An improved electric control box component of an air conditioner indoor unit comprises a box body 1.

The box body 1 is rectangular box-shaped, and the panel 10 of the box body is detachable, so that the installation and maintenance are convenient.

The box body 1 is internally provided with a main control board 2, an auxiliary control board 7 and a terminal strip 5. The main control panel 2 is smaller than the back plate of the box body 1 and is fixed on the upper part of the back plate. The auxiliary control board 7 is fixed on the bottom board of the box body 1, is perpendicular to the back board and is separated from the main control board 2, and therefore the heat dissipation requirement is met. The terminal strip 5 is installed at the lower part of the back plate and is adjacent to the two sides of the box body 1 with the auxiliary control plate 7 respectively, so that the two are separated.

The main control panel 2 and the auxiliary control panel 7 are respectively fixed on the back plate and the bottom plate through the flying machine frame 9, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.

And a strong/weak current hole 8 is formed in the back plate of the box body 1. The strong/weak current holes are two, can have different apertures and are respectively used for passing strong current and weak current. The strong/weak current holes are respectively provided with a wire passing sleeve 11, so that the electric wire can be prevented from being damaged. Preferably, the strong/weak current hole 8 is formed near the main control board 2, so that wiring is facilitated.

And a power wire hole 4 is formed in the side plate adjacent to the terminal strip 5. The terminal strip 5 is mounted on a terminal strip holder 6.

The terminal strip 5 is fixed on the transverse plate 61, so that the position of the terminal strip 5 is raised, and the wiring operation is convenient. The clip mounting surface 63 may be formed by bending the upper end of the riser 62 outward and may be engaged with the clip 3 to restrain the wire connected to the terminal block 5.

The wire pressing assembly 3 comprises a wire pressing buckle 31 and a wire pressing base 32. The wire pressing seat 32 is a strip-shaped thin plate and is fixed on the wire pressing buckle mounting surface 63. The two wire pressing buckles 31 are in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', and are connected with the wire pressing hole mounting surface 63 through screws to limit and fix the power line between the wire pressing seat 32 and the wire pressing buckle 31. Preferably, the two wire pressing buckles 31 have different heights, so that the installation requirement is better met.

The invention can make full use of the internal space of the electric control box and make the internal structure more compact by reasonably arranging the main control board and the auxiliary control board on the premise of not increasing the volume of the existing electric control box. Moreover, the installation and maintenance are more convenient, and the operation efficiency is improved.
