背景技术

目前市场上的凳子只有木凳最贵，木凳又是人们最喜欢的，木凳贵的原因是工序太多、制造成本就高，木凳又容易损坏，损坏的原因就是热胀冷缩孔销松动散架而造成的。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种减少工序，节省原材料，成本低廉的钢格方凳。

为实现上述目的，本发明的技术内容是：一种钢格方凳，它包括有四方钢圈1、腿根方格2、凳腿3、凳面板4、凳面连接板5等钢木结构方凳。

四方钢圈采用2毫米厚的钢板剪成45毫米宽1020毫米长的钢条，冲压成四方圈，每一方255毫米长，然后把两个头焊接相连。再用2毫米厚剪成6毫米宽的钢条冲压成角形钢，切割成45毫米长的节节，在四方钢圈的圈内各焊接一块角型钢，形成四方钢圈内四角各一个小方格，每一个小方格就是每一个凳腿连接插孔，四方钢圈内设有与凳面连接的连接板，如图2所示。

凳腿采用优质柏木制造成490毫米长32毫米大的方木方，木方的上头45毫米长为销，如图3所示，30毫米大由下往上插进四方钢圈里的腿方格里，再在销的上端由上往下钉进倒尖。

凳面采用松木最好，制造成15毫米厚，255毫米宽的方形面板盖在四方钢圈面上，用木螺钉将面板与凳面连接板柄紧就完了，本技术方案具有结构构造简单，少工序，省材料、省做工的技术特点。

具体实施方式

如图1所示，本发明的钢格方凳，它包括有四方钢圈1，腿根方格2、凳腿3、凳面板4、凳面连接板5等合理的结构和适当的材料组成。

为了降低成本，延长使用寿命，本发明的技术方案是以四方钢圈1为主材，凳腿3、凳面板4为附材，所述四方钢圈1是由一块钢板冲压四方圈并焊接，在四方钢圈1的圈内四角各焊接一块角型钢板形成四方钢圈1四角内各有一个腿根方格2，每一个腿根方格2就是每一个凳腿4的连接插孔，四方钢圈1内四方各设有与凳面连接的凳面连接板5。

凳腿3采用优质柏木四方型木条，上头设有销6由下往上插进四方钢圈1的腿根方格2里，再在销6的上端由上往下钉进倒尖。

凳面板4采用松木制造成与四方钢圈1相同大小的板面盖在四方钢圈的面上，并用木螺钉将凳面板与凳面连接板5柄紧，本发明解决了已有技术的缺陷，节约了部分人力资源。
