquid level, the top angle of one side of the fiber filter cake is separated from the surface of the fan blade under the action of high-speed sprayed spray water; due to the dead weight of the fiber filter cake, the whole filter cake can gradually and completely separate from the surface of the fan blade and fall into the blanking hopper, and a working cycle is completed. The fan blades themselves consist essentially of a fan plate and filter bags arranged on the surface of the fan plate.

The multi-disk filter fan is generally provided with a grating plate as a framework inside, and an organic polymer filter screen, a metal wire filter screen, a surface punching plate filter screen or the like outside the grating plate. The surface of the filter screen is in a plane type, a wave type, a curved surface type or a special-shaped structure and the like. Wherein, the periphery of the metal wire filter screen or the surface punching plate filter screen is covered with the edge of the filter screen by the edge pressing frame to form the filter fan.

There is also a multi-disc filter fan which has no grating plate inside, is made of metal wire filter net or surface punching filter net into wave shape, and forms frame by mutual supporting of wave-shaped wave trough, and forms the fan by covering the edge of filter net with edge pressing frame. The filtering fans are fan-shaped and combined into a circle of disk.

One of the connection modes between the filtering fans is that a guide post is arranged between the two filtering fans, U-shaped mounting grooves are arranged on the left and the right of the guide post, and the mounting grooves are matched with two corresponding side surfaces of the filtering fans.

The filter bag of many disc filters belongs to the vulnerable part, according to the operating mode of difference, needs regular maintenance, change usually, but among the prior art, in some many disc filters, does not set up solitary filter bag, perhaps for the bulk strength that improves the filter fan, makes an organic whole structure with filter bag and sector plate, like this, has caused the atress of filter bag inhomogeneous, and the maintenance in later stage is also more difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a disk for a disk filter, comprising: a plurality of sector plates, each sector plate having a front face and a back face being an opposite side surface of the front face, the front faces of the sector plates collectively comprising the front face of the disc filter disk, the back faces of the sector plates collectively comprising the back face of the disc filter disk, each sector plate further having an outer arc edge and an inner edge opposite the outer arc edge, the outer arc edges collectively comprising the outer circumference of the disc filter disk, each sector plate further having a first side and a second side connecting the outer arc edge and the inner edge; the front and the back of the sector plate are covered by the filter bags; the outer frames are buckled on the sector plates in a mode of clamping the filter bags; wherein the filter bags covering the front and back faces of the sector plate are each folded to extend to a first side edge of the sector plate so as to be sandwiched between the sector plate and the outer frame on the first side edge, wherein the filter bags covering the front and back faces of the sector plate are each folded to extend to an outer arc edge of the sector plate so as to be sandwiched between the sector plate and the outer frame on the outer arc edge, wherein at least a portion of the filter bags further extend beyond the first side edge or the outer arc edge and are folded to an opposite side surface of the sector plate.

In the disk filter disk provided by the invention, the filter bag does not have any welding or bonding area per se, and the filter bag is combined with the sector plate and also does not have any welding or bonding contact area, so that the filter bag is easy to mount and dismount from the sector plate and has good characteristics of easy maintenance.

In fact, the sector plates described herein may not even be exactly sector-shaped, their shape, size and dimensions being chosen as desired, provided that all the sector plates are able to constitute the desired shape of the disk filter.

In the disc type filter disc provided by the invention, the filter bag is wrapped around the sector plate and is not rigidly connected with the sector plate, so that the filter bag can slightly move on the sector plate in all directions, the advantage is that the stress borne by the filter bag can be uniformly distributed in the operation process, the damage of the filter bag is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.

In a preferred embodiment of the disk filter disc according to the invention, the filter pockets are bent with zigzag-shaped ends staggered with respect to one another onto the outer circumferential edges of the sector plates and extend beyond the outer circumferential edges of the sector plates to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plates, respectively. In an alternative embodiment, the filter bags are stacked inside and outside on the outer arc edge, and the filter bag at the outer side further extends out of the outer arc edge and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate and ends within the fastening range of the outer frame and the sector plate. Preferably, the filter bag located at the inner side on the outer arc edge further extends out of the outer arc edge and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate. In this way, both the outer and inner pockets extend from the side on which they are located across the outer arcuate edge to the opposite side surface of the sector plate. I.e. from the front to the back of the sector plate or from the back to the front of the sector plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the disc filter disc according to the invention, the filter pockets are bent with zigzag-shaped ends staggered with respect to each other to the first side edge of the sector plate and extend beyond the first side edge of the sector plate to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plate, respectively. In an alternative embodiment, the filter bags are stacked inside and outside the first side edge, and the filter bag located outside further extends out of the first side edge and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate, and ends within the fastening range of the outer frame and the sector plate. Preferably, the filter bag located at the inner side on the first side further extends out of the first side and is folded to the opposite side surface of the sector plate. In this way, both the outer and inner pockets extend from the side over the first side edge to the opposite side surface of the sector plate. I.e. from the front to the back of the sector plate or from the back to the front of the sector plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the disk filter disc according to the invention, the filter pockets are single-piece filter pockets covering the front and back sides of the sector plates, wherein the filter pockets are folded around the second side edges of the sector plates to wrap the second side edges.

Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable to design the filter bags as two filter bags covering the front and back of the sector plate, respectively, wherein both filter bags are folded over to the second side of the sector plate and are thus clamped between the sector plate and the outer frame on the second side.

In a preferred embodiment of the disk filter disk according to the invention, the filter pockets are bent with zigzag-shaped ends staggered with respect to one another onto the second side edge of the sector plate and extend beyond the second side edge of the sector plate to the opposite side surfaces of the sector plate, respectively.

Alternatively, the two filter bags can be stacked inside and outside the second side edge, and the filter bag positioned outside further extends out of the second side edge and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate to be stopped within the buckling range of the outer frame and the sector plate. In this case, it is preferred that the filter pockets located on the inner side on the second side also extend further beyond the second side and are bent over to the opposite side surface of the sector plate.

The outer frame buckled on the first side edge of the sector plate and the outer frame buckled on the second side edge of the sector plate can be of an integral structure or can be independent components.

The outer frame buckled on the first side edge of the sector plate and the outer frame buckled on the outer arc edge of the sector plate can be of an integral structure or can be independent parts.

According to a preferred embodiment of the disk filter disc according to the invention, the filter pockets consist of punched metal sheets or metal wires.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a disc filter having a disc for a disc filter as described above.

Detailed Description

Figure 1 shows schematically a disc filter disc according to the invention. The disc filter disc 400 includes: a plurality of sector plates 100, each sector plate 100 further having an outer arc edge 130 and an inner edge 140 opposite the outer arc edge 130, the outer arc edges 130 together forming an outer circumference of the disc filter disc, each sector plate 100 further having a first side 150 and a second side 160 connecting the outer arc edge 130 and the inner edge 140; the disc filter disc also comprises a plurality of filter bags 200, and the front and the back of the sector plate 100 are covered by the filter bags 200; the disc filter disc further comprises a plurality of outer frames 300, and the outer frames 300 are fastened on the sector plates 100 in a manner of clamping the filter bags 200.

Figure 2 shows schematically a partial cross-section of the outer arc edge of a disc filter disc according to the invention. Each sector plate 100 of the disc filter disc has a front face 110 and a back face 120 as opposite side surfaces of the front face, the front faces 110 of the sector plates 100 together constituting the front face of the disc filter disc and the back faces 120 of the sector plates 100 together constituting the back face of the disc filter disc; the filter bags 200 covering the front and rear surfaces of the sector plates 100 are each bent to extend onto the outer arc edge of the sector plate and are stacked inside and outside so as to be sandwiched between the sector plate 100 and the outer frame 300 on the outer arc edge 130.

Figure 3 shows schematically a partial cross-section of a first side of a disc filter disc according to the invention. The filter bag 200 covering the front 110 and back 120 sides of the sector plate is folded to extend to a first side of the sector plate so as to be sandwiched between the sector plate and the outer frame on the first side, wherein at least a portion of the filter bag 200 is further folded to an opposite side surface of the sector plate from the first side.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the filter bag 200 is shown stacked inside out on the outer arc edge 130 and the first side 150 of the sector plate 100. However, either the outer arc edge 130 or the filter pockets on the first side 150 may alternatively be arranged in a staggered zigzag pattern such as that schematically shown in the partial cross-sectional view of FIG. 6. In fig. 6, the filter bag also extends to the opposite side surface of the sector plate.

Figure 4 shows schematically a partial cross-sectional view of a second side edge of a disc filter disc according to the invention. Since the filter bag 200 entirely covers the sector plate 100, the filter bag 200 wraps around the second side and extends back to the first side. At the second side edge, the filter bag 200 and the sector plate 100 are also fixedly fastened by the outer frame 300.

Figure 5 shows schematically a partial cross-section of a second side of another embodiment of a disc filter disc according to the invention. The two filter bags 200 are stacked inside and outside on the second side edge, and the filter bag 200 located outside further extends out of the second side edge and is bent to the opposite side surface of the sector plate 100, and the filter bag is terminated within the buckling range of the outer frame 300 and the sector plate 100. Of course, in an embodiment not shown, it is also conceivable that the two filter bags are staggered on the second side as shown in fig. 6.

In summary, the filter bags 200 may be optionally arranged in a staggered zigzag shape or stacked inside and outside on the outer arc edge, the first side edge, of the sector plate 100. In the case of two filter bags, the filter bags 200 may also be arranged on the second side edge of the sector plate 100 in a staggered zigzag pattern or stacked inside and outside. They may be combined arbitrarily.

Although the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Those skilled in the art can develop further embodiments and specific applications from the teachings of this invention that fall within the spirit and scope of this invention. It is understood, therefore, that this invention is not limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but it is intended to cover modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
