Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the rigidity and the working stability of the whole device are guaranteed by fixing the upper end and the lower end of the main shaft of the corrector, erosion of water mist to a bearing and related parts of the corrector is avoided by the air pressure design of spraying from inside to outside, the bearing is prevented from losing efficacy, the service life of the whole device is prolonged, an auxiliary cooling effect is achieved, and the accuracy of the device is kept constant.

The pneumatic water mist prevention mechanism of the lower bearing plate 6 is a cutting body formed by the lower bearing plate 6 and the lower sleeve 12, as shown in fig. 6, air passages 14 are arranged in the carriers and are communicated with all matching surfaces possibly having water mist penetration phenomenon or mainly having water mist penetration phenomenon, and the communication ports form a ventilation system of the installation space of the lower bearing 11.

The diamond roller 7 is assembled on the corrector main shaft 8 between the upper support plate 5 and the lower support plate 6, the two diamond rollers 7 are taken as an example in the embodiment, an adjusting spacer 17 is arranged between the two diamond rollers 7, and the upper diamond roller 7 is fixed by a locking nut arranged on the shaft.

The gas input by the pneumatic type water mist preventing mechanism is dry, normal-temperature or low-temperature pressure air. In practical use, nitrogen gas or the like may be used.
